Had a very bad experience. I am an epileptic and was not warned online or at the door that there was a multitude of flashing lights inside. The manager was rude and said that s our vibe Monday through Sunday and had a very annoyed attitude. I will be reaching out to corporate to discuss this experience. Long story short, if you have issues with dim lighting but flashing lights, do not go.

As a member of Urban Air my grandkids and I have had nothing but extremely great experiences because of one certain employee. Kayla has been an amazing employee. She goes above and beyond when helping my grandkids with anything that they need. I feel very comfortable when I see that Kayla is working! My grandkids are always excited to see her and go up to her as if she was a member of our family. Kayla, keep doing an amazing job!! I just hope and pray that you are getting paid enough for ALL your hard work!! Keep up the great work!!

Cool place to take my little ones my 3 yr and 6 yr old love it they like big the playground and areas where they can jump. They need Grip socks or u can buy em there or take ur own. They have a cafe for snacks and pizza. Arcade, alot of party tables, and tables where u can sit to watch ur kids play.

Hadnt been here in several years and place looks a little run down. It could definitely use some TLC. Kids had fun which is a given. We sat near the cafe for at least three hours while the kids played. During this time, half of the tables had not been cleared and there was food, plates, napkins etc on them. It is a shame since several employees walked right by the tables needing attention. Not sure if he was a manager, but a guy with spiky hair walked by the dirty tables multiple times without cleaning or sending someone to clean them too. Pizza was good but as the other reviewer said, wings are kid sized but flavorful. Restrooms were clean. The place has a lot of potential just like when it opened but could definitely use some attention.

I was just at urban air this weekend and overall had a fun and excellent experience. I hadn t been to the place nor heard of it until recently for a birthday party. The staff is great was very attentive and patient with the kids. More specifically this one employee Kayla she made us feel welcomed she was very patient and kind with the kids. She went along with the jokes they made which put smiles and made them laugh I ve never had my little cousins laugh so much. She was one employee that my little cousins said stood out to them because she nice, funny, and caring we hope to visit again and my little cousins hope to see Kayla the next time they go to urban air.

The place is very big and has nice rides and play ground for the kids but the staff is not very professional they are not attentive at all and looks like nobody really cares they are sitting down or on the phones. Just by tightening up the staff the place could really bump up the customer support and give a much better experience. (Be careful with your kids. We attended a party and a girl was crying because somebody grabbed her and she said they wanted to drag her away. The mom told the staff and I thought staff would look surprised and willing to help but he just seems like he did not care)

Best place to let your kids run wild!!!! Awesome entertainment and delicious pizza and cold drinks of all flavors. Krystal the manager is super friendly and answered all my kids questions. The gentleman at the register was super nice and helped me with all my transactions. The ladies at the concession stand were friendly and joyful. It was our first trip to the Harlingen Urban Air and it was a wonderful experience for our three grandchildren. The staff member, Frank, was exceptionally helpful with everything from the computer (signing the waiver) to briefing us on the activities, the food, etc. The entire facility, to include the restrooms and eating area, were very clean and well maintained. We will definitely go back!

Very nice place, very fun for the children, but to have a party I do not recommend it to begin with. The cashiers have no way of treating you well. I stood in line and approached to ask why there were 3 cashiers serving a single person and I wanted him to stand in line again. Obviously I didnt allow it, I approached because they were all with one person and you help them do their job because you have to register alone so they can charge you and yet they treat you badly, they also rented two rooms for the party and When it was time to serve they only sent one waitress for 25 people who took a long time to serve and Bino reluctantly took the glasses away when he served the pizza he told us they didnt get up because of the ice and we were left as if you took the glasses like the ones. We would fill it with ice and they didnt even tell us that we had to do it, it took a long time to serve the drink, just like the pizzas, you cant choose the flavor of the drink or the pizza you want to eat because they serve you what they want. The truth is, it was a horrible deal. I dont complain about the games at all, my children loved them, just the customer service.

The whole experience was A+. From the moment getting there to the carry over for the kids to have extra time to play. We were running a little behind (5 minutes after 1) but our hostess was all set up waiting for us. She was was on top of everything from the get go. As soon as wed make a move to pass out anything from our party (cupcakes, pizza, cake, I mean anything) they were quick to come stop us and ask if they could take over. All you literally had to do was show up. The kids had fun and thats all that mattered. And parents were stress free for a little while . Definitely coming back with the kids and most definitely would recommend

The kids always have a blast. They have an annual membership, which is what I use to enter. If you get this option it s cheaper than paying every time you go if you go at least once a month it pays off very quick. They have activities that range in different ages. The place is a few years old now so it s not in optimum condition but s it s still in good shape.

