When I first hired him for a traffic ticket everything was ok he seemed nice. It was during covid 2020 and I hadn t heard much due to courts being limited at that time. I wasn t sure what was going on with my case. I would text him and here and there about my case just to see what was going on. At one point I got a letter in the mail from something pertaining my case about paying the owed violation fees. Why? If I hired a lawyer. So of course out of anxiety I asked him why I was receiving this letter and didn t get much answers on it. At one point I was beginning to worry that the case wasn t getting taken care of I reached out again and I received a phone call from him and he basically was just yelling at me saying he explained everything going on with my case when In fact the last message I received was so vague it didn t answer anything for me. Basically he s horrible with communication and extremely rude and mean. Of course being pregnant I m super emotional it literally made me cry. Because I didn t deserve that when all I was asking was for answers but he seemed to think I could just read his mind. Anyways I won t hire him again. If you can handle lack of communication and rudeness by all means hire him. I however should ve read the reviews before I hired him.

I used this law office to try to get a traffic violation dismissed and between all of the misunderstandings it was the worst experience. When I first contacted Mr. Garcia about my case he was very polite and reassuring. He stated his fees were $105 if I remember correctly and he also stated that I would not have to show up to court which was one of my main reasons for seeking a lawyer, so I paid for his services. I hadnt heard from him or anyone from his office after my court date, so I thought everything was done with. Fast forward 7 months later and I get a phone call from his office saying I would have to appear in court in 2 weeks. The person who called stated that if I did not want to show up to court there would be a another fee. I just assumed there was some misunderstanding on my end from the first conversation I had with Mr. Garcia when he assured me I would not have to appear. Anyway long story short, I show up for my court date. He had 2 people from his office representing on his behalf. It seems as if they had almost NO experience whatsoever. After 3.5 hours of sitting in the court room they were able to lower my ticket by $25. So I spent $105 to save myself $25. Ill do my research before seeking representation next time.

Its been such and bad experience We hired this attorney for a case regarding a ticket the first time we went to court one of his employees showed up that did not know how to handle the case instead of dismissing the case. They sent him to trail on the day of the trail the attorney never showed up since we had called him to withdraw from the case and he did not do it before the trail that we could not hire another attorney its been a month I been calling his office to get this attorney to send a withdraw to the court so I can pay the ticket and this attorney had not the time to do this withdraw every time I call the Secretary never have an answer for me I will never refer no one to this person one day I talked to me he was the most rude and arrogant person I could talk to he raised his voice to me while I was just asking him a question till this day I am waiting for him to withdraw from my husbands case so we can can pay his ticket but if he does not withdraw there is nothing I can do at the court. I will write reviews so people can know what kind of firm your are dealing with and if you call any other number in his office the persons do not speak English this has been the worst experience in my life. ALL WE WANT AT THIS POINT IS FOR THIS ATTORNEY TO WITHDRAW FROM MY HUSBAND CASE SO WE CAN PAY THE FINE AT THE COURT IF HE DOES NOT SEND THE WITHDRAW THE COURT DOES NOT LET US PAY THE FINE.
