Been to this one several times and have not seem to have a great experience with them. They hardly ever stamp your hand to make sure the right kid leaves with the right parents, had one time our passes wouldn t work asked an employee and didn t get any help with it till my husband finally went up there, and now one of the employees decided to yell at my 1& 4 year old. If you work in a kids environment then you need to learn how to talk to them. If I could give this place a zero stars I would definitely prefer the Grand Prairie Chuck E Cheese much more.

Place is fine. Small. But my child had fun. The old woman working the front desk though was absolutely abhorrent. I have never met somebody as angry at life than her. Rude, vile, angry. She would become upset at you for even smiling or saying hello. I hope she isn t the owner. Whoever reading this needs to replace this employee.

Showed up at 7P to find out they are closing early due to inclement weather. Ok that s fine, but then 1. Answer your phone when someone calls 2. Don t shut done the salad bar & other things you offer If I had not promised my 5 yr old this place for her bday I wouldn t have given them 30 minutes of my time & money!!! Oh here let me add more they turned the ticket machine off at 7:20P I was told by Josh to go to the Lewisville location next time. Josh has a lot of training to do!! Pics for proof! We came from out of town and needed a place to kill time. It was a quiet Monday and we had the place to ourselves. We had our daughter s birthday party today at this location. The staff is absolutely excellent, joyful, attentive and kind. Not what it used to be. Since COVID they have taken away the things that used to make the place fun for kids. Theres no stage anymore with the characters entertaining. Theres no play place with the ball pit and so on. Its just cheap games now. Half of the games here werent working when we came for a birthday party. The tickets are all digital like other places. Holding a bucket of paper tickets and counting them up was a big part of the magic. Honestly had a hard time keeping our kids entertained the whole time. Dave and Busters or Main Event have the better setups at this point.

The food here is terrible, my son said that his stomach started hurting after he had the cheese pizza. The pizza here also looks like it was moldy and aged. The times of scary, mechanical animatronic Chuck E. Cheese characters are over. No more gross ball pits. I have been to a few Chuck E. Cheese birthday parties for my kids friends parties and they have been lack-luster and non cmeventful. This location is different! This location is clean, brightly kit, and has updated games. The staff was very friendly. The Chuck E. Cheese mascot was actually clean and not ripped. The pizza was good. The wings were decent. I was very impressed by this location. If I had to find ONE thing wrong is that when the staff is doing birthday announcements, the music is so loud that the staff has to scream. They should turn it down when they are trying to communicate. My two cents.

I haven t been to Chuck E Cheese since the early 90s so going there 2 weeks ago, I was very overwhelmed on the board on the wall obviously I am adult now with a 5 year old taking him and trying to figure out how everything works since token and tickets are not a thing anymore. Didn t get much of anything, but we did unlimited. He loved it. We came back today and I guess the big bosses were there. Chuck E Cheese came out today and my son was sooo excited, since he didn t come out the last time. He got soo excited seeing the count down on the tv. Once Chuck E came out he ran to him and even dance to the beach party song. His day was made. On the way out one of the manger mentioned once my son got to the door about this summer deal. I really really wish I knew about this 2 weeks ago, because we really could ve benefited from the package. I believe this was only mentioned since there was some training going on by the gate. Yes, after looking all around I did see there was stand but once you walk in you get to that gate you are inside with you child, and I am next to my child. I didn t see any advertisement about this in the gaming area or at the tables. There s nothing about this on the actual app. So there s really no point of me going onto the website since before we even tried going here about three months ago there was no mention about how the gameplay worked, so I never looked on the website ever again. Maybe this could be mentioned to the marketing team because parents are on the other side of the building and not behind the gate once they walk in. Kids come in and this is easily missed. Besides all of that, it was a very clean and friendly place

We had THE BEST experience here tonight! We walked in right before a large storm hit and they were so accommodating and kind. The manager was anticipating a power outage and immediately got our pizzas in just in case, they came out so fast and right before the power went off!! She went above and beyond and completely out of her way to make sure everyone still had a great time despite a power outage and the scary storm outside. My son was celebrating his birthday and he said it was the best ever! Thank you so much for the hospitality and for going above and beyond for us! We will be back soon!!!

The manager yelled at my 8 year daughter for throwing her ball that she won. I was with her and she didn t throw it. It fell out of her hand and bounced towards the register. Then my they came and swept under my niece (9 month with a cracker) while she was eating and told us it is new carpet. They made us not feel welcome at all. And they told us not to worry about stamping hands for safety. That was always one of the selling points of this place. They did not stamp or check hands today. Won t be back to this location.

Took my toddler the staff was most friendly. Experience was great but a good bit of equipment didn t work or needs fixing. The chuckee was attentive to alll kids not just birthday party children. We did our sons birthday party and it was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed the time spent there at Chuck E. Cheese. Great pizzas and drinks, cake and games. Our party attendant did a great job. Surprisingly, the pizza is very good. The restaurant is very clean and staffing was adequate and friendly. The kids had a blast. The time card system for games and tickets works great. My only complaint is that the games havent changed in several years and some are really lame and others dont even work. Id estimate that more than 50% of what they have are just filler: games no one wants to play or play once and feel ripped off. Other than that, good times.

We had such a great time! One of my kids had an accident with their drink and spilled it all over the table and the pizza. The staff was super understanding and helpful. They brought out a new pizza and gave us a free shirt for the little one to change into. Chuck E. Cheese came out and the kids werent feeling too comfortable, but he come over, said hello and interacted with the kids. They loved him! They even got some cotton candy! Amazing staff and location. My daughter enjoyed her 4th birthday party. Funny because I actually booked her party at another location but wanted this location. The ladies jumped right into action to figure out everything and got our party section ready. You can tell that the staff workers here really enjoy their job! Games for everybody. Alexa was host in daughters birthday party and she was so kind. The staff was amazing. I love Chuck E. cheese because finally, he came with kids to dance and sing.

Games and Activity for all ages -- Best place for kids if all ages. They have games for kids aged as low as 2 years till 15 years. Even there are games like basketball hoop, Galaxy video game which can be enjoyed by adults too. Food -- They have a decent food option too. Our kid like their pizza and french fries. Bday party - They have a designated section for kids bday party etc. Toys -- They also sell some toys. Most of the toys are inexpensive.