Dont waste your time going. The staff and customer service sucks, just a bunch of kids doing absolutely nothing. The so called GM is a joke. She couldnt manage herself if she knew how. Rude and unprofessional. The food is lousy and poor, under cooked wings and burnt pizza. I dont understand how you can have a bunch of employees and no one doing anything but walking around on thier phones. Place is literally unsanitary. Little advice, get a process in place and follow through. Hold your employees accountable and lead by example. GM this is for you, you said something about running a business and tried to make is seem like you own the place the fact is you dont. Its an indoor playground that sells pizza and socks. If you cant do that right find another career. Point is if you want to throw away $800 as the GM said plan ahead. Paid 33$ for my little bro. Turns out quite a few main games were broken or turned off. Cashier didnt tell us before entering while I was paying full price for All things including the broken ones how irresponsible. Also the workers are very aloof not really paying much attention to theyre surroundings. My little brother stepped on literal VOMIT! That is extremely unhygienic and gross if they dont bother cleaning that I sure as heck dont want to know how bad the kitchen may be. Im glad I didnt buy food. Such great fun for the kids, my daughter loves the zip line the most. However, I dislike the disco lights because it makes it hard to see your child. I like to keep on eye on her and I cant do that when the lights are so dim and multicolored. Please use regular lighting and lower the music. Fun place for the kids but way too packed! I was surprised to hear theres no time limit so it just kept getting more and more packed. On the up side, there were many kids for my own kids to play with so I guess it made the experience kinda fun. I was going to rate it 4 stars but I also bought a pretzel, which I immediately regretted buying. The dough was completely insipid and topped with too much salt. It came with nacho cheese which was also sub-par. All-in-all, 3 stars. Will not be coming back.

First time Ive ever been here and it was a great experience such friendly staff. I went early in the morning at 11:00 a.m. and that was a great time to go for my son that has autism he had a great time it was not too loud or too many people. My other son had a great time as well he thoroughly enjoyed himself. I would recommend this place to anybody if you havent been here before its amazing lots of activities and good food and snacks to buy including beer. This experience has made me decide to have my childrens birthday parties here they have great packages. Honestly the worst place we ve been to. The employees were too busy talking to each while some kids fighting or cutting in line and some had been in line for 10mins. I paid platinum passes for 5 of us and they didn t even try the spinning cars, they had like 12 and only 1 worked with about 13 kids in line. Also, the rock climbing area the workers told us they would let my kids in when the people that were there would step out. We waited 1hr and people were not leaving so that area has no time limit. Basically if they don t leave no one can play. It was a big disappointment honestly not worth it next time i will take my kids to a regular trampoline park.

My Extended family and I went to this park for the kids. Spared no expense getting 30 dollar passes for 9. The games were not working When asked for pizzas they had no whole pizzas and no bacon for hot dogs. They were trying to sell us slices at full price. All of this after we bought the passes. Did not wanna give refunds so we tried to make the best of it only to get worse. 3 of us grown ups asked to go to the food court in which we were told we had to go around because those doors were locked and if we went out we could not come back in. Fuming I asked to speak to the person in charge and was given a e-mail. I wrote my name and number and requested a call back to no avail. I called the fire Marshalls which Donna was just a doll. They came to the conclusion this was not up to code. Had a fire occured, let me remind u they have a kitchen it could have been tragic. Still waiting on that call Mr manager.

Its a fun place.lots of things to do, but the Cafe is dirty! I was there for couple hours and never once saw anyone sweep or wipe tables down,kind of gross and there are plenty of workers so I dont see why they wouldnt and food isnt all that for the price.

I will admit the amount of activities they have are great but if you have SMALL kids like 5 and under it is not great. They have fun zones for small kids but it is filled with BIG kids so my little ones weren t able to play fine by themselves. There is no staff members at the zones to prevent bigger kids from entering the toddler zones which is super annoying! That is the only downside but for me it is a BIG issue. Small kids can get hurt. The ball pit for babies had 12 yr olds acting crazy in there. The playground for small kids the same. I just can not deal with these things. If I m paying for my small children to play I expect them to be able to play safely in their designated play areas, but it s not the case here.
