Ive eaten at pretty much every one of these restaurants in Texas. They all are consistently fast, clean, and delicious. I love this place but it is pricey. I go on Taco Tuesdays and its a decent price. Yum! Taco and burrito plates. Tortillas are the best you can get unless you can do your own homemade ones. Chips and queso. Pretty good chocolate and carrot cake. Fajitas are great but get em with queso or youll think its dry. They are pricey for what you get. Parking: Kinda cramped in parking lot but there is a Walmart behind this location so plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and spots are available at this site.

Whenever I had visited this place they had treated me well but this time from the cashier to the lady. The ones who were clearing the tables and cleaning were quite rude, I dont know if it was because it was Friday and it was almost 9 oclock but that day they close at 10 so we had time to eat, even so the cashier took the order but to our disgust and Mrs. He didnt let me drink soda from the machine, he had to drink tea because he had already cleaned them and he didnt want it to get dirty. I think they should put up a sign to see until what time it is okay to come and eat with your family without getting hurt. treatment or a bad face as for the food, as always, very good.

This restaurant poisoned me. It may sound fake or petty, but its true. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered the taco plate with soft shell. I took my food to go and ate at home. A couple of hours later, I get major stomach pain and vomit. In case you were wondering, I had nothing to eat the entire day, Rosas Café was the first thing I ate. I ate here before and the food was fine, but all of a sudden I get food poisoned? Im never eating here again.

I was searching for a new breakfast spot- quiet - to do some work, healthy, Wi-Fi, and iced coffee. I have hit another Flower Mound spot regularly, and it s about $20. Forget that. I could do without the music at Rosas, and they have no Wi-Fi. My phone works fine without it. The booths are a little tight to the table but easily doable. I had a chorizo with egg bowl. It was piled high with refried beans, potatoes, and shredded cheese. I added a coffee. $6.50!!! Free refills on coffee. Ice machine. And fresh salsa bar with maybe six or more choices. Fast service. The food was excellent. I ll add a tortilla next time.UNREAL. Do it.

Today I had a bad experience because I got to buy some margaritas and I paid for them and they told me to wait a little because they were not frozen yet, I waited and after 30 minutes of waiting, sitting down, I returned to the register to find out what was happening in the store. The manager MARIA was at the box, she helped me, she didnt say anything, just with a bad attitude, she gave me a refund, I didnt ask for a refund, I just wanted to know how much longer it would take,,,, she didnt tell me the reason, she didnt even give me an apology or anything. Just as I was angry and with a bad face, in reality, if you dont feel qualified to work with costumer service, you better look for another job. I asked to speak to the manager and Isabel, the one who was on the line, the manager spoke to me with a very good person. attitude and kindness, she apologized for what happened,, and I was finally able to have my margarita. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO TACO BELL! I knew this place has the most UNSEASONED slop in the world; somehow, I thought it changed after years of not visiting. In the drive thru, the girl just stoppped answering my questions...it was literally silent for several moments. Then, a different voice came on. Honestly, this was my third time ever coming here. First 2 times felt the same. The food is a bit expensive in exchange for the quality of Tex mex . I order the burrito for the first time today and what I learned about my order after I already reached home was that it is not an actual burrito (though it is labeled burrito on the menu), when in fact, it is a normal size tortilla with fajita meat which is a TACO. With nothing in it might I add. So upsetting that I took to review. Only reason it s getting 3 stars is because the meat was actually seasons okay and it s not the location s fault but a corporate issue.

The cashier made these first time visitors feel like Rosa s Cafe values its customers. They offer a vibrant Tex Mex dining experience. I ve heard a lot about Rosa s and decided to try it this morning. We went through the drive thru. The man says, How can I help you? My husband reply s, One moment please. To which the man says, I SAID, how can I help you? We chalked it up to a misunderstanding. We order two bacon tacos and two sausage tacos. We get to the window and the man hands us our food. To which my husband asks, This is two bacon and two sausage, right? The man flatly says, That s what you ordered. My husband waited 15 minutes before the order was ready. When we checked, it was given to us in to go containers and not the family platter we ordered. Now we have to rearrange or Christmas eve dinner to be more presentable to our guest. This so called family size fajitas cost us $150.00. I wish we didnt recommend Rosas for our Christmas Eve dinner. I will be contacting their headquarters as the issue could not be resolved this evening.

Needed to serve 25 hungry family members for a holiday party. I worked with Kira from the Catering Dispatch team. After a couple of emails and proposals we locked in my order. All the food came very presentable and we kept the hot items warm in the oven while waiting for everyone to arrive. We had Taco Bar with all the fixings and enchiladas. The entire crew LOVED the setup and the flavor was amazing. My daughter did the pickup and somehow plates were either forgotten or left behind. I called the store (it is very close to my home), let them know and April was ready at the drive thru window with my plates the entire experience was SO SIMPLE and SO DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the Rosa s Cafe in Highland Village. I have eaten there many times and have catered with them now two times and every experience has been EXCELLENT. Special thanks to Kira and April for their incredible and efficient assistance.

It was absolutely Fabulous. I cant believe I lived in North texas for several years and not once did I eat there. Definitely my loss. The Food was better than I expected and the service was out of this world. Needless to say Ill be back when in Texas again.

Whoever is working the drive through at 7:15 on 11/13 needs to find a new job. I frequent this Rosa s multiple times a month and I ve never received the lack of service I got from the kid working the drive through and the attitude that came with it. When I pulled up I wasn t greeted at all and after waiting a few minutes with multiple Hello? and I m ready to order requests. As I nearly decided to drive off he came through rudely asking what I needed. After asking if I was able to order I heard an audible sigh. He made me repeat my order multiple times and it was only 3 things. At which point he told me to pull forward without providing a total amount. Once I pulled up, again he didn t say how much it was when I got to the window as he was on his phone and just extended his hand. At which point I had to clarify what I owed and what my order was. He proceeded to sit on his phone the whole time we were at the window and even when someone had placed our food behind him. He eventually noticed and gave us our food and quickly closed the window prompting us to have to get his attention to get our receipt. This employee shouldn t be working in a position where he was to interact with customers if he s gonna be this rude, disrespectful and inattentive.
