Gregg Rosenberg gave me some really great information after the company I d been with for 39 years decided to eliminate my position. You know, early in my young career about +20 years ago I had an employment disagreement and hired an attorney with a sign in their front yard without doing much research. Needless to say.... even though under todays legal standard I had a case... in my view, I had the wrong attorney. Never again... lesson learned. I chalked it up to being a youthful tiger and inexperienced. Fast forward +20 years later I encountered a non-compete employment anomaly that could have turned into something more obtuse. After researching attorneys, creating a short-list, then narrowing down to the right fit for purpose legal specialization and industry reputation, I selected Rosenberg & Associates. They are now my attorneys for life. Issue was handled so quickly, it is now no issue at all. Get this... everyone is happy, on both sides! Mr. Rosenberg was forthright from the beginning, keeping the reality of my case grounded in objectivity as to not give me false hope or delusions about potential outcomes. I appreciated this and felt that I had made the right choice by hiring Rosenberg & Associates to represent me. The terms of our agreement were fair. First hire Mr. Rosenberg a year ago to review an NDA-NCA with a company I had signed but then failed to finalize a manufacturing agreement. I proceed to produce a similar product and when discovered they filed a lawsuit and where able to get a TRO for the weekend. We went to court via zoom and when Mr. Rosenburg took his turn to ask the questions it took less than an hour to get the response, we wonted from the judge...............They were trying to focus on the proprietary info at the end of the agreement and overlooking the main reason we even signed this NDA-NCA. The first section of the agreement stated they were required to purchase equipment from me. When the judge read that part, she asked them........did you buy any equipment from the defendant........he had to say no..........then the judge asked me if they had bought any equipment from me...........I said no........the judge very quickly stated that the agreement was Un-enforceable then asked the opposing council.......why did you even bring this to court........with a lame response from the council.....the judge then with a discussed look, ruled the TRO be lifted based on an un-enforceable agreement.. was impressive to watch the other side squirm...!!! If you ever get in a position, you need the big guns...!!!! He brings the experience Thanks to whole team.

I was very pleased with Gregg from the beginning. He was very attentive and always answered my calls. He listened and is guiding me through this crazy lawsuit. My previous employer tried to get a restraining order on me for violating a non compete. Gregg realized right away that I was not in violation and correctly explained that to the judge, whom didnt grant the restraining order. We are still seeing this to the finish line but overall I am pleased with Gregg and his staff. They are all very kind and wonderful to work with.

I do not recommend Gregg Rosenberg. He will act like he s there for you and no show when you need him. He gave me bad advice and when I found out what he said was wrong. I asked him what to do next and he would not respond. There plenty of other attorneys in this town. I do not recommend this one.

I was fighting a non compete lawsuit and facing temporary injunction with a restraining order! Mr. Rosenberg was professional, listened to all my concerns, and was willing to help me fight against an ex employer who was bullying me with my non compete. The stress of it all was almost unbearable until Mr. Rosenberg took control. He won my case for me and did it with respect and dignity. Never in a million years did I think I would need an employment attorney, but when a bitter former employer sued me I am so happy a friend, and one of the largest restauranteurs in the city, referred me to Gregg Rosenberg because that is who he uses. Used G. Rosenberg after being force to retire. Let me say, if you have any type of labor problems, you need to get in touch with Rosenberg Sprovach. They will do everything possible to make sure you are dealt with fairly . They did for me. I did retire but with a clear record and full retirement benefits, plus a very nice settlement from my employer. With that, I purchased a annuity that will give me and my wife an nice additional income for the rest of our life.

I am a young person that decided to take a leap of faith to go in business for myself. I worked for a very large company that provided many services. I was going to be competing in one small area in a considerably small service area. The old employer of course found out and tried to push thier weight around- requesting thousands of dollars for me to continue to operate etc. I hired Mr Rosenberg and he put them in thier place. We could not have asked for more from Gregg helping us reach a settlement against a big corporation with a high powered law firm in a non-compete lawsuit. The corporation had 6 attorneys working on our case and Gregg stood his ground, knew when to press certain issues, and helped us reach a favorable settlement. I worked for a large employer that had a non-competition agreement which I felt was unfair. When the terms and conditions of my employment changed, I decided that it was time for me to make a change and had an opportunity to begin a company of my own with the help of an investor. My old company sued me on the non-compete and for a whole lot of other things trying to get a lot of money out of me and other co-workers that left. Because they were so big they thought they could beat us down. We hired Gregg Rosenberg and it was a great experience for us. The other side asked for $1,500,000.00 from all of us and when Rosenberg got done with them, they ended up with nothing and we were able to work in our new venture. When I was unjustly terminated from my position with a big Fortune 500 company, I didnt know what to do. They wanted me to sign a waiver absolving them from any and all liability for age discrimination in exchange for a severance package. I was the oldest person in the department and had out performed most of my co-workers. I contacted Gregg Rosenberg instead and he immediately took my call and discussed my options with me. It was a trying ordeal but Gregg was tenacious and very hands on in personally handling my case. I really appreciated the fact that they handle their clients cases and dont relegate it to a junior associate because when you are in a fight with big high dollar corporate attorneys, you need someone who will fight for you tooth and nail and thats what I got with this firm.
