I went by Harlingen office today everyone is nice. Except for the switchboard lady name Brittany not willing to help. Gave me the runaround on getting my medication. I would ask questions and it seem like she didn t understand anything I was asking about.

Dr. Bothwell is a great doctor and the only reason I come back to this place. This place does not answer their phones or return calls. After getting prescriptions for my sickness I called the next day and left a message with someone that finally answered the phone to have the nurse call me , because I had questions on my meds . They never once called and still have not and it s been 2 days later . Unreliable!!

Dr Ann Kanaan is very humble and caring towards her patients. She s been my Dr over 20 yrs and she has always treated me with respect and very caring. Not to mention Jennifer in their workmans comp dept. has always been sooo helpful. She s always a step ahead. As soon as she seem she greats me with a big smile. I had a prescheduled appointment then had to wait 20 minutes before I was called by a nurse to do the vitals, then another 15-20 minutes until the doc saw me. So almost an hour wait to see the doc for a scheduled appointment seems a little long.

Took my wife 7-23-2022. They dont care about patients. Bad bad service. Saw PA mareya Garcia. Saw her knee and prescribed ibuprofen. And touched knee with a finger. From there went to Harlingen medical hospital. As soon as PA saw her there told my wife it was arthritis. Took x-ray. And sure enough prescribed med. Gave shot. I personally have had bad experiences there . With cdl physical . Not recommended . We done there. The ghetto
