We went to celebrate my sons birthday. We had a Groupon but couldnt use it after 5 oclock. We purchased the unlimited bowling tickets plus shoe rental. After 4 games the system shutdown and it wouldnt allow us to play another round so we went home. We did purchase beverages, the fountain drinks were flat and the bar drinks were watered down. We didnt order any food after we had the negative experience with drinks. They need to make some repairs to the ceiling from water leaks . Whenever we go bowling again we will research another location.

Friendly staff, however, the facility was in an unclean condition for the two consecutive days I was there. Floor was unswept, and the men s restroom close to the bar should ve had an Out of Order sign as both toilets were unusable due to being packed with toilet paper dung, along with one urinal covered with plastic. I m not one to complain often, but this was completely unacceptable.

This feels like a classic bowlers alley. If your looking for traditional bowling look and feel, this will get you there. The lighting is good for league play. The lanes are generally dry, or dry out quickly. Too dry for my taste. The staff is nice enough, but this is a low margin business and there hasnt been enough investment in the alley. Arcade seems pretty well stocked. I will continue to bowl here because its better than a party bowl but I wish the revenues would allow for more improvements. It shows its age against locations like Time To Spare .

Outstanding bowling house. Very professional and almost always normal house lights. This is very beneficial for practice, which is near impossible under black light if youre working on your marks. Old fashion real house under a corporation that mainly focuses on an event agenda. Its definitely my new bowling house. They oil the lanes everyday!!!

They need to do better with league play. The lanes are always breaking down. They are slow about getting it fixed. Take better care of league bowlers cause we show up and no matter the weather outside. If no leagues bowled here this place would soon go out of business. With that being said, take care of the leagues that decided to stay here.

We were going to head to a different place, but it had a 2hr wait, so we came here instead. Honestly, I don t think I ll be returning. It is an older place that is in need of updating. The pro was that they had many many lanes and there was no wait. Our lane had issues at first which they had to fix. Plus, the bumpers were broken on ours. I do commend our waitress, she was very patient and checked in with us and there was a lot of us. This is the unfortunate part - the food I had was almost inedible. I had cheesey bread sticks and mozzarella sticks. The others had pizza, wings, fries - they said it was okay. I was so hungry but the breadsticks tasted old/freezer-burned. The mozzarella sticks also tasted like a freezer. The arcade had quite a bit of malfunctions and it does anger you when you feel like you ve lost money. But we did have fun in the end. Your kids won t notice these set backs!

We only got to bowl for about an hr because a tournament was about to begin but while we were playing an employee started bowling next to us and her name is Peyton. Shes awesome and has a great personality giving great tips of the game and how to bowl some major strikes. She helped one of our friends so well that he beat us pretty well. I had Groupons for our large church group to bowl. Even though we had to wait for our lanes due to bowling tournaments in progress, Star, one of the desk attendants, answered all my questions, assisted us with our lanes and was available to help during our entire visit. The atmosphere was awesome. The staff was attentive, helpful, and happy to be at work. The food was not to my liking (allow the customer to add their own parmesan cheese. The punch was good, not too sweet but not blan. I did not get any alcoholic beverages, but they are offered. The restrooms were clean, yes there was soap, and paper towels.

I ve come to this bowling alley both as a regular first time customer who never bowled and played for fun and a bowler who enjoys league nights. It s had its ups and downs throughout the years I ve been here, but never have I had a bad experience. Definitely a go to spot, as they have been improving the location and the services they provide. Hopefully a knowledgeable mechanic gets placed to this location, so that the breakdowns happen less frequently. Other then that it s a great atmosphere and the people who visit frequently are very friendly. It is definitely a great bowling alley.

This place was absolutely amazing. Me and my guest came and was greeted immediately by the young man at the front desk. It was my first and last time going. Starting with the prices and the way they charge. That will be too expensive for a family. The guy that gives out the shoes is a horrible rep for the company and not professional at all. The manager on duty at the time didnt care either. The bathrooms was awfully nasty my wife waited unit she made it home. My lane touch screen was broken and when they moved me to the next lane it malfunctioned also. Just a horrible experience and they nothing to make it right.

There was a miscommunication on pricing. We were able to play our games comfortably before the place began to get really busy. The pricing is very deceptive. The tell you its 11 for the lane and 6 for the shoes. The shoes are obviously per person but they dont tell you the lane is also per person. You dont pay until the end and they keep your card on file. They need to advertise proper pricing. Bumpers are ALL broken. Dont bring kids here.

Diamond lanes and its employees are Awesome. Star goes out of here way to be friendly and as helpful as possible. The new AGM Peyton takes the time to get to know all of the league bowlers and to help solve any problems that arises. I always hear them say making you guys happy is our priority from both of them as well as the staff. The restrooms are always clean and the facility is nice. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. We ve had issues here every time we ve been here but this one took the cake This establishment does not support law enforcement and denies entry to off-duty officers for carrying a firearm despite the many issues they have here. To add, they have armed security guards working who are not displaying the proper requirements on their uniforms such as company patch/insignia, name tag with guard s last name, and the word security displayed broadly. The company they contract with is AFI Security and Investigations and they make ever attempt to look like law enforcement. I and my family will never return here knowing that they deny law enforcement access because they are carrying, yet the many imaginable illegally carried guns on this property. You don t support law enforcement we can t support your establishment. Plain and simple!

Very expensive for what it is.....Saturday night 1 game is $17 per person (game+shoe rental), cannot rent lane by hour, its per person, per game. So, with taxes, looking at $60 for 3 people for 1 game. Ridiculous pricing.

So I m in a bowling league and this is where we bowl. They are upgraded some things but some of the lanes have duck taped key pads, the ceiling is horrible and the bathrooms need to be upgraded. The staff is very friendly and helpful and deserve to work in a better facility. Update..they are starting to upgrade some of the facility. Maybe by summer it will be modernized and new Also recently they started adding an extra tax it s kinda like a tip to any food orders. Which I m not a fan of so I ve stopped ordering food and drinks when I go. It s a three star rating for staff alone but could really be a 2 start rating due to the Facility needs some work

I absolutely loved our experience at AMF Diamond Bowling & Arcade! I took my grandson and 5 of his friends and had a wonderful time! Clean, friendly, good menu and reasonably priced! Our family had an amazing time bowling at diamond bowl . Chris was Johnny on the spot when we needed help on our lane. We will definitely return again for another night of family fun. I definitely recommend this center for family night, date night or any occasion.

Love this place! Family oriented, date night, or a prelude with friends going out on the town. This place proves, while updated - how AMF has such a long history and has proven to be a iconic staple and fun for all. I would like to give a shout out Christ who kept everything running smoothly on our lane and worked out any problems. We will definitely going back soon. Thank you.
