I first found out about William Price Distilling when I acquired a bottle from them that was a Balcones whisky aged in a Sherry cask. This was an AWESOME first impression. I decided to go visit the distillery as they are on the Texas Whisky Trail. Clare was gracious to show us around and tell us all about their spirits and what they are up to. It is awesome to see them working alongside others and what they have in the making. I love it when distilleries feature other distilleries as it is a double win for the customer. The prices were extremely fair and their other spirits are delicious. Their coffee liqueur and limoncello were absolutely addictive. Thank you for the great visit and great tasting - I will certainly be looking out for more of your projects in the future.

This place is pretty cool. It has several different areas to sit down and sample the goods. The Rum Ryder was a solid drink. I I like that we were able to walk to a back area where some guys were distilling rum. They were really nice about answering any questions and explaining the process. I actually preferred this to an actual tour. It was just more authentic. And you can see how much of a craft distilling can be when they are smelling and tasting the rum as it is coming out of the still. Keep it up WP.

Id been once before and loved my cocktail. Somehow I got a notice about their cocktail classes and signed up for the Halloween class. Excellent instructions provided by the bartender. I liked both options of cocktails that we made and I had fun making them. Im looking forward to attending another class. Their spirits are pretty tasty and theyre even better as they are made on site.

Recommend the cocktail flight if you re stuck between a few choices. The liquor flight was too strong for me. The chocolates from Mostly Chocolate can be purchased separately from the whiskey flight and were so good we made Mostly Chocolate our next stop of the day. Great staff made the visit worth it!

Great distillery in a quaint neighborhood spot away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend to come by and try their drinks and the rotation of food trucks that come through. We visited on a Thursday night and they had games of bingo (for free!) with great prizes. Will definitely be back. Hope to see you there! Cheers

I hosted a 40th birthday party for my boyfriend for about 30 people and we had an amazing time! Not only was the space very comfortable but the bartenders (Jose and David) were absolutely wonderful. They knew everyones order and were so pleasant and accommodating. Everything was so easy from the first time I contacted them to when they even checked back in afterward to make sure our event was a success. I would not hesitate to host another event here, and the drinks are delicious.

The drinks were great. The service was lackluster. It was our first time visiting the place and the people greeting us essentially went hey heres the menu pick what you want. I told them it was my moms birthday and they kinda just went ok. I was hoping theyd at least explain a bit about the business, how long theyve been there, what drinks theyd recommend but nope. Nothing. Im thinking if we went there on a busier time it might have been better? The place was pretty much empty, with only 2 other customers. They only had pre-packaged snacks out of a refrigerator available, plus some nuts + fruit snack packages. Like these items looked like they were bought straight out of a grocery store or something. The food truck was still setting up outside. My mom told me shes been to distilleries that were nicer than this In the end, though, we still bought a bottle of rum. The drinks were amazing. Ill probably come back for just the drinks to purchase them by the bottle and bring them home. Ill have to give them another chance when theyre busier!

My friends and I booked a custom cocktail class, and the experience was great! We picked the type of liquor, and they provided all the ingredients to make two cocktails - and some little surprise tastings too! Loved this place. We drove 16+ hours from Chicago for a soccer tournament but arrived earlier than expected. We were looking for a place to watch todays World Cup games and found this place online. Came here around happy hour just to check it out after meeting Claire their promoter at the Midmain lofts. We had the cocktail flight, mango mama, and Kentucky Cold Brew. Of the cocktail flight, the summer breeze and gold rush were clear winners for being refreshing and sweet, respectively. The Destroyer is a cocktail for a certain type with its orgeat and jalapeño combo - I am not that type, but it was decently balanced. The Saturn redux is good if you are looking for a mid-sweet, passion fruit kick. The mango mama made with real mango puree and chamoy was worth a revisit in and of itself. Service was We bought bottles of their delicious potato vodka and coffee liqueur. Very reasonably priced, funky and chill atmosphere looking directly into the Still on the other side of the bar. Will be back again!

We had a great experience at William Price. The service was top notch and the cocktails were very good. And while their liqueurs were all very tasty be aware that their whiskey is primarily rye so be warned if you aren t a fan. Otherwise it was a pretty cool place but they are in the process of setting up their operation so there is not much to see in back yet.

We participated in William Prices valentines day dinner and it was outstanding! Highly recommend it. There were four food courses and five cocktails. The cocktails are legit! All five were very good and went well with the food. The dinner was prepared by Chef Armando Ramirez with Fusion Confusion. Its a food truck that I understand is often in the Wakefield St area. I will seek them out. They would also be excellent for a catered event. One of the best valentines days ever!

We loved it. The road is currently under construction and one way only so its difficult to get to. That being said, there isnt a wait for drinks and plenty of parking is available. My friends got cocktails and loved it. I went with some of the high proof whiskeys neat and really enjoyed them. Being able to buy 325 ml bottles of those said whiskeys was a treat too. Lovely location, indoor/outdoor, very friendly staff. Id love to come back and try more drinks and take a tour!

This place was awesome. We came here with friends while fleeing hurricane Ida and it was the perfect spot to calm our nerves. The drinks were wonderful - I had a fantastic old fashioned and a delicious drink called the dude abides, which was a phenomenal twist on a White Russian (a là The Big Lebowski). The staff were exceptionally lovely! They were polite, highly personable and just generally fantastic. All in all, this place is a hidden gem. We will absolutely be back, hopefully under better circumstances.

Amazing. If youre looking for a finely crafted cocktail this is the spot. Nested in one of Houstons best neighborhoods, walking distance from stellar breweries with a solid selection of food trucks. I would recommend any of their frozen cocktails for a hot Houston day. Try their old fashioned, crafted with an exceptional rye if youre up for something more refined. Their Moscow mule is perfection.
