Jose Molina is one of the worse attorneys in Texas. He does not represent his clients and he basically just sits and stays quiet while being railroaded. He was my divorce attorney and he let the other counsel do and say as they pleased. I took my divorce decree to an associate judge to overview and her exact words were, Jose just sits there, he doesn t say anything to help his clients. I m currently picking up the pieces from his lack of experience and knowledge. He s a very weak attorney. I would have done better representing myself.

It s been more than a year I have been trying to get in contact with this office. They ignore my calls all the time and they owe me money so I don t recommend this lawyer at all he doesn t care about his clients for sure and steals money. This is very unprofessional work and I m not sure if it s assistant or him but I m hoping that someone can call me back and return my Messages!

Mr. Molina is a wonderfully proficient lawyer who clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge. He mediated my divorce and it is being finalized 3 months after first contacting him. He and his staff are very persistent, and always willing to answer questions and/or offer assistance as needed. I don t know how I would have navigated all of this without their help! I highly recommend Jose Molina for your family law needs.

If I could give it no stars, I would have. Jose Molina has done nothing about my case. I went to him on August 2016 and it is now September 2021. 5 years later and I have YEARS from not hearing back from Mr. Molina. I have left multiple voicemails, made many calls, and sent many emails and have yet to hear back from him. Every time I used to call to express my disappointment he came up with some pretty words to save himself. I am tired of getting excuses for nothing being done about my case, but at least back then he would answer me. It has probably been 2-3 years since I last heard from him. I paid him the full amount ($5k), and that was probably my first mistake because I should have foreseen he was going to go the least expensive route for himself to pocket as much as possible. I noticed when people leave a bad review he tends to write back to not burn his reputation. Hopefully this helps me get his attention and finally reply/call me back. Do not waste your money on this unethical person. UPDATE: June 2022 and still have not heard back from this unethical being. September 2022, nothing. January 2024, nothing. I already got my case resolved within 5 months with another lawyer for $2k (less than half of what Mr. Molina charged me).

From my own experience I have witnessed the handling he gives to his cases and clients, I can safely tell you as a lawyer that I am, that his management as a lawyer is disastrous. Does not comply with the terms stipulated in the contract, that is; It does not provide advice, it does not answer emails or calls, it does not propose strategies for the success of the case. His only concern is collecting and receiving money, and he always has an excuse to fail to comply. I want to tell you that within the divorce process, he never sent the required information on time, he never advised and he never complied with his management, not even to reach mediation which, in the case, was totally unfavorable for the client, given his negligence. This lawyer is the common representative of the bad image of the legal profession, he does not have the slightest sense of sensitivity and support with his clients, the only thing that does apply to his contract are charges for calls, emails that never answers, and advice that it never provides even to give a minimum strategy. The above can be corroborated by the multiple complaints from other clients, so a case with it is risking losing or being very unfavorable to your needs.

If I could give him zero stars I would, I trusted this person as a lawyer and he really is someone who cannot be trusted, he lost the biggest case of my life and there are no words to describe it, then in my desperation I hired him again for Immigration and it turned out worse, I sent the documents to places where it would take years to receive my case, totally, everything was wrong! I really feel sorry for this lawyer since he is Hispanic and I thought he would help, you Attorney Molina is a bad person because he knew about my suffering, God help him and enlighten him so that he can try to mend his ways as a person first.

Let me say at the outset that I have never put much stock in internet reviews. If the review is good, I wonder if the writer had a vested interest in what they were reviewing. If bad, were they just having a bad day? No way to tell. So I want to assure all readers that this review is 100% true and on the up and up. Our situation was dire. A thousand miles away from us, our son was in deep legal trouble and facing serious jail time. We didn t know anyone in Houston who could recommend an attorney, and so we turned to the internet to find one. To our great good fortune, we stumbled upon Jose s website. And when we subsequently called him, his calm, professional demeanor was an instant salve to our worries. At no charge, Jose patiently listened to all our questions, answered them succinctly, clarified the legal issues, and offered several options for resolving the case. Most importantly, he gave us hope. Jose was also very clear about the cost of his services. No hidden surprises. We had two options: a single flat fee for the entire case, or a very reasonable hourly rate. Jose was the captain of our team . He kept us thinking clearly, and not emotionally. Every step of the way he solicited our opinions and thoughts, and helped us to understand that we were in control of the decision making process. He was the neutral referee who told us what the legal consequences of those decisions would be. This was tremendously empowering in a situation where we felt helpless and in the dark. Throughout the entire process, Jose stayed in constant touch with us, and he always responded to calls and emails quickly, usually the same day, if not within hours. And we re talking about dozens and dozens of calls and emails in only a couple of weeks. In the end, Jose negotiated a settlement, thus avoiding a costly trial, jail time for our son, and the potential dangers of a jury or judicial judgement. Also important to note is that Jose is one hell of a nice guy. He is personable, warm, down to earth, easy to talk to, and has a wonderful affinity for the little guy. If I could give him 0 starts I would . 6 months with my divorce and child support case and he never did anything but took $2000 from me. According to him half of that money went to emails and texts from me asking on updates on my case charging $75/$100 per emial and text, which of course he never had a straight answer. My new attorney did in 2 weeks what he didnt do in 6 months! Like my new attorney said my case is not difficult we both signed for divorce right away, we just needed to come to an agreement on the child support. It was all along Mr. Molina making things longer to take more money! Not to mention after I signed my contract with him he was very rude, saying my ex was the man I chose to have kids with and that I he was not just sitting down working on my case and I was not the only case he had, and not to say he lied about having a court date and I found out I never had a court date by calling the court my self. Im still in disbelief there could be attorneys like him. He very well knew how to take advantage of my situation. I feel in need to update my review so this wont happen to anyone else. I brought up to the attorneys attention several times my concerns but he never addressed them. Every time he stated Im driving, Ill get back with you once I get to my office then I wouldnt hear from him again until I checked on the case again, yet my invoice he sent me he charged me for every email or text ( $75/$100 per email or text) but I never received an answer, it was always a Ill get back with you. Yet the last email I sent him I stated that I was going to file a complaint on him at the State of Bar and he replied well he was going to file a lawsuit on me for libel and he stated I am not an attorney so he advised me to find one for that matter. It was other things as well where I also have emails and texts as proof. Also I NEVER SAIDy new attorney finished the case in 2 weeks. I said my new attorney did what Mr. Molina didnt do in 6 months, which was having my ex husband to sign an agreement. Thank God my new attorney! Hes so helpful and such a relief to have him representing my case. I literally dont have to worry about a thing now. The only thing I regret was giving my money to a previous attorney that didnt do anything for my case, causing more stress than what I already had.

I have never in my life experience an Attorney I was very nervous, because I always heard horrible stories regarding fees and there attitudes. The first time I went to go see Mr. Molina at his office I went in for some legal advice and right away he made me feel comfortable. I was in his office for almost an hour and Mr. Molina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My plan was to pay for his service, but he refused to take my money. Mr. Molina is not about taking money he is truly there to help you out in everyway possible. If I was to ever need any legal help Mr. Molina would be the one to go to.
