I came in to pick up order as a dasher and I was told that another dasher picked up the order so I contacted DoorDash and DoorDash support told me that order was never picked up. So now I m talking to the manager and DoorDash is telling him to make a new order and the restaurant will get paid again for new order and just because this manager has a big ego he said no first of all you re not the owner, just make the damn food and second of all it s not my fault that you did not confirm pick up with the last dasher.

Usually go to Churches, but haven t had KFC in a long while! I decided to give it a try. Ordered drive-thru. No greeting, no thank you, no nothing. The female at the window just grabbed my form of payment, gave me my food, and that was it. It wasn t busy to say that maybe she was in a hurry. Ate my food, and the chicken wasn t anything I had missed, or was impressed by. It s no wonder why I d rather eat Churches. Harlingen KFC = it s only 9:00 and they have no biscuits and original Chicken ready. They don t want to have anything ready and why if they close at 10 or 10:30.

Went thru drive thru at about 730 pm tonight. Person taking order was rude and in bad mood.Was talking to myself on drive thru so had to drive up to window. Was told the breast was only available in crispy and the chicken tasted old - threw it away . When the guy gave me my order he almost just threw it at me and closed the window. This is the second time I have been here and have waited for service. No one would come to the counter! The lady was sweeping in the back, she saw me and kept sweeping. I moved to the other register thinking finally someone would come ..nope. I asked the lady sweeping if there was a bell I needed to ring. She looked at me and ignored me. Several minutes passed. Stood in line behind 2 others waiting to place my order. The clerk would take one persons order then go back into the kitchen to make it, then come back to take the next petsons order. This system took a long time to even place my lunch order. Then, once the clerk took my order, i wasnt given a cup to get my drink, and had to continue to wait till the whole meal was made, then had to ask for a cup. I had stood at the front counter for a full ten minutes after i had actually placed my order. I went to fill my cup, and there were no lids in the dispenser. Then i got to my table and i hadnt receive an item i had ordered. The floor had used napkins and trash, and overall, it was just a very poor experience.

THE WOMEN S RESTROOM IS WHAT MADE ME WANT TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW! The bathroom was so disgustingly dirty & gross! The sink as well. The toilet obviously had not been cleaned in days I m sure! No towelettes to dry my hands. Gentleman that took my order at the register was working orders for drive thru as well, too busy he forgot to give me my drink cup, I also had to get up while eating to ask for sauce as I was not given or offered any and the worker I waved at to ask for dipping sauce , Selene didn t even say a word or look at me. Just rudely handed me sauce. Almost every table was greasy and dirty. Flies in the restaurant .I think the entire KFC can use some TLC or remodeling because it reflects on the staff which can be unfair to some.

Got a 12 piece family meal. The 12 pieces consisted of 3 thighs piled on top, 1 dumb stick, and then hidden beneath were 8 winglets. $30+ to literally be ripped off wow. We picked up 2 sides of mashed potatoes and fries for the meal, and a bowl on the side. The potatoes had no gravy and werent warm, the fries had so much salt you could visibly see globs of salt crystals on each fry. Literally inedible. Lastly the bowl actually had good potatos with gravy but they forgot the chicken. In total the family meal was about $42 and due to being ripped off on the chicken not everyone could be fed reasonably. What a mess and thats all before even bringing up the rude workers. Avoid at all costs.

So disappointed in the way things were handled with my complaint to the manager in the store on oct 3rd. I never leave reviews but with how upset I am I decided to. I was on my lunch break from work and decided that I wanted to eat kfc and order a famous bowl. I asked for the gravy on the side because each time I order a famous bowl they put little to no gravy in the bowl, so asking for it on the side is what I ve done for many orders I ve place. Once I sat down to eat and to pour the gravy it was a joke with how much gravy was put into the side. So disappointing to where I couldn t even eat my lunch because it had no gravy in it. I hate to be a person to complain but when I m spending my money I expect to get a meal of what I ve always got before today. Very disappointing.

This KFC needs better management. The chicken is never ever fresh. Today I asked 3 times to please give me fresh chicken. I was told the fresh chicken was in the back by cooks and I saw girl walk to back to get it. If that was fresh wow, how bad must the rest be. It was nowhere near fresh . The chicken was super greasy and rubbery. The biscuits were hard as usual. I think they purposely don t give you a receipt so you don t have information to do survey and complain. I waited over two months since last visit hoping things would improve but they didn t. Not sure if any regional managers even see these reviews. Why can t you all cook small batches of fresh chicken so it s fresh ? I would wait for it instead of driving all the way home only to go back and return the old chicken. I included picture but you can t taste or feel the hard biscuits and old chicken from pic. I won t be returning here.

Update: Come on KFC, another bowl with no chicken.. Do you know the feeling of biting into what you think is chicken and its nothing but dry hard crust, how about an entire bowl of it ..Previous Review: Have had better days but still go on occasion, its more to order at the drive thru than online sometimes so pay attention to that in case you want a good deal. It wasnt very appetizing seeing it straight out of the box and why did my biscuit look like someone used it as a stress ball I will never know but tasted better than it looked and my dad still loves it. Love the famous bowl and they always add the extra gravy when I ask, only had a few bad bowls since I have been going there and I say that because it seemed to be just the crunchy outside and no chicken inside any of the chicken pieces, so I made sure not to go close to closing after that. Went last night after I tried San Benito location with no luck to Harlingen location. Same story, no chicken or sides. An hour away from closing with no one in the lobby and it still took them a while just to tell me they were out of chicken. I can see where these businesses will be out of business in the near future. They are not interested in Servicing people. The management that response on Google is just as unconcern for the customer as the employees that are just walking around doing nothing. Called three times to place an order but no answer. Wanted two chicken pot pies but wanted to make sure to order ahead but no answer. I drive up to drive thru to place my order and after a long pause I finally call out to speaker and the girl response to what did you need? I place my order and proceed to window and when I asked her if their phone is out of order she just tells me theyre too busy to answer. No enthusiasm what so ever. I personally didnt think they were that busy but then we do have all these .(HORRIBLE SERVICE, CAME TODAY TO GIVE YOU THE CHANCE YOU ASKED FOR. GOT COLD FRIES AND NEVER GOT MY FRESH ONES.
