I had a good experience with friends at first until I went to the restroom and the manager peeped in the restroom stall and yes I had a reaction and I am now banned and the bartender wanted to fight me physically I don t recommend going here for a good girls night out looks like they are looking for trouble

Music is always way too loud!! Even in the middle of the day and no customers are in there.. the kitchen is no closed which sucks!! There is NO beer not any god ones or decent alcohol I m surprised they are still open .. they have nothing to eat and nothing to drink and too loud of music to play on semi okay pool tables.. this place had gone down hill fast! I wouldn t bother anymore.

The food (when they have it) has gone so down hill. I m so disappointed in the food. The fish tacos used to be bomb. We ve came here once and they were out of everything we asked for, we decided to give them one more try and again they were out of everything we wanted. The tables are all bar tables that are very uncomfortable. Our server was very sweet and tried to accommodate but you can t accommodate when they don t have anything you requested.

We went here since our local Frankies in Weslaco was closed. THIS IS NO FRANKIEs, not sure why they use the name. Not sure if the owner part owns this Raices restaurant but the food was awful. My husband got the burger and got sick from it. It had too much of what i think is bacon jam. Nothing to be compared to Frankies burger. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, the menu clearly states its grilled and it came out breaded. The nachos left a lot to desire, and the pizza was very doughy. The place is dark, its more like a bar than a restaurant. Was very disappointed, will nver go again.

Been here a couple of times and each time I ve come I encounter the same poor service. Staff plays too much and who knows what the cook is doing that it takes 2 hours to get your food. NEVER will return. This place NEEDS NEW Management and OWNERS need to pay attention to their business. Sad when their own staff tells you they haven t been paid or checks constantly bounce. Sad but this place should just close down. Can t afford to pay your staff!! Shut it down

If I could give this place an overall ZERO I would. The service and food were HORRIBLE. I would NEVER come back and even think about giving it a second chance. Food took 40 minutes to come to us. I had to cancel my child s burger because it was taking even longer. The bartenders are just dancing it up not giving a damn about even getting our drink orders right. If you think about trying it out DON T. They need a better management team. Get it together.

Came by for lunch. We ordered the Classic Italian --so good! Waitress/Bartender was really nice and attentive. Was looking for that delicious jalapeno popper burger so next Frankie Flavz visit will probably be to the Craft Burger House.

Okay, its a Bar, NOT a restaurant. First thing I noticed is the sticky tables and it smells of a bar that needs a deep cleaning and the metal stools are not for extended sitting. We went to see our favorite band and its a good venue for that but, the pizza was bland, dough was undercooked and tasteless, very little sauce, just embarrassing considering they promote their pizza. Beer was cold but our waitress was clueless. Maybe she was having a bad night, IDK. Luckily another waitress took over and she was on point, thankfully. Bartender under poured the shots, just inexcusable. This was a complete disappointment. We wont be back. Suggestion, just be a bar, with appetizers and do it right and dont cheat customers on the drinks. Oh and check your bill, they added a 20% tip on a party of 2, when asked about it, we were told sorry, register does it automatically. Yeah, right.

We hosted a Baby Shower at Raices on March 18,2023 with about 100 attendees. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating . The pizzas and service was awesome! I and my family will definitely be going back as regular customers.

I recently attended a party here and it was phenomenal. I honestly couldn t believe how good the food was. Everything that hit the table was delicious (pizza is legit, cheese bites so good you ll be looking for someone s mother to slap, fried mushrooms that were great, wings were tasty). They have a full bar and a pretty solid draft beer selection with extremely reasonable prices. The atmosphere is that of a nice blended bar and there s plenty of room inside. Remember it is a bar at heart, so it is loud. IMO they really hit it out of the park with this place.

Mediocre food, music WAY too fking loud, chairs super uncomfortable (and other seating has no tables) and tables wobbly as hell, super dark inside, workers loud too. Like if youre a bar thats all fine but dont be a restaurant too. Editing to add: we ordered tacos but like they didnt come with ANYTHING they said they did on the menu, just duck and cherries. Wth? Lol, plus they didnt have plates, only these...

I was present for the 49ers vs. Eagles game. I was extremely pleased with the ambiance for my family of 4. The vibe is very inviting for adults and kids alike. The food is great and they have a good variety of drinks. They also sell non-alcoholic drinks for children. Over all I was very pleased with my visit. Will definitely come back. Parking: They have plenty of parking in their main area and offer additional parking in the back. Kid-friendliness: My children were welcome and the ambiance/environment was kid-friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: They have an area that allows for wheel chairs and the space in the building is spacious enough. They also have a couch area that is great for wheel chair bound folks.

What an atmosphere we packed up the place!! A huge shout out to Raices. Thank you Frankie for hosting the South Texas 49ers Chapter. The food the Dj and the staff was beyond amazing. Thank you all for all you did and we look forward to hanging out once again. The location was the vibe especially because it was a packed house.
