I am a criminal defense attorney based out of Houston, TX. I hired Attorney Phillip Hall as my local counsel for a DWI case. Phillip was able to negotiate with the prosecutor a deal that will result in my clients case being dismissed. If youre charged with a crime, I would highly recommend him if youre looking for a hard working, diligent attorney that has an open line of communication. Phillip & Francisco both represented my brother, and the experience was immaculate! The professionalism is incredible! Even with only Spanish speaking parents, they were able to completely translate every detail until they 100% understood what was being communicated. Phillip had personally represented me in my case, and just as expected the process was flawless! He helped me out as much as possible. He got my felony charge dropped and was able to get me on probation for other charge. Highly recommended ! I absolutely can not say enough good things about Phillip and his team! Our friend was falsely accused of murder and without their excellent legal skills, my friends lives would have been ruined. Their help and support extended beyond legal advice. They were a rock for all the parties involved. If you ve never had to testify with someone s life in the balance, let me tell you, it s very stressful. But as stressful as testifying was, it was the biggest relief when a not guilty verdict was reached. We all waited with bated breath, holding hands, and tears in our eyes. I went in to speak to Mr. Hall about my fiances case while he was incarcerated and looking at doing more time. Mr. Hall took the time to sit down and review the case and was honest saying we did not need his services and he did not want to take our money because a trial should not be needed and an attorney would not be warranted in our case. He was very professional, welcoming, and very happy to help even though I did not end up needing his services.
