Honestly best service I have ever had here. If anyone is thinking about getting a haircut they need to see Steven. First day on the job and he is already making great impressions on clients. After years of cutting my own hair, I decided to go out and get a haircut. On 9/2/23 I went to get a haircut, the cut wasnt the best but thats not why Im leaving a bad review. Flash forward a month later 10/7/23 I went to a different barbershop where I was told I had ring worm.... the only place I had been to was sportsclips. After years of doing it at home and having no problems, I go to sports clips and now I have to deal with this. Be cautious when going here.

Sports Clips on 2309 W Lincoln Ave Suite A Harlingen, TX discriminate against autistic children. My son who is almost 5 years old has had pervious haircuts at this same location by the same stylist. For some reason the manager decided they will no longer be cutting my sons hair because hes autistic. I have called Sport Clips Corporate HR to file a complaint and Texas Licensing Commission. The ADA Law protects people with disabilities from discrimination. Disability rights are civil rights. I had to leave a rating in order to post. If it was up to me I would have left nothing.

SuperCuts near here was packed and was an hour wait. I wasn t impressed with their vibe so I called this place to inquire about the wait. They were steady busy but I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Oralia pulled me back for my cut. I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall ambiance here. For example, after the guy next to me got up, his hairstylist thoroughly sprayed the chair and equipment with cleaner and wiped it all down. I got a normal cut. Oralia was attentive and just the right amount of talkative. She took her time but worked efficiently. The cut was fantastic, my wife was happy and I would definitely come back and ask for Oralia. Price is fair. Currently $19 for just a cut. Thank you.

One 2 separate occasions an older woman with redish/black hair has shaven half of my beard off. Not even an apology just silence till she asked me if it was just the hair cutt how I was gonna pay. I didnt make a scene, I didnt curse or yell at her. But I think is absurd that she has done it twice to me without even a warning. Like how are you gonna keep someone that will shave mens facial hair without there consent?!?

Had to wait double the time because the people that signed in after me must have know the hair stylist. They were behind me on the list with first available selected but they took the entire family before me. By the time I got a hair cut they were showing15 minutes on their wait time while mine still said on deck. Not just one stylist skipped me but two! Why have a sign in with times posted if you are going to skip? Ended up with Karina cutting my sons hair. She done great!

Arrived first and checked in first. I noticed the board was filling up with names and my name was not there. I ask one of the Stylists if there had been a problem with the computer because I was not on the list. Her responseIn a minute and ignored me. Asked for a manager and another person chimed in and stated there were no managers on duty and there was only three of them. However i counted six people including the OWNER!!! Bunch of liars and poor customer service skills. You are not the only game in town...

I m not there for a makeover, so just cut my hair straight, and I ll be happy. Being able to sign in online helps reduce the wait and being able to watch sports while I wait makes the wait painless. Everyone is friendly and the shampoo and shoulder massage is more relaxing than I thought it would be.
