If I could give 10 starts I would. Bella Luna hosted my daughters quinceanera on 7/6/24 and it was such a beautiful and magical night. Ruby was so friendly, super accommodating, professional and easy to work with from the very beginning, letting us know that they would take care of everything we needed! Their staff is insanely professional and attentive the day off. The venue was worth every dime we paid. Im so glad we chose BellaLuna!! We highly recommend them to others for big events!

Bella Luna event hall is a perfect place for your parties. I had a hard time on finding a space who didn t have office tile. The venue is clean, organized and spacious. Everything went very smooth , this is coming from a person who is type A. Day of I was in awe of how beautiful everything looked. Julio made sure the venue stayed looking beautiful the entire night and aly was the sweetest as well. Ruby, was so thoughtful in allowing me to meet with her several times to make sure I had everything in order for my daughter s special day! I will be coming back for future events. I received so many compliments and all of them are due to Bella Luna events. Very clean restrooms, room for dressings, small kitchen area and bar very ample parking. All of those are a must! Thank you ruby for making our night go so smooth and special.

I had the pleasure of using Bella Luna (Houston) as a venue of choice for my daughter s graduation celebration. Mrs. Ruby and her staff made sure that this day was perfect. I attended an event here which is a nice looking place. So for future reference I asked questions. I found it upsetting that there is so many last minute up charges. Which prices were exaggerating to me. Once the bill is paid they stop answering your calls and don t call back. Other than that the place is nice and my friend was able to make a beautiful quince for her daughter.

If you pay in full it looks like the cancelation policy goes away and the owner will stop responding. Just make sure you ask this questions a head of time. Otherwise she will return text and calls in a weekly basis. Place was good and comfortable but our family feel forced to do the event here since otherwise all money was going to be loss. Read and ask this questions ahead of time.

Bella Luna hosted a Barbie Pop up event and everything was fabulous! We were one of many great vendors that participated in this unique gathering. The decor was fun and festive, the music selection fit the theme perfectly, and there were colorful backdrops for fun photo ops too. All the guests had a marvelous experience. Were looking forward to working with this fantastic establishment again very soon. Thank you to Ruby and the wonderful Bella Luna staff!

If you are a bride, save yourself the headache and do not book here. She will forget your appointments and will not respond to calls or text messages for days/weeks. Very unorganized with decor appointments. Had to show up to the venue once to get a response from her. Had to look for another venue instead and lost the money since she does not refund. Very bad experience especially since she has a bad attitude

We celebrated my daughters 18th birthday and graduation party at Bella Luna and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved the decor and great service. Everything turned out beautifully done. This is an amazing venue! Ruby is very attentive on what you need for your party to make it the best you ll have. All of the staff is very kind and professional which is always a plus (: They do offer different packages to accommodated your preferences which I love since not all events are the same. Ruby and her team made a memorable night for my daughter s quinceanera. We were both happy with the decor, setting, staff and overall everything. She offers plenty of packages to use and offers a lot that most venues don t and very affordable. She has plenty of vendors she works with as well. They are up to date with the current trends as well as the traditional Very easy to work with always responsive to all text and phone calls. I highly recommend Bella Luna for an event. This is such a cute venue. Well taken care of and modernized so it looks clean and sleek. Not dated but Cant say the same for the same room the jae room looks dated. I loved the potential if this venue especially since we want an intimate wedding. So it came down to pricing. At pricing being from 4k to 8K depending on the selected package it not bad on the surface but when you compare to other venues I found it too much. there was only a 1,500 difference between bella luna and the venue we ended up choosing. and they where larger, just had a better layout with private suites and private outdoor garden. I say get rid of the Jae room and expand Bella Luna with a private suite adding a stair element would be the cherry on top.

I have attended a couple events at this venue, and I finally got to see what it was like to host my first event here! The staff is absolutely incredible. So well mannered, so kind and so helpful! Ruby (the owner) has a list of preferred vendors a mile long, so she was able to communicate my requests and get me a better deal, than if I booked some of these services on my own. The communication and meetings leading up to the event were great, and she was very transparent about what to expect and timeline for the day of. This was the first party I ever threw where I wasn t stressed or freaking out, because they literally thought of anything and everything. The venue is clean and so beautiful! I am so grateful for the experience and staff, and definitely recommend their services.

Viewed and toured because we wanted a venue with a more intimate setting. Appreciate the modern changes, nice clean aesthetic and bathroom are great but a bit over priced for what it is and where its located. Advice: I think they should get rid of the smaller jae room and just expand the main venue for a tad more seating and create a private room/grand entrance for bride or quinceanera maybe a small staircase. as party planner Im hired to find and get the best venue and deal for my clients. This place has so much potential but you have to be able to compete with design and prices. Prices are too close to larger venues, consider lowering venue rental fee, looking forward to checking yall out in the future.

My daughter had her Sweet 16 Birthday party at Bella Luna Events last sunday (9/4/19), everything was beautiful. The hall was beautiful and truly amazing inside and out. Great customer service from all employees. They treat you like family and very welcoming. The hall is very reasonable and the great thing of all you can make month payments. They have alot of different packages to choose from. I truly love the dressing room area. I will be having another event there in the future. My family and friends love the hall and the decorations.

My Husband and I married at this venue Bella Luna Events we chose Esmeralda and could have not picked a better place for my event! Absolutely satisfied with the staff working there. Very clean and organized venue. I had been to other venues to compare pricing but nobody could beat their package deals! Our Team was able to book me in two weeks and worked with me to make sure the night was perfect and it was. They also recommended their DJ Sonido Regio DJ Ismael was simply so easy to work with and did an amazing job! He kept all my guest happy and on the dance floor. Will highly recommend this venue to my family and friends and anyone looking for a memorable event.

FANTASTIC venue! I had my wedding here 2/11/2017 and Nelly and the entire staff waited on us hand and foot. They helped us plan every detail, invited us for tastings, called with details whenever they had a question and kept us updated and on time for the entire process. They offer so many options for food, colors, cakes, music etc. The outside patio was perfect for the smokers and offered a great place to take pictures in front of the fountain surrounded by plants and hanging lights.
