They took $5,000 cash and dropped me because I didnt pay the ad litem fee or process server fee in time . This totaled to $500-800 , ( they did not hire the ad item yet or the process server) they wanted me to hurry up and pay so they could hire. I told then I needed time and my father passed away and I had a new born baby. I assumed since I paid 5000 already as a flat rate they would give me some time . It wouldnt make a difference in there case because they already got paid 5,000 and didnt hire them yet so whats wrong with just waiting? They ended up dropping me shortly after a year goes by and I start talking to other probate attorneys( 3 to be exact ) and they looked at what I gave them and they stated that it was wrong what they did and for 5,000 they got paid they shouldnt have dropped me and to them nothing was really done on my case according to those attorneys. I talked to the ad litem they left in an old email and she told me the same thing . She stated she has done dozens of cases and never had an attorney do that . I was recommended to file a lawsuit since they do not even want to give me a partial refund since it states that in the contract no refunds . I will be filing a law suit as I found 7 other people I was able to contact in the last 2 days that experienced the same issue . Most of their Google reviews are fake if you go on their yelp page they are a 1 star . So sad they think they can get away with ripping people off . I will also be reporting the attorneys to the bar

I just received my divorce using Le Law Group and it was such a smooth and easy transaction. I live in GA and have wondered how I was going to get a divorce after a 2 years of separation. All I had to do was answer a questionnaire and give them my estranged wifes information and wait for the legal time period and it was over. the lawyer is so interactive with you until last minute when u get to meet them you see their real colors . They act like u are wasting their time like there is better things they would be doing . Phenomenal achievements throughout my mothers probate case is what Le Law Group accomplished for us. I was a client of Attorney Natalie Le for a little over a year and her and her associates are very professional. They responded promptly on all my messages and phone calls. They updated me right away if there are updates regarding my case. I decided to go to le law group for my child custody case.did a consultation and i confided in them.Natalie makes it sound so good and she will sell it to you that she can deliver and get you a reasonable settlement. This firm did absolutely nothing for me! I had paid over 10k to this firm. Thats alot of money for a middle class person like myself and pretty much used my whole savings to fight for my son . I knew lawyers were expensive but i thought it was worth the amount to fight for my son. Anyway this firm is very unorganized. Im gonna tell you several things that i didnt like about them. One...this one really got me furious.. there was several times we setup an appt all in a 1 week span before our court date. They cancelled on me twice after I already took time off from work the 2 days they had cancelled. So i lost 16hours of pay. So finally we set an appt the DAY before our court date. But for some reason they had me sit down with Tanja Hunter whom i have never met and was told she is the one thats gonna represent me at court. YOU DONT JUST DO THAT! Its like you going to a doctor for a major surgery and you put all that trust in them knowing they will take care of you and the day of the surgery they say well we got a new doctor for you. After months and months confiding in your old doctor. Two. Tanja Hunter gave me a draft of temporary orders the DAY of our court date(what the other party wanted). So basically i was reading that on the way to the courthouse. Luckily i had my sister drive me.I was very furious of how unprepared she was. I dont know maybe its a lawyers tactic to milk all the time at the courthouse because thats where they make most of their money.Tanja just kept telling me to agree to the opposing party. And she kept insisting its only temporary. And when i said i dont agree i want it this way.. she just told me well the court my not like that and they are just gonna give you the standard possession order . In my head im like why in the world am i paying yall for if your just gonna tell me that? Three.. when it came to child support payments the opposing party came up with $200 more of an amount that she gave me. I had her explain then all she said was i forgot to put your other job info. But the following day when i tried to get a more clear answer about the amount she did say she did include it. Now she is telling me all these different stories. I just felt she was on the opposing parties side.and just wanted me to get the case over with. Top of that they did not deduct my insurance and union dues which were suppose to be included.. your telling me after 5 months y all could not prepare a simple child support amount? Thats what happens when they are unorganized and do last minute things..i dont mind paying child support.. im all for it, id just like to pay the right amount and not overpay.. Overall if you need a very aggressive lawyer that would fight for you and win you the case or even get a reasonable settlement LE LAW group isnt the firm for you. 10k down the drain.. not worth it. They are unorganized,they procrastinate, and cant do simple work but get your money..

