Seemed nice at first but bartender decided she wanted to extort money from me so refused service after 2 beers... Was paying cash by the way... Not going to tip after every beer but would have tipped $10 for 3 beers had she not cut me off after 2 for not tipping

If I could give a negative star I would... bartender was an old and bitter lady, cant help that you choose to work at a spot where you have to serve and work.. 1st and last time for me .. on top she kept my change

Wonderful time. Just listened to the regulars and enjoyed the stories. When you can tell a dude that his calf, an artificial limb with Astros logos all over, looks great and an awesome conversation breaks out, you are in a good place. Thanks all!!!!!

We were there while manager/owner was working and the atmosphere was great but once he left, the bar did a 360 . The metal music started and the clientele changed for the worse. Our party left and probably wont go back.

Cellar bar is where you go when you want to disappear and be left the hell alone. Beer selection is not great but the staff are low-key enough and wont hassle you. They will serve you then let you vanish into the back yard outside where you can sit by yourself. They have the AMI app/jukebox so you can pay for a bunch of songs everyone will hate and they will be forced to endure them.

All I have to say. Is if you have CC as a bartender leave immediately. No knowledge on how to pour a drink and on top of that asked me why I didn t tip More no professional service if I ever go back and she is there I will be leaving immediately. If I could vote negative stars I would. Update: apparently CC took it upon herself to give a bigger tip from my account. The audacity of that woman and this bar for keeping her hired. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be disrespected and robbed.

Looked for a dive bar, found an untouchable regulars bar. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Those other reviews are right. I know you want a cool dive but this ain t it. Set the scene: 5 regulars pinned up at the bar, no one else at any other tables. Red flag. I say, try it anyway! Meet locals! I love talking to new people. No service. No acknowledgement when I walked in the door. After several minutes of standing, a patron calls the bartender by name. Somehow she messed up salting a glass? Whatever, it s beer. This place sucks so bad. How lame! Go elsewhere!

I think professionalism is very important, and I dont think getting a random drunk patron to threaten guests with brass knuckles to leave is in any way professional and all of this over a tip that you feel wasnt enough. If you are a unlucky enough to have CC as your bartender leave.

We came during happy hour, a rifle raffle, and multiple sports playing. That being said, seating our party was quick, and the service was a team effort so we recieved our food and drinks quickly. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and outside of a touchdown or homerun, you can carry on a conversation easily at a table of 10. This place is family friendly, and clean. I recommend coming out here for some good food, and good times.

Was recommended by the bartender at preamble as a very cool place to shoot pool and listen to music with a local crowd. We left after a game of pool. Bartender shut down music without a refund stating they have a ball game and we are not allowed to play music on their juke box. 6 patrons in bar other than us 5 at a table conversing and 1 sitting at the bar with bar tender. I assume since we are new into bar that she shut it down for the single patron...anyways payed the tab and we left... dont recommend...

One of my favorite places. This neighborhood establishment is a cozy place where friends gather for a drink after work or to watch a sporting event. They have some unbelievable drink deals such as 2.50 well drinks on Thursdays. There is never more then one bar tender and no wait staff so when they are busy they can get behind, but their attitude is great and they do the absolute best that they can.

Decent place to have a beer. The bartenders are nice and the bathrooms are surprisingly clean. The only reason why I give it three stars is because the building really needs some renovation work. Other than that, its a good spot for a night of bar hopping.

Its exactly what you expect, down to earth dive bar with good prices. A couple pool tables and sitting areas in front and back for outside. It has a modern internet enabled jukebox and my only complaint for the whole bar is that the jukebox prices are too high.

Went on Friday night. The night time bartender was horrible. She spent more time outside hanging out then she did making drinks. When she would finally come back inside there was a line of people waiting for drinks. There was some guy that kept going behind the bar while the bartender was outside and pouring draft beer which was never rung up. The bar owner should stop by the next time this bartender works to see things firsthand.

this bar, mollys pub and third base are all owned by the same indian guy who is a total dick i had been here a while drinking and i think he mistook me for someone else he came up to me and said hey buddy, you go now i laugh a bit and say what? and he said you not allowed at dis barr or that barr or that one and i just laugh thinking hes a drunk or something and i just say ok w/e dude and walk back to my friends, then he puts his hand on my shoulder and he says loudly you go now! i laugh again and told him if his drunk ass has a problem we can settle it outside he just storms off cussing in arabian or w/e and things go back to normal then cops come in and talk to him then talk to me and they just say he wants you to leave and tell me he owns the establishment, i just leave. dudes a total nutcase be warned
