This company is truly blessed to have an Agent such as Mrs. Angie. She is truly amazing with her customer service skills. Mrs. Angie is very informative pertaining to an eviction and she has always been available for me to talk with, concerning all the questions that I had concerning an eviction. Mrs. Angies assistance, her kindness and her very caring heart and Spirit - has helped me to be of peace while going through this first time eviction experience. I want to thank Ms. Tiger and Eviction advisors for guiding me in the eviction process. She is extremely kind professional and very knowledgeable in this field. Her fees are the most competitive I ve seen for this type of service and after the hearing today the judge ruled in my favor! There s no doubt I ll be working with her when need be in the future! Best in town We had a very tough tenant who has been evicted few times before moving to our apt unit. This tenant was already in the unit before we purchased the property, the tenant was very well experienced with the eviction process, while it was our first experience as a Landlord. We hired Eviction Advisors to help us with this eviction process and we were glad that we hired them. Ms Tiger from Eviction Advisors was a great help, She is very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process. The tenant kept challenging the Judge decisions to stay more in our 3 bedrooms unit. Ms Tiger helped us to prepare proper documentation and kept us updated with next steps. Ms Tiger is really passionate about what she does and if she is on your side, it is already a WIN for you. Her services are very reasonable as compared to others in town. I definitely recommend her services and I would give more than 5 Star for her services.

Shes the best for eviction process. She did everything from finding more information about the tenant and filling in court for very less fee. Try calling others you will be in 1000 to 3000 $.

BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! Theres no shame in finding ourself in the position that we need this service. Rent have went up, people loosing careers, and the economy is struggling. At the same time rental property are taking advantage of this and being very heartless in the process, and yes its a LEGAL process! IN this process the court are going to put you on the street ASAP despite what you have going on. It is what it is, sadly. YOU NEED SOMEONE THAT KNOW HOW TO USE THE LEGAL SYSTEM FOR YOU. TIGER AND HOWARD DID THIS FOR ME !!! I fell a month behind because I loss my job and got a new one the following month and the fees was adding up and the leasing office didnt really work with me ( anyone tbh). I got the time I needed to stay stable and continue working. I was able to get my mind and money together to move . When the appeal came up i wasnt even aware of the next court date and my apt office emailed me saying i lost my case and move out in 24hours.... I was panic !! I called Tiger and she said NO,NO,NO this was a form of bullying and that i was legal to stay. She knew the law and put me at ease. Then she went a step further and reach out to the apt leasing off on my behalf. She set them straight !! I thank her for having the compassion to care and continue the service. The knowledge to know the law and use it to help those that dont . The strength to fight to keep good people off the street. I thank them so much as Im sitting here in my new place.They really helped me
