We stopped in after doing some light shopping in the area. The Sando combo is what my better half ordered with elote fries and I ordered the Buffalo Mac meal fries and added jalapeno . Hubs loved his meal and I must say I was loving the Loaded fries I ordered. We will be putting this place in rotation! Go and try them out. Also, we didnt have the same experience as others with customer service tonight as we were helped by a very helpful and patient older woman.

I literally asked them did they put it and the lady was like yeah but just check to see so I did and no sauce was in there! What s so hard about putting bbq sauce when I order take out! This place sucks, theres no organization, absolutely too many people and nobodys expedient, (fast). The 1st time it was ok, but the 2nd time, they dont know what they serve? Like their plain chicken is their country chicken, why they dont know that? Today I stopped in and thought I was gonna get 4 tenders, but after I realized it had been an hour, the buzzer they gave me didnt work. It was discovered when I asked about my order, and they couldnt find it? So I asked for my money back, and left. Whoever owns this place needs to fire everybody in there and shut it down !?!

Unfortunately my wife and son went here for Valentine s Day and the server was rude enough to my wife and son to make him uncomfortable and want to come home. My wife asked if she should use the kiosk to order and the server with an attitude said no and they needed to wait then proceeded to tell others that they were being impatient and could wait. Unfortunate for a place with decent food, our family will not be going back to this establishment. Service matters.

This spot gets a 4.5 star in the fast food category. The chicken sandwich is absolutely great. The fries are so good you have to make yourself stop to avoid misery. The serving size is big for a quick lunch so you might want to consider the kale slaw for a side instead of fries. **Very important . start with the heat Nashville Hot and feel it out. The heat levels above that are intense but surprisingly good once the burn subsided. All in all, these folks have a absolute great chicken sandwich.

Inconsistent. First time I ordered I was blown away. I thought it was moist & flavorful w/ the perfect amount of heat for the Nashville hot level. Their bird sauce, your standard ketchup+mayo w/ seasonings, is good but what really took it over the edge was the hot honey It had red pepper flakes & to me it wasn t necessarily HOT but it def had a kick that just elevated the whole meal. Was thinking about that honey & finally ordered again & blah. Not only did they not include my honey or extra sauce, the actual tenders were not the flavors I ordered. That s one but the food itself; chicken had no trace of the heat from previous visit. It was still moist so I ll give them that but I was left wanting more flavor, more heat. Sweet potatoes fries were cold and soggy w/ zero flavor. I would like to try them again but maybe a dif location & also only if I m near there. Honestly this is the best chicken sandwich and loaded fries I ve ever had. But the service is absurdly slow. Tables are always messy I have to clean up my own table before sitting down. No napkins available unless you ask upfront. Sometimes lines are so long I have to go the bathroom to get paper towels. Sometimes employees will be talking holding up the order line. They have two registers and will have two employees behind both registers and will only be taking orders off one register while the other employee is just standing there. I ll keep coming back for the food but leaving two stars until they get their service and cleanliness together. Once they do I will be happy to give five stars. This is just sending a message to the owners. This business has so much potential don t shoot yourself in the foot by having terrible employee management and bad service practices.

You can read all the reviews about the service. My biggest issue with the place is the food. I grew up in New Orleans where we love our spicy food. If you ain t crying you ain t trying. That said, the Nashville heat level on the chicken was so outrageously hot that it was impossible to taste anything after the first bite. The cut of chicken was outstanding (beautiful white meat cut) but it was so poorly seasoned, it was virtually inedible. I love spice but whoever created this recipe is completely clueless. If you go, get one with no spice or as mild as you can get. The Nashville heat was the nastiest chicken I ve had in years.

This was my first and last time at this location. I only visited this location because these was a coupon online stating it was Free as long as you sign up. So I did and on the coupon specifically it says FREE. So when I get to the register of course I m confused when she says oh no it s buy one get one free. I show her the coupon and explain it doesn t say buy one get one it says FREE. She said I know but here we do buy one get one free. I asked to speak to the manager for clarification because that s false advertisement. She proceeds to tell me with a attitude it s buy one get one free. So I asked if all locations are doing this or just hers because online it advertises as free. She said she doesn t know but here they don t take those coupons that state free. It s not my fault that ya ll messed up. They should honor what they advertise. She claims she ll let the owner know but from these others reviews I can tell whoever owns this place doesn t care too much anyway.

The service was 2 of 5 stars. Weve been 3 times, and each time, they dont greet you upon arrival and seem bothered when placing an order. My cousin had downloaded the app to get free crinkle fries with the purchase of a meal, and the lady at the register said it couldnt be used. The app promo clearly shows free fries with the purchase of any meal. The food was great!

