Omg! I was absolutely satisfied with my #1 burger I never thought I d enjoy my burger so good like I did a while ago. The bread was so buttery and burger was overall freshly made. The taste was amazing. I m not from Pharr, Tx. but was around and this location DID NOT DISAPPOINT I will definitely come back. I didn t take a picture because I was so hungry I swear I wish my burger never ended. THANK YOU PHARR STARS YOU DID AWESOME WITH MY BURGER!!!!

First impressions are the reason for the review. I pressed the button waited 15 minutes. Place was not packed so i know someone could take the order. I asked the carhop and she gave me a major attitude. A simple im sorry let me see if we can take your order, bare with me a second would do. No thats not the case at this location. Seriously need some customer service training asap! And here we thought trying a new spot because we just came in from out of town would be a good option, yeah we thought wrong.

Best quality chicken baskets amongst other establishments. Chicken was juicy inside and had great flavor. Basket was packed with chicken, fries, toast, onion rings, and gravy. Customer service was better here than other stars locations.

Everything was great but they short changed me a $1. I told the young lady about it and she was confused. It was $22.15 and I gave her $40.25, so the change would have been $18.10, but instead they short changed me $1.00 by giving me $17.10, but oh well. I was going to give her $3.00 tip but instead she got $2.00 because of their error.

Needs to wait for the customer to finish talking before interrupting and asking anything else. Other than that, food is good. Stopped by to get a #2. Dont know what happened inside but got my order incomplete and wrong. Waited 5 minutes to get 2 slices of bacon and one slice of cheese. The this is that there was only 4 cars in the whole drive in restaurant. I really dont know whats going on but this was an awesome place to park and eat. I dont think I will be returning here. Hope your visit is more pleasant than mine.

Very unprofessional and it took them from 4:24 pm to 4:51 pm. It took 28 minutes to get me my Dr. Pepper and a Cherry Slush. Gay was very rude and kept asking me for my receipt I told him what receipt and he just walked away and left me talking 15 minutes later a female came out and gave the car next to me thier order and I also asked her for my drinks and she was also rude and demanding a damm receipt which I asked again what receipt and also she just walked away. I highly recommend to be more professional and friendly to thier customers
