After having my first serious accident, leaving my car totaled, my wife with fractured ribs and me with dislocated ribs. Knowing the crash was not at our fault, we knew we needed a lawyer. We struck gold finding this law firm. Armin contacted me after our free consultation, he was willing to come to our home and sit with us to talk about our situation and let us know what can be done and about how long thing could take or how quick things could go. From point A binge the crash back in October 2021 to now being February 2023 Armin and his team have been working for us behind the scenes dealing with all the law suits. This Law Firm truly works for you looking out for your best interest and really puts their neck out for you if they feel you are being low balled. I would absolutely work with Mr. Mizani again! I was in a car accident where I was injured and was lucky enough to have him referred to me through the medical center I ended up going to for several months of after care. He came out the same day to meet me and went through everything from what happened in the accident to what he would do for me. I had thousands of dollars of medical bills from the hospital and the medical center. The insurance company didnt want to pay enough to even cover my medical bills and Mr. Mizani was able to get not only my medical bills covered but also got money in my pocket. The insurance company kept it tied up for a long time but he kept contact with me when he had new information and then walked me through every step at the end of it all. I could not have asked for better. Thank you so much Mr. Mizani!

I will add to this review once I actually meet with Armin Mizani. But I m starting with a 5 because HE CALLED ME. Not a receptionist. Not a paralegal. Armin called me after I put in an inquiry online. He is meeting with me to discuss my claim. I work in insurance and I can tell you already that his approach is better than any I ve dealt with before. He is willing to take the time out of his day to reach out to someone who may or may not sign with him. He is going to meet with me to discuss my claim. Once I meet with him (and possibly sign with him) I will add to this review. But I m already impressed.

After reaching out to a friend for a recommendation of an attorney to handle a car accident injury to my wife, my friend recommended Armin Mizani. I contacted Armin and he quickly responded, gathering the facts of the accident to proceed. As we no longer lived in the North Texas area where the injury occurred, he promptly returned any phone calls or emails. My wife needed surgery for her injuries and at a time we didn t have medical insurance that would cover the expenses then bill the at-fault party s insurance. Armin handle the insurance companies for us but also was able to make arrangements with a highly skilled surgeon to handle the delicate foot injury surgery and wait for payment for services rendered until the claim was settled with the insurance companies. Not only did he obtain the full coverage amount from the at-fault party s coverage, he went further with our insurance carrier for under-insured motorist coverage. Excellent service all around, very satisfied with his results, would highly recommend Armin and I sincerely thank my friend for the excellent referral for Armin.

Armin was able to get me more than I originally plan for for my settlement. He took care to make sure I received the care I needed and talked with providers to get fees reduce allowing me to receive the surgery I needed.
