This was my first time visiting this location. The manager who took my order was just courteous ,patient and friendly. He even told me of the days for certain specials and the resteraunt was so clean and just overall good environment. I live in Euless and will now travel to this location because of the service. Worst customer service, unbelievable, the cashier argued because he didnt want to take my dine in order, they advertise dine-in until 9 pm, we got there at 8.40 pm and he told me we stop taking dine in orders at 8.30pm, thats fine, do what ever you want with your service but DONT ADVERTISE MISLEADING INFORMATION!!!

New Tavern Style Pepperoni Pizza. Best pizza I have had in a while. This pizza is thin crust, but elevated the pizza which has a nice crunch unlike other thin crust pizzas. Also, the special seasoning on top is great with a little bit of heat. My order was create my own and I chose crispy pepperoni cups. I used the local deals, online for a one topping Tavern Style Pepperoni Pizza, and the cost was $10.83 after tax in Grapevine Texas. I hope Pizza Hut continues to keep this item on their menu. Keep up the great work.

My family and I have been to this Pizza Hut several times now. Each time the overall experience is beyond amazing. The staff is help and friendly. Their food is always delicious. Timings say 9:30 pm on google. Two times i went in the evening around 8:30 & 8:45 both times they said we are about to close and you cant eat inside which is extremely disappointing they say their dine in closes at 9pm but even if it does at most other restaurants if you enter the restaurant before it closes they let you in and they serve you and let you eat. After closing no new customers are entertained but here even if you arrive before closing they tell you that you cannot eat inside which is extremely rude and disappointing customer service.

The pizza was delicious, we got a pan meat lovers and a pan pepperoni lovers. The only things was the pepperoni lovers just looked like a regular pepperoni pizza. But the crust was really good. One of the last few Pizza Hut locations with a lunch buffet. I had a very pleasant dining here. The front manager/cashier/order taker/stand up guy Daniel was a true delight to have been greeted and seated by. The food was freshly prepared and get this, the GM Jason was whipping out hot and tasty pizzas the whole time I was there. Talk about being in the trenches as a leader!!! Kudos to the entire staff at this location. Glad to see that even in 2024, nobody out pizza The Hut still.

Sat on hold for ten minutes to place an order by phone. No one ever answered the order line ( even though the drive thru sign says for faster service please call ahead!) so we ended up just driving there while still on hold. When we got to the window we were still on hold, and explained to the manager that we ve been on hold for so long trying to place an order, the guy just looked at me with a blank stare and said this is a pick up line only. Well, duh we know we have picked up here 1,000 times but no one picked up your phone this time so we could place our order! He literally told us to walk inside to place our order. Lost a customer forever. This happened at 5:37pm on Wednesday when there was no line not one customer in the store. No customer service whatsoever. I hope the actual management reviews this because this gentleman needs to be fired or retrained and at a minimum educated on who pays his paychecks: customers who buy pizzas.

We are from out of town and we remembered having a Pizza Hut. We use to dine in at home, but not anymore, now its all delivery. So, we decided to try it here since it was close. The best decision we made. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was inside with TVs for watching sports. They had a friendly employees and they were ready to help you. The food was nice and hot. We got two medium pizzas that were delicious. I really miss having a place like this at home. We are definitely satisfied with this place.

If Pizza Hut doesnt, finally, decide to bring back the Big New Yorker pizza recipe for good, than the executives at Yum Brands are much dumber, and more overpayed than I had given them credit to be. The sweet marinara sauce is 1,000 times better than the current Pizza Hut sour recipe sauce that is used on the current products. Why they had to go and destroy that sauce recipe (when they had bought the company from PepsiCo) is anybodys guess. The whole product of ingredients just taste much better with it. The buffet is similar to Cicis and really not worth the price. At least Cicis offers to go drink cups to take your favorite beverage with you.

No decent deals, even for carry out. We also get coupons in the mail for Pizza Hut, but the Grapevine location refuses to honor them.

I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and accuracy of my order. It had been a while since I had ordered from Pizza Hut, but I am glad I did this day. The driver was courteous, the pizza was piping hot, and delicious! What more could you ask for? Keep up the good work!

Tried to order over the phone once and the guy seemed clueless every time I asked a question. Tried again and ordered online. Went to the drive thur to pick up and the guy was nice. Other than that this location is awful. The stuff crust pizza was paper thin, crust over done. Our cheese sticks were also burnt. SMH come on guys its pizza. How do you mess up pizza?

Placed a order for a total of $94.60. Was told that it would be delivered in 32 minutes, but the delivery was canceled. I called 13 times and either got a dial tone or the phone was answered and hung up on. I called their corporate office who said they would get back with me in 1 to 3 business days and Ill get a refund then. Horrible experience and will not be ordering any more. If I would have at least gotten a call I could have gone and picked them up.

Great service, we placed 6 separate orders all over 30 dollars each and not only were the pizzas ready with the 30 minutes. All the orders were hot, and correct, no item was missed. The manager also helped us load the car and thanked us for our orders! Definitely gonna be placing more orders here in the future!

Bad tasting pizza, its likely I will not order from this location in a good while. Gave my wife and myself indigestion. The pizza was greasy and soggy, the cookie was way overcooked. When I showed up two staff members looked at me like deer look at a car before they are about to get hit. A lady had to come from the back to pull up my order and then go get it from the back. She was the only positive I can say about this visit. I can honestly say Ive had better pizza at Dominos and I dont like their food anymore. Get better ingredients and retrain the staff.

Loved the place. Takes me back to the olden days with a pizza hut dine in and a buffet. Price for the buffet was $10.99 and includes salad and drink. So great price. They were busy, to be expected, on a Friday afternoon at noon. Had to wait about 3 minutes for a table so that was fast and good. Buffet had variety of pizza, cheese breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, chicken Alfredo, marinara sauce. So good assortment. Staff at checkout was friendly and attentive.
