Kurt Hopke did an outstanding job representing my son in multiple criminal cases in different counties. He communicated very effectively with my son, my wife and I, as he patiently and deliberately managed each case. He took the time to understand my son and his interest and worked very hard to effectively represent him to the courts. After several years in working with Kurt on his cases, my son developed a great deal of respect and trust for Mr Hopke. His communication with him was direct, honest and fair and he held him accountable. Do to the outstanding effort of Mr Hopke, we were all very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Mr Hopke as your criminal defense attorney.

This guy came to visit me 6 times in a matter of 2 ½ months while in custody. Not as a paid attorney, but as a court appointed. Great deal of respect for Hopke. My advice if you retain him, or get him appointed to your case; Let him work. Dont whine, dont push, dont stress. Theres a stigma connected to court appointed attorneys which is, They dont work for me, they work for the state. I think this guy works for his reputation and that, to me is an insatiable driving force. Breathe easy with this guy on YOUR side.
