These street Tacos are filled up. Soft corn tortillas that dont tear up when you pick them up. Try red sauce for added flavor and kick. The charro beans are a good prep. Tasty and priced just right. Gracias!

Great tacos! I tried the fajita tacos and a torta deshrebrada. Both items were delicious and had good flavor. Salsa has a good flavor as well. Little bit of a language barrier for myself, but the lady was very nice.

Loved it here!! The chicken tacos are so delicious!! Pretty much everything was less than 10 and they have mex cokes too!! Parking scared me but luckily there was parking rite in the front lol but I will so be back for the same tacos lol the green salsa pica tho so beware!! Waitress was nice and quick and kept checking on us and its super fresh inside and clean!

Horrible service! The food was cold and they overcharge people! I was ripped off and when I asked the owners wife about it she very rudely said it was for extra lemons. The food is not fresh, its microwaved. Please dont waste your money in this place. Theres better places.

I was over charged the other day I usually get the same thing but for some reason I got over charged by double the price I pay for two toratas and two cokes I usually pay about $10 for the two but I got charged double $18.57 to be exact and they blame it on the he new machine from the bank I think the new girl doesnt know what she doing and she charging everyone more than what we pay I was nice ordering food from them but with services like this I cant do it no more especially when I go walking to get my food three miles But thank you again

The location was clean and the service very personable. The waitress gave us details on the dishes once we told her it was our first time. She even gave us suggestions. Parking: Free street parking, wide stree and easy access. Kid-friendliness: My kids are picky eaters but they loved the beans and the tortas and taco pirata. They made adjustments to the meal to suit their likes.

I heard this place was good for tacos, but honestly you re better off looking elsewhere. The customer service was bad. Our tacos were out almost immediately after placing the order. We could hear the microwave being used right before we received our order. The beans had the flavor of old bread. I asked for grilled onions and again I could hear the microwave being used. Steer clear of this place if you re expecting fresh hot food.

Whenever I visit that city I do everything possible to stop by to enjoy my taquitos here at the bonfire. We love it and when we take someone else they are always satisfied. Very good flavor, the bad thing is that there is not enough belly space to continue enjoying their tacos.

Service was terrible. The price for the quality and quantity of food was well worth it. The machine was having technical difficulties for a long time so that was a tad annoying. The bathroom needs work and theres a lock on the outside of the restroom as well. Thought that was a little weird so I only washed my hands.(with the door open wasnt taking any chances) Its a small moms and pops place and they even have the game on for the customers. That was a plus. The TVs were a tad small, couldnt really see the score but none the less it was on. The lady got the orders right but gave the wrong person the wrong food and once the other person was already eating out of the dish the waitress suggested the other person just hand it over to me instead of correcting it or bringing out another cup of beans. Long story short I just bought one for myself even though it came with my plate. It wasnt a terrible experience but I probably wont be back. Id recommend the place but me personally I wont be returning.

Horrible. Only one cook, one waitress. There was a child in the back in a play pen. Waitress would sit and play with child during a packed restaurant. Food packed in the worst way! Beans fell everywhere. It was supposed to be 30mins wait for food...it turned into an hour. Will never come here again .

Used to be one of our favorite taco places in Harlingen but we are for sure done going here. Not sure what has happened but the quality of the food has gone downhill. The beans tasted awful, the grilled onions we ordered werent in our order. No limes. The tacos werent anything great. Truly felt like a waste of money and a sub par dinner. So sad to say that this is no longer our favorite taco place!

Very disappointed. This place charges .50 per container and plates. The notice about the .50 is written in Spanish located upper right hand side of the menu. If you can t read or speak Spanish, it doesn t tell you about the .50 charge. Woman at register stated All places that serve food charge a fee for containers. They do not give receipts, the cash register has no paper. Take paper, pen and calculator. You will need to calculate what you purchase. Make sure you do the tax calculation for your purchase correctly. No one speaks English in this place, I have been here three times. Finally took someone with me who speaks Spanish and she asked about the inaccurate amounts. I will not be going back.

Tacos were ok. I got the alpastor order. Comes with shreded cheese on top. Not really a fan of that combo. Service is poor. Sat down. Lady came over and just dropped the menu in front of me and didnt say a word. No music playing so you hear everyones conversations and even the workers talking in the back. Kind of an awkward experience. Oh and the beans were terrible.

I ordered to go and forgot to cross out the space for no tip. And I come to find out that they gave themselves a tip. I normally don t even bother and check but for some reason I remembered the total was different than what I saw charged on my bank account. I called the store to bring awareness to the owners. I hope they don t take that lightly and keep allowing it. I have no idea how long that has been going on. It really disappointed me. So all I could say is that y all need to be careful on that. The wife of the owner was rude about the situation towards me as well.

S&S: I would defenetly go back. I had the beef steak tacos and they were very good. Meat was nice soft and tasty. Service was not the most friendly or pleasant and they need to do better in preparing/presenting the bill. Math seemed to be a challenge for the young lady server. I asked to split the bill and she looked like I had asked her to solve a differential equation... If they want to grow they need an electronic billing system that can do the math and print the tickets. Charges scribbled on a pice of yellow paper with several corrections doesnt inspire customer confidence. Im sure she messed up but what the heck, I was not about to mess up my meal by starting an argument with her over a couple of dollars...
