I never have any issues with this store, and the workers are always so friendly. They have so much cute stuff that I personally love to buy or gifts for others. I definitely think this is the place to get affordable, nice, or useful stuff here. Occasionally, they would even have fun little events.

The staff here was super courteous and friendly. Im a tarot reader\energy healer and Im also modifying my van to be a camper. Im amazed at both the things this store has from cheap padded flooring for my van mod that is think enough to not need insulation and sound proofing as well as small enough home goods for a stylish and affordable van conversion. Ill post pics once Im done but I must say the young man and young woman were so courteous and helpful even though it was 30 minutes til close and I stayed till the end. They were very helpful in assisting me in finding what I needed and I hope theyre paid well because great customer service is hard to find. The young man even wished me safety when I was leaving. They have so much more cost Palo Santo different sages tarot cards and journals and books much more economical than Barnes and nobles sadly. They also have really amazing cooking supplies and art supplies. I know its five below but I could likely spend my whole ssdi check here. its better than the target dollar section lol (not knocking it but its important items not needs. This store is packed with amazing things you can get affordably today and not have to wait a million years for. Lets support even the larger local stores because they employ our neighbors) people forget that although supporting small business is amazing, most dont employ many people. And while Amazon is cool, I dont want a world where I cant ask a friendly staff member for some help. The young lady and I had a lovely mini conversation about the natural and holistic items I was looking for. I will definitely be back and use them as much as I can.

I purchased an item and when I arrived home relized it was broken. I took it back 30 min later and they wouldnt exchange it without a receipt. I opted for no receipt at time of check out. I offered to show my bank statement to prove I was there I only 30 minutes prior but the young manager Jose H. refused to work with me.

Walked in, while staff was great on welcoming us into store. Asked about signing vendor log book.The training district manager was disrespectful and made you feel unwanted. Crazy to think a company would condone such behavior. Be nice to customers,but treat a customer/vendor different. I hope she would get some sort of reprimand or talking to.