At the time of my divorce, I felt that Le Law Group did a good job. They were able to get me to keep my separate property (acquired before I was married) in my settlement. Now, 4 years after my divorce, looking back, they didn t really look out for my best interest. When I was going through my divorce (the most traumatic and unwanted event of my life) I needed someone to look out for my best interest. I feel that they didn t look out for My best interest. How, you might ask? 1. Because all the documents of my separate property were under my name, I have discovered that it wasn t a great victory to get my separate property back. It was my property to begin with... 2. I have joint custody of my kids, yet Le Law didn t fight for me to be able to claim at least one of my kids on my taxes. They didn t fight for my right to claim head of house hold on my taxes either. 3. Since my divorce, I have talked to many fathers that also have joint custody of their children yet they do not have to pay child support. As for me, I am paying a significant amount of child support as a parent that has joint custody of their kids. 4. When setting the date/time that I have custody of my kids, they suggested our switch time be at 6:30 p.m. on Fridays. At the time, I didn t think much of it because I was still in shock/sadness due to the divorce. Now, looking back, why didn t they think that eventually I would be wanting to take 3 day weekends with someone new and that exchanging kids at 6:30 would interfere with that? I know that something like that can be easily changed with 2 consulting parents.... the problem is, what if your ex does not consult to that? Now you have another problem on your hands. Their lack of attention to detail in ways to give you advantages (during a traumatic time in your life) is inexcusable at best, but hey, they got paid. I guess that s what matters to them.

I am quite satisfied with the service I received here. I concluded my divorce case at the end of last year, and the outcome was exactly as I expected. Especially their legal assistant was very prompt and precise on follow ups and I am pleased with that. The only few details they can improve are responsiveness from their lawyer - there were a few times that I needed to remind her that she owes me a reply, and also there was a mistake on billing details once. My overall experience was good with the firm.

3k intial fee and a ton of hidden fees. After temp orders I owed 8k. Since I missed 2 weeks of work trying to get ready for temp orders I have been short on funds. They called me 5x a day asking me to come up with 5k. Plus I cant even imagine how much it would all be by the time final is said and done. After 2 weeks of non payment they dropped me as a client.

Please check reviews from multiple sources (such as Yelp) for real reviews. Most of these reviews are fluff pieces written by staff, family and friends. Le Law Group is an unprofessional and incompetent law firm. You will notice that all the positive reviews conveniently leave out any details to indicate that Le Law Group was actually hired for service. This law firm did not provide advice in my best interest. They provided information that extended the length of my divorce and padded their pockets. As a response, it is mentioned that I can call the office to discuss the matter for feedback. However, when I contacted LLG for accountability of their actions, communication was avoided. LLG reached out through their administrative assistant calling me under false pretenses. Nga Natalie Les response to this review is a cut and paste message to other reviews written by myself that Ms. Le claims were false claims provided by opposing parties. As my review states, LLG is not interested in communication, they are interested in gauging money out of clients regardless of the outcome of the client. Once I received adequate counsel, I finalized my divorce. An action that LLG failed to do.

