Wow. The food here was amazing as was the service. When our party of 7 arrived, we were advised that they were out of chicken, rice and macaroni. A little bummed but we decided to stay and oh my gosh, what a great decision. The meats were smoky and had an amazing flavor to them. I ordered the brisket, sausage and ribs. Everything was SO good!! I had my brisket sliced and it was soooo yummy and moist. The bbq sauce that was at the table is a tangy vinegar-y blend that had a nice flavor to it. The potato salad was excellent, the sausage had a great seasoning and flavor to it. My onion rings were breaded, crispy and crunchy. My son ordered the Backyard Fries and my mom has the Backyard Nachos. Both looked good and were a good size portion wise. I wanted to try the banana pudding, but they were out of that too but again, the flavor of the food more than made up for it. The service was excellent and our server made sure to check on us during our meal. She made sure our drinks were filled and was very pleasant. I cant wait to get back to eat here again. It was absolutely delicious and totally hit the spot. So glad I found this place on Google. Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu that consists of 2 Sliders and fries.

This place is very good. The price is great and the amount of food you get is more than enough. Brisket, and ribs were very tender and juicy. Sausage was good. Potato salad was good and they give you a lot. Charro beans also really good. Quaint little spot that s worth hitting up if you re in the area and like BBQ. They only had one sauce that was a little on the sweet side for me but still good flavor and the tail end has a vinegar flavor that helps cut the sweetness a tad.

Its a little hidden gem. Firstly, the prices are competitive for a decent BBQ. Ive tried many, and it is refreshing to get five entrees for the price we paid. Also, if youre worried about the taste, it depends on the cuts you get. If you want moist, ask. The flavor and tenderness were all wonderful. However, we did go around lunchtime as soon as they opened. We ordered: BBQ Nachos- Great, cheese needs more cheddar flavor, but good. BBQ Fries- I loved them. Delicious. BBQ spud- The Mac gave it a different take. 3 Meats Sampler- Meat was tender BBQ tacos- Please consider adding Pico or chimichurri as options ;) *Rice and beans need improvements* Total rounded: $60, Overall, we were pleased with the amount of food. Three people feasted, plus leftovers.

We were looking for a good bbq place for a simple Valentine s lunch. For any of you that love ribs, huge chicken portion, (other meats & daily specials), and banana pudding that is put together by order, this IS the place! We chatted with the proprietor, and she s simply a delight. She only prepares what she can sell for the day, which is a huge plus in our book. Her 1-year anniversary is coming up, and we told her we d help promote her. She s the REAL DEAL! Come give this gal some support for her family-operated business!

First time I ve gone there. Very good brisket sandwich. A choice of wet or moist meat. Generous portions of meat on the sandwich. I love that it s a family run business Our server was the granddaughter of the owner, she was an awesome server. The owner came out and welcomed me. I will definitely be back and bring my husband. A little salty. No ribs and no turkey, just brisket and chicken. They are literally someones backyard. Be prepared to pay a fee if you pay with a credit card... they have it posted on the door, but once you are going to pay its a higher fee... but whatever.

We just recently noticed it, as we pass by every morning on our way to Gutierrez and decided to try it out. Its a nice little spot, the staff is amazing and super nice. The place itself is spacious and clean. We decided to try the brisket, macaroni and the cheese dip. We usually order 1/2 lb of brisket lean, so we did the same here...I was really surprised at how small the portion was when it was brought out. So we said ok maybe its just really really tasty. I have tasted brisket in a lot of different places and I have to say I was really disappointed with the taste on this one. It wasnt completely Terrible but it does lack that smokey flavor Texas Brisket is know for, it tasted more like baked brisket to be honest. The macaroni was pretty good. I dont recommend the cheese and dip, nothing really special it tastes like the the ricos nacho cheese but watered down. I am sadden to say this place was a miss, but the staff is so nice.

Had driven by this place several times, and given it was time for lunch, I finally decided to check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised. Meat was excellent. Brisket was tender and juicy. We just opened up Cut N Edge Barbershop down Stuart Place rd and we decided to eat here and Karina greeted us very nice. She was a sweetheart to us, I got the Spud with Mac N Cheese and Brisket. Got the 3-meat plate. Sausage was decent, seemed your typical local supermarket brand. Chicken was on point with good smoke flavor. Kudos! Brisket was great but the portion size was small. Still scratching my head on that (see pic). Mightve been the end of the day and was being rationed out? The steak fries were great. Mac & cheese was a bit dried out probably the time of day. It had good flavor though. Also tried the banana pudding but tasted more on the vanilla side than banana. Needs more banana flavor. Small improvements recommended. Overall, Id go back for their 3-meat combo, about $13 with drink and 2 sides.

I have been here 3 times and decided the 3rd time I would leave a review. The staff is very nice and inviting. The restaurant has a lot of space and well put together. Each time I had the same reaction to the food. The meat is really missing that bbq smoke flavor and is very bland, it does taste ok but does not leave a lasting impression and me wanting more. The sides are ok but again nothing to say OMG this is delicious. The banana pudding was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately this will be the last time I go, hopefully they improve on the smoke and over all taste and maybe then I will be back. Best of luck.

I took a bit of each of the meats to get a sample of each. All were good. The pit master really knows how to balance the spices and smoke. I was pleasantly surprised. As far as I am concerned, this is my favorite in the valley. Staff and customer service were great! Parking: Easy in and out.
