Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

huge shout out to nicole! great service for the night shift! dont know who the cook was behind her but he was very welcoming and greeted us when we came in. btw this place was a staple for me growing up but i havent been here in the last 6 years, glad to see its still 24 hours

Had never tried whataburger and stopped while traveling for vacation. Food was good, didn t have to wait long for the food. Food prices were about normal for fast food. Seats looked a little worn. Bathroom cleanliness was ok.

I eat here often for breakfast. I order online and my order is always ready when I get there. The staff is polite and they never forget to put picante sauce in my bag. As silly as it seems, the thing I like most is that before they hand your drink to you, they always wipe it off with a clean napkin and make sure theres nothing dripping down the side of the cup.

I Love Whataburger but, This particular location has issues. Mostly, every time I ve gone they mess up my order. Wherever, they get it right it s good. We went around midnight today & it was closed!! They said bc they were power washing but, they weren t doing anything other than standing outside chitchatting. I ve never known Whataburger to close but, I guess there s a first time for everything.

I cant lie, I had a big order and i also asked for a 3pc tender by itself and they made it to a combo. Another thing that ticked me tf off was that I asked for 2 out of 3 of my spicy sandwiches to be PLAIN and they didnt do it. Sighs im still gonna remove them and but hella annoying

Worst fast food experience I have had. I ordered 3 sandwiches at the window, they only made 2. Had to drive all the way back, when inside, and they said they would make again. Checked on it 10 minutes later, they all looked at each other confused. No one made anything. Ridiculous. This place is always the slowest service out of any fast food place. But now Ive wasted an hour to get 3 sandwiches. Take. Your. Money. Elsewhere.

I was the only person in line at 11pm on Tuesday night. I order my food and pay $17.50. I get home and I have a double cheese burger. Fries, and a root beer. Whats the problem you ask. I love whataburger and most the time I go is after I get off work around 1 am. Every time Ill probably wait in the drive thru about 40 + minutes sometimes longer. People are always friendly, and usually get everything right. it just takes forever at night and almost every time I get the food its cold. Honestly only reason I go is because I like to play Pokemon go while I wait and its the only place open at 1 am when Im hungry and tired

Drive thru was quick. The food was good. But I sat in drive-thru after receiving my meal for few minutes because the lady quickly turned away when I was wanting condiments w my meal. Asked for a Large Whataburger meal with a sprite and received medium fried and a medium sprite, which was the equivalent of water with straight vinegar and made me gag. My recent visits to this whataburger have followed about the same experience. Getting orders wrong and handing out food and drinks that taste like they have been sitting out for a while. Dunno if they got a new night crew or what, but I m sure to not be going to this establishment anytime soon.

New review. Sept. 2022. Waited in car for length of time. Several other cars waited and formed another line. The fries were cold. The sprite tasted like tonic water....the burger was luke warm. This place just cant improve its service! I should have not given them a second chance a year later! Previous review: Whats going on with this Whataburger! I went inside to purchase burgers and fries to go. The fries were cold and so were the fries. They had obviously precooked the meat and the fries. This is unacceptable.