I had the absolute worst experience with Le Law Group. I ultimately found another lawyer that produced results that Le Law Group (LLG) was incapable of producing. After finding a competent attorney, my divorce finalized after 6 weeks, compared to 7 months of money grabbing and no action with LLG. I hired LLG for my divorce after an initial consult with Natalie. From my initial consultation I was transparent about the circumstances of my divorce along with possible challenges (Primarily that my husband was hiding money and sending it to foreign banking accounts). I explicitly listed the banking accounts that I was aware of. After the petition for divorce was processed, LLG requested an informal discovery to review my husband s financial information. Consequently, a mediation was scheduled with a private mediator 2 months after the financial information was requested. A month prior to mediation, I contacted Amy to ask about what I should expect from the mediation and when we would meet to review the financial information provided by my husband to plan our strategy for mediation. Amy wanted to schedule the conference just 2 business days prior to mediation, but after my concerns with such a short window, we had the conference 3 business days prior. The financial information was sent to me just 2 business days prior to mediation, which I immediately saw that 2 bank accounts that I mentioned in the initial consultation paperwork (4 months earlier) was not shared by my husband. Consequently Amy tells me that we now have to initiate a 30 day formal discovery, which is basically a formal method to receive requested financial documentation. It was clear that Amy had NOT reviewed my case or considered the information I provided beforehand. A formal discovery COULD have been completed within the initial time frame to keep the mediation date. A month after receiving formal discovery info from my husband, I sent an email asking for an update of how we would move forward. By this point, it was 7 months since I filed, and a follow up mediation had not been scheduled, nor had a court hearing date or ANYTHING to move forward with the process been accomplished. 3 days after I sent an email, Natalie dropped me as a client, citing that we had a failure to communicate. As a court formality, I had to appear before the local judge for my county so that LLG dismissal from my case could be approved. The presiding judge commented that there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON my divorce of 3 years, with no children should take this long. I was informed that I was dropped as a client by email, after their secretary Reyna called me under FALSE PRETENSES to ask for my mailing address to send copies of documentation of the client release to my home. Failure to communicate consists of an attorney being unable to reach a client after multiple attempts. Other causes to drop a client include not making timely payments or asking the attorneys to participate in illegal or unethical activity. LLG dropped me as a client because they are incompetent and had no idea how to finalize my case. Throughout the case, they just went along with opposing counsel. Amy agreed to extensions without consulting with me, and they agreed to mediation with a mediator of opposing counsel s preference. LLG lacks assertiveness needed to position clients for a positive outcome. LLG staff is despicable and their behavior is unconscionable. My attorney that successfully finalized my divorce cost slightly more per hour and I paid a consultation fee. However, I got results. Natalie Le just talks a good talk during initial consultation, but she and Amy were clueless when it came to producing real results. LLG does not perform for the best client outcome, they wanted to string my case along as long as possible, while charging on a bi-monthly basis. If you want a relatively quick and seamless divorce keep looking, you will NOT get that from LLG. You will notice a response that says they never had me as a client. No adequate reasoning for behavior= deny the case entirely

BEWARE! Le Law Group, Specifically Natalie L. and Amy R. should not be practicing divorce law. My daughter had the misfortune of retaining Le Law Group as divorce counsel approximately eight months ago, and at this time, she is still a married woman. Le Law Group has $7,900.00 of her money, and she has absolutely nothing to show for it but woulda, coulda, shoulda lip service. At the initial consultation, Natalie finessed her into believing that her firm would be able to get the job done. Which should not have been a difficult task; a three year marriage with no children. WRONG!! Then you have CLUELESS Amy, who was in charge of the case. I had the opportunity to sit in on a session with Amy (flew in from out of town) and witnessed her incompetence first hand. It was impossible for her to explain the progress of the case, because there was none. At six months in, nothing had transpired aside from the divorce petition being filed, a failed mediation date (because they were ill-prepared), delaying tactics and extension, after extension, after extension. She referred to all of this as the Process. This Process simply resulted in additional legal fees ($7,900.00 TOTAL) being charged while absolutely NOTHING was being done. And on top of all of this, Amy had the audacity to pose this question to me: do you trust me? You can only imagine what my response was to that question. What I know for sure is that Le Law Group is not capable of working in the best interest of their clients due to lack of knowledge and expertise in divorce law. They have to resort to using extensions and delaying tactics to compensate for their short comings and inability to actually work the case. What I know for sure is that Le Law Groups lackadaisical approach and attitude allows the opposing counsel to gain the upper hand, to take control and ultimately direct the flow and outcome of the case while Le Law Group simply follows. What I know for sure is that Le Law Group accepts retainers, but fails to do the job they were hired to do. They inflate their invoices with excessive fees for work that was never performed. A MONEY GRAB!! If anyone is even considering retaining Le Law Group please heed my warning, and learn from my daughters COSTLY mistake. She would have fared better using a Do-it-Yourself Divorce Kit than letting her case languish in the hands of Le Law Group. They talk a good game, but thats all it is. They might do well in accident cases (ambulance chasers), but they have no business near a divorce case. With Natalie and Amy......You have a situation of the blind leading the blind. BEWARE!!! ITS A MONEY GRAB$$$$$$$$$$$$

