Went here for an Anniversary Celebration for friends. I purchased one drink for $8 gave the Waitress/Server a $3 tip. When I checked my bank statement a few days later, there was a second unauthorized charge on my card for $50. I repeatedly tried calling the phone number provided on the website (no one answers or the voicemail doesnt work) No one responds to the emails or the messages through social media. Use cash only...trusting this establishment to not steal by running unauthorized charges is a risk. BEWARE!

It was an entire vibe. The good was good, along with the drinks. Our waiter was Rose and she provided an amazing service!!! Definitely coming back.

A little something for everyone, Mo was my bartender and and was very attentive, Janelle (sp) was my cook and did a great job with my shrimp baked potato, definitely ask for the non-menu items.

Yoyo was a great waitress very efficient and really sweet. We were a party of 8 and she didnt miss a beat. Because of her service I will be telling my friends to come to Shades Bar and Grill and ask for Yolanda (Yoyo) to be their waitress.

Been waiting for this cool lil place to open up. Tonight is my maiden voyage and it was worth the wait. Welcomed at the door with friendlies! Good start. On the runway with Wana, bartender, who offered making my drink decision and made me something tropical , not with vodka. I love that kind of service because after frustrating days at work, ireally dont want to settle my mind enough to choose a drink. It was so tasty. The menu has tempting options, but Fried Boudin Balls! YES! Wana suggested a fish sandwich for dinner. She brought out all the side condiments to ready my pallet. Then. Wow, hot, delicious food. Boudin balls spiced perfectly. Fish sandwish with their tasty dressing, Yuh Uhm! Im not even done with my visit and its so perfect! Thanks Wana!

I love the chill, adult vibe. Much love to the best Bartender, Wana. Trust and Believe she will give you what you need! Never disappoints. The Manager, Mo is simply amazing. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and professional. Food, Drinks, Music and Hookah were all great.
