This has been, by and far, the best legal experience I have had thus far with anything immigration related, or otherwise. Mr. Rocha was extremely responsive and helpful. Mr. Rocha did an amazing job with my fathers case. Given my fathers past history and the judge that was going to hear the case; we were prepared for the worst. Mr. Rocha was honest about the possibilities of the outcome due to the past history my father had. Mr. Rocha was very prepared for the case, visited my father during his detention even when my father would request to speak to Mr. Rocha regarding questions he had, he prepared my father for the hearing and prepared my family and the ones testifying as well before the hearing. It is not easy when you have a loved one in a bad situation. All I have to say is that if you do your part, they will do theirs. I wouldnt even give a star! He leads you to believe that he will work on your loved ones case and says everything right, but as soon as he gets all of his money , your case is just that, ANOTHER CASE. he doesnt care about the person being deported. He showed up late to my dads final hearing and had no apology or remorse! He never once apologized, to date, and rushed in. He didnt pay attention to my dads detailed report, didnt even care, he even filed paper work wrong. We did his leg work and still couldnt do his part. What a shame!? Then, after my dads final court hearing he comes out laughing with the other lawyer, never once acknowledging we were there! I saw the look on his face and he could care less that my dads case had not gone in the right direction. He never moved on an appeal, his office kept telling us he was out of town, hadnt been to the office in almost a week! i understand he has other cases, but when something is time sensitive he could have at least provided us with an update, something; instead he just gave us the run around. His staff seems to familiar with making excuses for his absence or why he doesnt return calls, updates. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MAN! Once he takes your money, he could care less about what happens to your loved one. Go to another lawyer, because this guy will give up on your case once he gets his final payment.
