Very helpful lady at the front counter! When I realized the shuttle did not go to the hotel, I needed to get to. She called the cab for me. So thankful this resource is in the historic district of Grapevine.

It was a cold and windy day but we went up to the 12th floor to see the views. The woman who was working the information desk and elevator was super nice and very helpful! Thanks for the warm welcome and helpful advice on getting around this area!!!

There is a model train display that activates when red button is pushed. Helpful people there at tables for information.
