We sold our home in Garland. The buyer asked if we could use Truly Title in Rockwall, which we agreed to. Biggest mistake ever! I have never in my life dealt with such poor customer service, rudeness and 100% unprofessional. Received a call from Truly Title to schedule closing about a week ahead of time. My husband and I both planned the day off of work, scheduled a appointment with the apartments we were moving into to sign the lease and get the keys for after closing same day. Showed up on date and time (actually 30 mins early) to close along with our realtor. We walked in, our realtor gave the receptionist our names. She offered us something to drink and asked that we have a seat someone would be with us shortly. The Branch manager Katrina Lane marched in to the lobby about 5 minutes later where we were waiting and yelled I dont have you on the schedule, You arent closing. My realtor showed her emails from Truly Title from two days prior confirming we were scheduled to close. She continued to advise she didnt have us on the schedule and her office doesnt schedule closings until she tells them to. Well obviously they do as we had email confirmations. I dont deal well with people who are purposefully rude for no reason. I advised her to lose her attitude it was not acceptable. Long story short we didnt close until the following Monday. Things happen. I understand that. My problem was there was NO communication or notification that closing was not going to happen. So when we show up and are blind sided, the attitude was absolutely uncalled for. No understanding of our confusion. Come to find out her daughter works for her and is the one that scheduled the closing with us. Instead of saying I apologize there was a mistake in scheduling the closing for today, she wanted to blame us the customer, who had NO control over scheduling. I am not sure how someone can be so rude and unprofessional. I guarantee you, they will not get our business when we purchase our home when our lease is up. Truly Title - Rockwall, very disappointing. When the manager is showing that type of behavior, it puts a bad light on the company name. Hopefully she will learn from her behavior and treat people with kindness and respect. Especially when it was HER offices mistake.

I though a had a good experience until i found out that I signed documents that included ilegal addition to a house made and were not disclose. I wont trust this company again i ended up dealing with the city for things were not my fault and expending extra money. I expect that company like this one bring to the table everything before sign in up a deal of this magnitud instead of hide things. My advice next time you sign with this company watch out. Will not recomend this to anyone.