It is always very slow for a restaurant of this type. The place is a fun environment and seems to be aimed at the younger market as more of a hang out, which they do! The staff always seem very pleasant, the processes just seem slow I had the Thai fighter last night and it was good. The rest of the family had Urban fries which they love. All of them though are heart attacks waiting to have them so we eat them less regularly than we would like for this reason!!!

My wife had the chicken and waffles. This stuff was so good. WAY better than raising canes or anything from Chic-fil-a. Definitely go here if you re in the mood for something from those places.

This is a fairly new place and I forsee it being 1star within a year if things do not change! No hair net or apron in sight. The gloves that are handling peoples food are even outside of the kitchen area and not changed once the employee gets back in the kitchen. The true matter is the 100 man staff sucks! A million people in the kitchen talking, laughing, and doing everything else except work. Persons are answering phones, eating and drinking while cooking and moving sluggish while the little food I ordered takes about 45 minutes to be made! Four persons standing at the cash register and only one person was cashing. Had I not ask for a refund I wouldnt have gotten my order within that time either! The chicken was hot and good, so were the fries, but the waffles were cold and terrible. Dear owner, take it from someone who has been in restaurant business. You dont need that many people and just start anew.... this batch is already spoilt and theyll spoil your money and business. If not, just watch and see. For the price Chick-fil-A and raising canes will take the customers.

Ive been debating about leaving this review since the food has been good. Im leaving this review for the lack of customer service and awareness. I was there last week and I witnessed an older white lady being verbally abusive to the young staff. How she was talking to the youth was absolutely uncalled for and it made me leave the store. This location needs to work on their customer service but the food is bomb.

My six year old daughter, and I were looking for something to eat this particular day, I passed by this place & I decided to stop in. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5, is due to poor customer service. The two young ladies at the front counter were not very welcoming, and we re not really knowledgeable of the menu, in addition to that, they made me feel like I was asking too many questions, even after I informed them twice, that this was my first time in & me being apologetic. They even managed to make an error on my daughters kids meal by adding seasoning onto her fries when I asked to leave them plain. The young lady said she didn t hear me when I requested it. Nevertheless, FOOD=BOMB!!!! Even my six year old daughter loved it. Restaurant cleanliness was great as well. My daughter asked to go back the next day. The flavors on the Tijuana fries marry together so well together & the Hot chicken is AH-Mazing! I got an order of chicken and waffles for my son to eat later at home & he said it was great as well, bear in mind, he had eaten it several hours later. We are definitely going back, & hopefully the customer service will be as top-tier as the food. Kid-friendliness: Yea it s kid friendly

The food its amazing, its definitely cook to order so I wouldnt call this a fast food restaurant. So the food its a 5 starts but the service its not good at all. I know its a new restaurant and there is a lot to learn from the managers and the employees but they need to step up or theyll loose customers. Got basket with 2 tenders fry and added Mac, my tenders came with bbq sauce ( which they did not include), nor any of the bird sauce that should come with basket as well( so I ate it with ketchup !!! Also Mac and cheese was dry!!! Spoke to manager Ms. S, because I don t remember her name but she made it right, told me to come bk and she will remake order and apologized!!! Now, when I went bk there was a gentleman ( I suspect was a manager) he tried to interrogate me about the meal !!! Then when he remade it he didn t give me the Mac, I explained hey I paid for this and u forgot it and he was like ok but u better give us a good review ( like I was lying and he was doing me a favor!!! Wow!!! First time here walked in it was not busy but I did come in after lunch (2pm). Asked the cashier for suggestions and she kindly suggested loaded fries (Tijuana street fries) or the Sando sandwich with cheese. I went with the chicken sandwich and ordered it Nashville hot! I do not eat very spicy food so for me it was a bit spicy but I did enjoy this amazing concoction of flavors!! The marriage between the spices and the creamy kale slaw and cheese were incredible. I will definitely be back and this time I would ask to buyer both sides of my bun and toast both sides. The restrooms were clean and the place was clean as well. They do have a variety of drink options like flavored lemonade and sweet, unsweet yea as well as sodas. The sandwich is filling as well as the loaded fries and can be shared. Keep up the good job Urban Bird! Vegetarian options: They have meatless chicken tenders and kale slaw. Kid-friendliness: They do have any tender option can be without spice for children and they also have waffles!

Ieshia at the Summerwood location is AWESOME! The food was good. The extra consideration she showed was refreshing! She cared about my experience! Urban bird was great! They give nice sized portions & their sauce is amazing. I enjoyed the food & the friendliness of the employees. The manager was involved with his staff as well as the customers. The wait was about 30-45 minutes but it was well worth the wait. They have gained a new customer! Vegetarian options: My friend got the vegan strips & enjoyed them herself!
