This Sam s Club is one of my favorites but there s some things they could work on. Firstly the drink options are very limited as there s only a handful of slots from the soda machines that actually dispense their flavor. that and they NEVER HAVE ICE. their hearing aid area is super crowded by junk and it s never organized. there s often garbage or plastic waste just sitting in larger cardboard boxes for days and sometimes weeks. i know they re renovating but that section they re renovating is not a problem whatsoever, it s the food area, and the lines. they make it nearly impossible for scan & go shoppers to get in and out as quickly as promised.

VERY slow to unload truck. One pallet off every 20-30mins. Plus have to turn in keys and wait in the truck, pretty damn hot. Been over 4hrs in the dock and the restrooms for the drivers are horrible. I guess as long as they get thier merchandise, its the hell with driver.

Please, if you are going to buy meat at Sams, check the weight of the meat. I just bought ground beef and the weight says 4.89, almost 5 pounds, and I always get 5 half-kilo bags, that is, 1 pound, and this time I got 4 pound bags. That means they are overcharging me by .89 lb. I went back to Sams to clarify that and actually brought my scale to measure and prove to them that they are overcharging a quarter pound or whatever in their case And they did not want to give me a discount so that I could take the meat (Christine) I was not willing to pay for something that is not correct Honestly, please check the weight of your meat because if Sams scales are wrong, its not fair that they are overcharging people. Ive never had a problem at Sams.

75% of the people who shop at this club are not members. Ive had 3 fraud claims in two years from this store. Nice way to treat a 40-year member. I take umbrage to the fact that after paying my membership fee, I have to stand in line for 15 minutes behind people who have never been club members and never will be. Mismanaged. Its typical for this area, though.

Terrible how the cafe is so shor handed and the wait for a slice of pizza is over 20.min. the pizza is sitting in the heated display box however there are not enough employees to make the orders that have been paid for so the customer is forced to stand in a long line for an unacceptable amount of time...TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Im handicap and every time I come to this Sams club All the electric scooters are being used by people who can walk. I am a right leg amputee and have problems with my other foot so I have to use the scooters to get around. I think Sams should either get more scooters or start enforcing the use by people who have nothing wrong with them but are riding around while people who really need one cant. How about some consideration for handicap people.

Best value, obviously when you shop and you can afford to be a member. BUT...their mens bathroom is the worst for any public/private establishment. 1. 2nd stall has been locked for a few months...no one is using it, theres NO note on the door, just reduces available potty privileges 2. Floors always with litter 3. Mirrors always dirty and smeared 4. Toilets unflushed. Of course this is the fault of inconsiderate (& stupid) people. But if theyre always unflushed that means Sams could care less about hygiene, yours or theirs because they are not checking this regularly

I came to the deli to eat pizza,basically about $8 a pizza.love the combos...they need more tables & seats...a lot of people gather.most people need a yearly subscription or card to buy things here.they have good prices on bigger items,food ,hygiene..clothes.i love just coming to look at certain items.this place is awesome

Pay over $100 for my membership just to be harassed at the door to prove I have one. Even worse, the lady was kinda rude about it too. When I was leaving and passed the door I watched as customers went in and she didn t ask any of them to see their memberships so why was she so focused on mine? I paid for my membership, pay for my items and Sam s Club acts like they re doing me a favor letting me shop there. Come on, Sam s Club, do better! At the very least train your employees to be polite and fair.

Sams club in general need to contact what 3rd party vendors they allow utilize their property to peddle services. The AT&T representative misrepresented promotion to get people to sign up for a lines. It was basically a scam because when I went to finalize the transaction they reneged on their part of the deal and I either had to pay for the phone or send it back and was liable for a restocking fee. I was informed that my information would be passed on to the AT&T market manager and Mr. Cook and I have yet to recieve a call for the market manager. Just a suggestion Sams should really practice due dilligence is who they allow the peddle services that are predatory because its bad for their business and the customer experience.

Very disappointed. We just purchased a membership and went through the entire store trying to find deals. In almost every case we were able to purchase the same products cheaper elsewhere without having to pay a membership fee. Even milk is cheaper at the local Walmart. We are not a name brand shopper and this might be part of the answer. Gas was a good price but is really worth waiting in the line behind five cars! We kind of felt like we waisted our money on the membership fee.

Let s talk about Recieving . How can you have trucker appreciation week and take about 3 to 4 hours to just unload ,especially with the heat. Each truck that is waiting just adds to more hours. You walk in and the lady is on her phone watching videos , is that what y all hire to pay . Besides the attitude from all Recieving employees .all the hours of driving to get to your destination you are greeted with someone who is not happy with their JOB. Just want to include that us as truck drivers just want to arrive at our given time, unload, and take off to our families..eat at our table with someone else, & sleep on our own bed . That is what trucker appreciation is . If is not like that , we have another pick up that we have to make and y all just delaying on that time .

Walk into Sams, spend 45 minutes making our purchase choices. As we put items into our cart, I am scanning them with the Sams Scan n Go on the Sams app. Once we are done with our choices, I swipe right on the Scan n Go app, my purchases are paid and we start to walk out of the store, bypassing several hundred people waiting in line to pay for their purchases.