I hired Le Law Group, Natalie and Glenn, to help with a child custody/support modification case. Both attorneys worked together on the case. We needed a passport provision on the new court order, custody/support modification, among other things. They both do not have a clue on this issue, and I had to do a lot of research to correct and get it right. They were proposing that we do what the OC (opposing counsel) was asking. That could have been a nightmare and basically would leave me with no rights! It is a minority owned law firm and they seem to take a timid approach. Maybe the contributing issue to their mediocre service is the fact that theyre all over the place and have NO specialization. My worst experience with them was on the day of our court date, after a failed mediation. My attorney just showed up to court for the purpose of representing and making a case for the OC! On behalf of the OC, my attorney asked the judge to grant them a motion of continuance! The OC was in court but did not ask the judge anything I didn t hear them speak a single word, except before my name was called, the two attorneys sat next to each other and were engaged in a conversation. After my attorney made the case for the OC, the judge agreed to give them 2.5 months, extending the case for that duration of time, which subjected me to having to pay thousands of dollars, of which we could have avoided to pay. I was not aware that they planned to do that all along. Actually, the forms were signed (by attorneys of both sides) days before the court date behind my back and never bothered to inform me. When I left the court, I called Natalie, the other attorney at the office, to know what was going on, and that is when I was told about the arrangement they had made few days before the court date! A day before the court date, Glenn had prepared me for the hearing, and told me how attorneys from both sides would ask me questions, etc! From that, I couldn t believe what happened in court! From the billing, and how everything transpired, it is clear that Le Law Group was complicit in the OC s delay tactics! That way, the attorneys from both sides would continue charging their clients as they please, endlessly! I never felt represented well, and during the whole process, they did not give the impression that theyre protecting my interests fully. There was a time I asked them to request relief from the judge on a certain provision, based on standard guidelines, and their answer to me was that the OC will not agree to that! There was a lot of resistance to ask for the standard provision, just because the OC wouldn t like it! When picking the mediator, my attorney let the OC pick whoever they wanted and it turned out that the mediator was very expensive for me. When reviewing the bills they sent me periodically, it was clear that there was a lot more communication with the OC (mostly through phone calls) compared to the communications they had with me. Their competency in terms of knowing the law and applying it to win their client s cases is highly questionable. Im reviewing everything for the possibility of reporting unethical behavior to the Bar association.

I went through a very stressful divorce at which time I was pregnant. Everyone at Le Law Group was always polite and professional and they were always very honest with me. They did not push trial on me, even though we could have very easily gone to trial with this divorce which would have resulted with me paying more money. With their help we did not end up going to trial and came to an agreement in mediation, which is what I was hoping for. I will go to them in the future for any further needs. I highly recommend them! I hired Natalie for my divorce case. She gave me a maximum estimate of cost for worst case scenario. She ended up charging me more than twice that amount by the time I fired her and the case was not even getting started. She was on my case for more than a year and the case made almost no progress while she was billing me every month for every minute of the time she talked to me on the phone or any other time she claimed they worked on my case. Long story short, I fired her after a year. She does not have the experience or the competence necessary for representing a client in a contested divorce case. She was good at charging me left and right though! PS: Half of the reviews here are written by their own staff! This is just shady business.

I was not very impressed at all with the service I got. Was told that my paralyzed father should be able to get spousal support and his now ex wife would be responsible for half the medical bills. The mediator that was hired was very much on the womans side, gave away everything because of a pending lawsuit, and overall not happy at all. I spent 3,000 dollars in advance and received another bill for 2,800 plus the 525 I paid for a man hating mediator. Very expensive and didnt fight for what was right or do the research to inform me that my paralyzed on a vent father who was taken advantage of by his ex wife, would get nothing.

Le law group helped me out a lot in my divorce case! When I would forget to do somethings to move the case song since I do have a busy work schedule they would kindly remind me and that for me was showing that they actually cared about me. All staff were very nice and would call me back if they didnt have an answer at the moment the same day. Its very difficult finding a lawyer when you have no idea or recommendations but TRUST me when I say that they are very professional and will help you out!

I cant rave about Le Law enough to my friends, family, and colleagues. Natalie Le provides a very personal attention to my case and is quick to respond to any questions that I might have. And I love the fact that I can communicate with her personally, instead of going in circles with some automation phone bot, or get told to reserve a 10min phone appointment ahead of time by any secretary.
