I had a taste for pizza and ordered Little caesars. I had to deliver through Uber Eats and the food arrived cold the breadsticks were hard with hardly any cheese on the breadsticks and pizza had no taste. The only thing they had taste was the beef in the pineapples have had little Caesars many times and I love the breadsticks, but this was disgusting and I will never order from this location again, I m just thankful the Uber was able to refund me some of my money so I didn t waste $25 garbage.

Ordered delivery, missing items, called Little Caesars and the rude girl at the counter put all the responsibility on the driver. Asked for a manager and she was equally as rude, and said that its on the driver. The order was placed on Little Caesars website. Which makes the responsibility on Little Caesars. No replacement. no refund given. Idk how theyre even in business.

I almost got beat up at Little Caesars. Yup. A man wanted to fight me (I am a woman) at that shop. Im not even going to go into the reason why this person started yelling at me why they felt they needed to interject themselves in the manner that they did, but I should have called the police. What happened to me Little Caesars is that they charged me extra for extra sauce on my pizza. Ive never been charged for extra sauce with that company before ever. It was a separate charge from my pizza whereas if you make it a pizza with extra sauce the charge doesnt appear whenever you order it all together. This is something that they are doing and I was wronged because this place doesnt ever do that. Im well aware that there are different pricings for different stores but you cant change your prices from one day to the next and say oh well its this one day and its going to be this the next day just depends on how I feel. I cant believe I was treated this way. Im scared to go back to that Little Caesars. Im worried that this person is going to look for me and to make sure he finishes whatever he wanted to finish. Needless to say the problem is pricing and you cant pick and choose who you want to price a certain way. Its wrong and its not fair. Ill never go back to this Crowley road Little Caesars ever again. One for fear of my safety two I dont ever want to be cheated again from them.

We ordered Parmesan wings and got wings that were dipped in spicy sauce then Parmesan garlic sauce. They were all dark like burnt and I saw when I got home. They will not refund unless I take back all the wings. So stupid. I have 5 kids that are waiting for dinner they couldn t eat and I m not wasting gas either. They said they would call back and never did. Terrible customer service and messed up food. If I wanted spicy wings I would ve ordered buffalo sauce wings. You can even see a thin line of red on this chicken. My husbands stomach messed up so bad sadly. Just upset.

Absolutely despicable! The store manager of this location is a total power-hungry and self-absorbed control freak. Very derogatory and diminutive towards her employees. The owner of this chain of locations, including this one, does not get anything done at all whatsoever. I attempted to get my W-2 four separate times through phone calls and emails. Corporate will leave you waiting on the line for anywhere up to 30 minutes minim, to an hour. And they dont do callbacks, they just leave you a voicemail and if your issue is not resolved, then you have to wait through the whole whole period all over again. Im going to have to file without this W-2 because they are unable to get it to me, due of their lack of communication and ability to do their job.

I ordered pizza for dinner tonight for my family. I ordered using the app and picked it up from the machine when we got there. We had four pizzas, two crazy breads with sauce and two 2 liter drinks. My daughter helped me get everything to the car. When we got home we realized we were missing ONE pizza. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I brought all the items back up to the store to PROVE that I didn t get the fourth pizza. My kids had already began to eat what pizza we had. I asked to speak to the manager but they would never get on the phone with me. The lady that I spoke to told me I could call back and speak to the general manager in the morning if I wanted to. I realize this was my mistake but their unwillingness to do anything to help me is just ridiculous. I absolutely refuse to spend any of my money at this store again.

Do not use this location or the delivery service (DoorDash) because when your food doesn t show up neither one will do anything about it. Ordered food from Little Caesar s website for delivery, DoorDash was not referenced as a 3rd party delivery service, but got notification food was delivered when it wasn t. Called the little Caesar s who you said call DoorDash. Called DoorDash who said call little Caesar s . Tried to get the manager of little Caesar s to help, but she refused to help. If you want pizza go somewhere else and don t give them your business because they clearly don t care.

This was our go to location a late night family dinner when nobody wants to cook. The staff has always been friendly, food was always ready to go in a timely manner, and it has an easily accessable entrance and exit. If you order online be sure to ALWAYS double check your pizza order. We ordered the stuffed crust and they tried to give us the regular thin crust. Once confronted about it then did it to fix it, but we had to catch it in store. Im only one person with a family of 5 that wont be coming back, but I refuse to be taken advantage of like that.

Placed an order online at 8:50pm to be picked up at 9:15pm that same day. Got there right at 9:15pm and there was a little kid around maybe 10 years old locking the door. The lady at the counter signals to me that they are closed. She comes to the door and tells me that they are closing early due to bad weather and states it said that online. Online shows they close at 10pm. It never stated they were closing early. And this was way before the bad weather even started. Right before I walk off , another employee walks from our back with at least 10 pizzas and a box of wings on top. My order was for two pizzas and a order of wings . They could ve at least called to let me know that my order wasn t able to get done or given me my order which they clearly were taking home for themselves. Also I understand if you don t have a babysitter and your kid has to sit in the lobby but they shouldn t be doing your work duty and locking the door especially in front of customer.This happened on January 30th.

