Haley Burnside took the time to find out what my priorities were and what outcome I was seeking. She gave me realistic expectations but also advocated for me, focusing on my goals and preferred outcome. I would recommend this firm, and Haley specifically, for your divorce case.

I hired this firm in 2017, finalized the divorce in 2018. My ex-husband and I had a primary residence for sale and agreed to split the significant balance of our retirement at the sale of the home rather than a withdrawal at the close of the divorce. The problem was that when the residence sold, three years later, I found my ex-husband had emptied the retirement account two months before the sale. I felt confident that an attorney could get my retirement account back since I had the divorce decree to back it up. I then learned that my Fullenweider Wilhite attorney, Michael Childs, had neglected to include a clause in the decree to prevent this, a decree written by my ex-husband s attorney, thus allowing my ex-husband to take my retirement funds. You rely on family law attorneys to know these rules and protect you from opposing counsel acts of this nature. Financially devastated and disappointed. I do not recommend this firm.

Divorce is difficult and extremely stressful. You want a lawyer who will tirelessly advocate for her client. Haley Burnside is an extremely qualified, committed family lawyer who fought fearlessly for me during my complicated divorce. She was forthright and honest about the process and the law. She was extremely well-prepared during the hearings and mediation. She was not afraid to push back, but she was also compassionate and sensitive to the how emotionally challenging this was. In short, she went the extra mile always and I was very fortunate to have her in my corner and I would not hesitate to endorse her.

My experience in 2016 did not meet expectations. An attorney formerly affiliated with this firm along with her incompetent assistant failed to provide the advertised and fee based service that was expected after lengthy consultation and hiring. I can not express how disappointed I was with what appeared to be lack of effort and slow playing allowing the divorce to drag on over 19 months while accruing legal fees. Definetly has to be better service and representation than what I received outside of this law firm
