They are very nice and professional when signing up. Then say the premiums went up on everyone and are rude next time you are going to renew. Would not recommend this company.

Silvia is my agent and she goes above and beyond to help me understand my policy and coverage. Customer service is a priority here. They definitely take care of their customers. I love the monthly drawings and raffles they have.

1) They dont answer the phone 2) voicemail box is always full 3) every month the monthly premium has gone up from the month prior 4) never mentioned that high wind and water damage was NOT included in our renters insurance. Cant reach nor receive a return call as to why these are NOT being addressed. Save money and look elsewhere!

The team I deal with is satisfactory however they have no decision making regarding price. I m a 70yr. old women who has a 1995 small truck who use s it to go to the grocery store and when needed other places within town. I have never gotten a ticket or anything and carry liability only. Your prices have increased by about $75. every 6mo.?? I would like to know why? Sincerely, Dennise Lilley

Angie was extremely helpful and understanding. She got a condo policy quote ready for my mother, but knew when to back down and not persist and didnt push it when my mother was adamant that she was not going to purchase a policy at this time. I appreciate the time and energy she took.

Agent was rude. I called to renew my flood insurance which they did not offer me different options only the highest priced option. I asked to speak to manager when transferred I had to end the call. I called back to renew at the highest price. Days later I receive a renewal notice days after it would have expired. The agent says, you called last time and wanted to speak with my manager in a childish tone. And she kept repeating herself as children do. She was also giggling as she transferred me over. I asked for my policy to be emailed after making the payment and the manger emailed me back stating of course once it s ready. A week later and still no policy. I would not recommend this place, it s unprofessional and untimely with their reminders for renewal.

Ive have both my home and auto insurance with this agency for over 15 years. Both my son and daughter which both are young adults have their auto insurance with Allstate, too. Whenever Ive called or had a need, they have always been quick to respond and taken care of things quickly. Everyone has been so caring, kind, helpful, and very professional to take care of us right away even though now I live in Victoria, Texas.

I really like this Allstate Insurance company. They are very helpful and friendly. They take the time to hear any concerns you might have. The employees are so nice and respectful. I also purchased the flood insurance and home insurance from them. I had to file a claim through Allstate because the other insurance ( the man in fault) denied my claim due to no cooperation from the owner of the truck. It took over 2 months for the other insurance company to tell me they were denying my claim. You can imagine how stressful this was to wait for a response from the other insurance company if they were going to accept my claim or deny it. I would call all the time but they just told me , we are still investigating which they weren t because they kept telling me they needed to talk to the guy who hit my car. As soon as I got the denial letter from the other insurance I called Allstate and an employee helped me by filing a claim and I got a response from Allstate right away . My car was a total loss , I just needed to provide my car title,pictures of the car and that was it. I got paid less than a week. That s why I am so satisfied with Allstate. They are very really reliable . If you ever consider going to a small insurance company don t. They do not help you!