Very disappointed I came in at 9:35 p.m. because they close at 10:00. And they didnt want to make me a hamburger pizza or deep dish because it was close to closing time. So the only thing that I could get with pepperoni. I understand close to closing time. But youre not close yet.... Oh well Im about to move away from this area anyways.... I have been coming to this location for two years and this will be the last time I come I came in and the cashier r my order and then proceeded to tell me that my card is declined when it clearly stated on my side that it was approved I then went and got my phone from the car and and the money had clearly been taken from my account they then told me it would be 25 minutes for my order when all I ordered was a pepperoni hot and ready and and a cheese pizza I stood for 50 minutes waiting on 2 pizzas I never received only to be told my cheese pizza burned and she has to make another one needless to say I received no apology no anything just two employees who clearly do not take their job seriously so this location will no longer receive my business and I will be returning in the morning to get my money they had no problem taking but couldn t even provide the service I paid for Update: I have now spoken to this sorry excuse for a manager Corina who is just as ignorant as the employees I will never give my business to this location ever again and I will take this issue further!

I went in about an hour ago (6pm) and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and then a special cheese with easy sauce with extra cheese. I ended up bringing home an old pepperoni pizza and a old burnt regular pizza. Paid $15.36 cashier said it would be 15 minutes and we went outside. She literally came out 5 minutes later and said its ready. I didnt check before I left its traffic time near John Jones in Burleson and wanted to get home asap. I called from across the street at chicken express, didnt get a answer. I then drove here only to find the manager and crew member outside smoking. I walked up.and spoke I assume the guy with the red/ pinkish shirt was the manager, he was rude and didnt speak at all put his cigarette out and came in behind me, washed his hands then wiped his forehead with the napkin and said how may I help you.. I LOVE Little Caesars, but after what I ate from this location tonight, no thank you. Id rather look for another location farther from my house than buy another pizza from here. Like a previous review stated, the crust was too hard and cold. Will not return, do not recommend. UPDATE: I have returned to this location and it has definitely changed. Went for a normal cheese pizza and cheese bread. I paid $14 and wasn t sure why it was so expensive. I checked the receipt and found out my cheese pizza was upscale to extra cheese which was an extra $1 and my cheese bread was given marinara which was $1.34 or something like that extra. It s not a big deal, but the fact you upscale me and made me pay more without me knowing is what irritates me. Don t overcharge or up charge your customers without their knowledge.

Folks... believe the terrible reviews. They never have the hot and ready pizza available. Based upon these reviews this place reverberates between pizza thats old or pizza that is not ready. Good help must be hard to find when you will only pay min wage. Honestly, every time I go in there I cant get a pizza because they dont have them ready. Unacceptable. I am giving two stars because the quality is something I have (fortunately) not had to worry about. Avoid the hassle. Get your cheap grub somewhere else. Its not worth your time or energy.

Today I figured Id give it another try. Walked in after holding the door for a guy carrying three boxes out to his vehicle. Well this time to my delight there were two people at the counter, yay! They might as well not have been, they just looked at a computer screen and talked to one another while I stood there. It wasnt long in reality, maybe a minute, but no acknowledgement or even a hello, Ill be right with you sir. I just stood there and stood some more. I guess their conversation had come to an end finally so the lady then addresses me. Ended up just leaving as I didnt want to wait and took my business down the road to NY JOES!!! Way better decision! Believe the reviews at this Little Caesars...they are awful!

Ordered stuffed crazy bread and a pepperoni pizza. The stuffed crazy bread is not only burnt but has no cheese inside and the pizza is burnt and not even cut. The staff were just ignoring people at the counter and the whole place reeked like pot

So we arrive at 6pm order by 6:06pm. We are told it will take 15 mins for them to make the hot & ready $5 pizza. 30 mins pass I ask the young gentleman, do you know how much longer. He goes to find out and comes back & says 10mins. People who order after me start coming in and picking up their orders. I ask again how much longer. The cashier goes to the back and says I m just a cashier.. this isn t my problem. Excuse me I guess your in the wrong business. I deal with upset residents daily. First you need to learn to put yourself in their shoes and listen try to help the person. After I request a refund and waited an hour for 2 $5 pizza the manager appears with NO MASK. So I guess none of them wear them in the back. He hands me the pizzas and walks off. Not a single word.I definitely won t be back.

There pizza is very old. It looks like its been sitting the there for a while. Trying to call them but wont answer the phone. I live 30 minutes. I wont go to this location anymore.

Totally disappointed this time! Some toppings on the pizza crust woulda been great! Half had no cheese at all. The rest was sparse to say the least. Dogs might eat it. Guess I should pay for extra cheese to get coverage? And wings were so tiny they creeped me and two teen girls out to the point we didn t eat them. And I didn t get started on the customer service when I asked for our 2 liter.

Its burnt, and its not what we ordered.it was supposed to be half pineapple and half jalapeno. Manager told us we could bring it back to correct the order but we have been out all day working and didnt feel like going back out. it should have been correct the first time especially when the counter person said the order correctly. what a disappointment.
