I am all around very satisfied and glad I chose Bailey Law Firm. Dan and Estephanie were very helpful and they moved way quicker then I expected I married young and I always heard from people getting a divorce is a long process but it was done pretty fast. I hired Andrew Bayley last minute as I got served a surprise divorce petition. He immediately got to work and responded to the petition so I would not lose the roof over my head in 2 weeks. After he navigated the waters in the background. So I could focus building a new life. When documents were needed he texted and we communicated effectively via text or email. Keep in mind every minute is charged, so I tried to keep communication to a minimum. I trust as this is HIS PROFESSION, I have mine. He definately does thorough investigation to try get the best deal for me after getting surprised with a divorce by my soon ex.

Do not use this law firm. I really wish I hadnt. Listen to the bad reviews, which unfortunately werent there when I hired them for some reason. They ignore you constantly and never give any updates unless you constantly ask for them and even then, its not even helpful. They switched paralegals so many times, I never knew who was no longer working there. We agreed on a flat fee if we didnt go to trial, but after all was said and done, even though we didnt go to trial, they still charged me double than what we agreed on. I dont even know what they charged me for, they literally never did anything at all. I dont even have kids. And the worst part is, when youre going through a bad divorce and youre at such a low point in your life and are hurting so much, you would think a divorce attorney would at least pretend to care or have compassion, but Andrew Bayley is just cold. Ignores emails and doesnt make any effort whatsoever, and the way he talks to you makes you feel like youre inconveniencing him and that you dont matter. Plus, when he finally does respond, he doesnt even answer all your questions. I really recommend Matt Tyson instead. I had a consultation with him too, but he charges a higher flat fee. I ended up paying a lot more in the end than I would have with him. Also, Matt Tyson and his paralegal were amazing whenever I spoke to them, and I really wish I used them instead. Dont make the same mistake I did just to save a little money. In response to the blatant lies, I definitely was a client, unfortunately. Matt has much more and better reviews than you to be wasting his time doing this. Im obviously a Google Local Guide Level 7, so Im a real person who has been reviewing for years. If you dont like the truth, then do better and treat your clients better, instead of grossly overcharging and forgetting they exist. You definitely did offer me a flat rate, liar. And now everyone will know.

I know my review is in the minority, but I did not have a good experience with this law firm. It came down to communication. I initiated all communication, had to constantly follow up to get any status update. I would be told either trials were taking place, or illness was preventing progress, which I understand those things come up. But my issue remained that these things were never communicated to me until I asked for any follow up. At the end of the day, I felt like I was not being taken seriously as a client and switched lawyers.

Dan Bayley is by far the most genuine lawyer that I ve met. I wish I had met and retained his services earlier rather than going to a different Lawfirm which I don t feel that I got the appropriate service for the amount of money I put in to the firm. The firm was very patient with my concerns and even answered the same questions repeatedly in a professional and patient manner. I am now able to see my son without interference from his mother. It was a very complicated inter-state custody case, which as you can imagine was an emotional rollercoaster. I hired Andrew Baley because of a lien that was placed on my home by a contractor from Hurricane Harvey. My first attorney was lazy and money hungry. He lied about his capabilities, and kept charging me a lot money for services he couldnt do. I fired him and hired Andrew. This bad boy took my case to court and had the lien removed because it was invalid. Andrew is knowledgeable in other areas of the law not just divorce or family law but constructional law which includes contracts and liens. His prices are reasonable, and he is very honest. I am so grateful for him. My contractor walked away with less money. My contractors attorney is a well known high power attorney, but Andrew was still able to prove his negligence and remove the lien. He has a good heart and works very hard for his clients. I hope that you find Andrew and Daniel first, before you are represented by anyone else. Ive previously worked with 3 attorneys in 2 states concerning my custody matter, and even tried to represent myself in court...none of these were pleasant experiences. The Bayley brothers are thorough and they will challenge you to be thorough and detailed about your matter (this is a good thing). No one may ever know the intricate details of your cause better than you do, but your attorney should know to focus on issues that move the needle in the right direction. I m still emotional from the outcome of our case, but I will do the best I can. My Fiancé is in the middle of one of the dirtiest custody battles. I didn t feel like just another client. Andrew and Daniel and everybody there were knowledgeable about our case. They could remember all of the details. Andy is not the typical attorney. He isnt driven by money and he doesnt charge for every little thing. I have been in a horrific custody battle for years and he is my 3rd attorney. If he had been my first attorney, I know this nightmare would be over. If I didnt have him with me right now, I would be lost. He checks on me, encourages me, supports me when I am discouraged and is a pit bull in protecting and defending me. I spoke with Daniel Bayley and he is so nice! His voice is calming and keeps you calm. I explained the situation and he gave me his professional input. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew as my attorney on a very complex and emotionally charged divorce involving a custody aspect. My husband and I have both used Andrew Bailey as our council and we loved him. He is reasonably priced. We often joke that if we ever were to divorce we would fight to keep him on our side so that he couldnt represent the other. Andrew Bailey helped me to have more time with my children and provide reasonable support. I wish I had Andrew represent me initially, when I got divorced. I foolishly didnt realize the unrealistic expectations set upon me from my divorce. I was not trusting at first.
