As a Banker/Loan Officer, I greatly appreciate the patience and persistence that Adam Cantwell has with his clients. He went above and beyond to make sure our client was able to make it to closing on time as he was faced with many challenges over the 4 months of a very tough and complicated transaction. He is definitely the best realtor I have ever worked with. When I moved in there were damages to the apartment that I reported and they never came to fix the whole time i was there. Then when I moved out they charged me for the damages that were already there. This place will rip you off if you security deposit. I won t get my money back but I can warn people about this place.

I called Adam Cantwell 4-5 times last week, leaving messages each time regarding a rental property thats listed online, and never received a response. My husband works in law enforcement we are on a 2-3 year assignment in the area, making us long-term renters. We are non-smokers, former homeowners with excellent credit, and a six-figure household income. We are basically every landlords dream tenant, yet we couldnt get a returned phone call from this guy, even after leaving multiple messages on multiple numbers explaining our strong interest in the property. We were set on moving to that side of the loop and were prepared to put down the deposit immediately. So whoever owns 20764 Alta Vista Ct. Apt. A in Harlingen FYI, your realtor isnt doing his job. We found an even better home, thanks to the great and responsive realtors at Impact Properties.
