Dunham and Jones is an amazing law firm. They are very professional, quick, and responsive. However, be patient. These lawyers are very busy people and may not be able to respond as quickly as you d like but trust me they won t forget about you. They ll fight for you, they ll listen to you, and they ll try their best to meet your needs. My lawyer Mr. Andrew Spoon was absolutely amazing and supportive. I had issues with the first deal the DA threw me but Mr. Spoon went in full force to get me exactly what I wanted. The county originally wanted to charge me with a Class B misdemeanor however it was reduced to a Class C fine. No probation, no jail time, no community service. Only a fine and an 8 hour class. These lawyers WILL fight for you. Just communicate with them and be patient it took my case over a year to finally get reduced and set aside. Thank you very much Dunham and Jones it s such a relief and shoutout to Mr. Spoon an amazing, kind, and intelligent lawyer.

The retainer and quote I recieved was completely ludicrous. Over $15,000.00 for a jury trial in County Court. Luckily I was able to contact a respected attorney from San Saba Tx He handled my case for $5000.00 Attorneys in and around Killeen are all about one thing. Ripping off the military. If you find yourself in a situation and need legal advice this group is a good way to go. I was charged and in about 6 months everything was dismissed. However, if you go with them be patient and let the process work. Do you want it done or do you want it done right? I walked in and met with Nicholas Smith and after we finished talking I felt very confident that I had a good team on my side. There are negative comments, but I had only positive interactions. My experience with them was not good, basically a dump truck lawyer, I would not recommend these people I am still looking for another lawyer at this moment for someone who actually cares and not try to get me to cop a plea guilty when I feel there is not enough evidence and contradictory report from the officer and what actually happened.
