The all experience was great. The sales person was super helpful and patient. The delivery guys were efficient, respectful and did not rush, answering our questions ( we are new at this :) ) The communication for the delivery was also good and the ability to track the truck is very helpful to get organized during the day, instead of having to be home just waiting. Really great experience!!

They have a decent selection of cues for the brands they carry. They are missing some lower priced brands such as scorpion or action. Would love to see more brands. They are also more than a billiards store. They have almost any game you would want in your man cave or she-shed.

Top Notch. I needed a pool table moved from a second floor gameroom and delivered 90 miles south, reassembled, with new felt. Billiard Factory was on time, professional, and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again.

Jessie and Marcos were phenomenal! They showed up on time, were polite, and did a great job setting up our table. To top it off, they even helped me get my couch into the other room! I could not have moved that thing without their help. Such blessings. We will be using this location for all our billiard needs!!

Go see Fred at the Billiard Factory! He is knowledgeable about all of their products and loves the game of pool. Anytime I needed anything he was able to help. He even made a house call after hours to adjust the weight in a pool cue before a match during my pool league play.

Had a great experience with these guys. I bought a pool table from my neighbor. The communication prior to and during the move was excellent. They came out broke it down, transported and then set it up. The guys were fast! It only to a few hours and they did a great job.

My family and I have depended on the Billiard Factory for quality bar stools, custom theater seating (rich brother lol), home entertainment etc for years. My parents entertained as does my bro & some heavy (dont mean smart) church folk. Even I tipped scales at 345lbs couple years ago! Prices are really reasonable considering aesthetic & quality of workmanship.

They got to my home an hour early which was a surprise for us. They did an Excellent job refelting my son-in-laws slate pool table. He was extremely impressed and excited when he came home and saw that it had been done.

We needed our pool table taken apart and moved as we were replacing our floors. The salesman on the phone was very helpful and professional and got us scheduled for the next day. The crew was on time, very friendly and polite and professional. They did a great job in under a half hour. Will definitely use them again when the floors are done and the table needs to be set back up.
