Came back after a a while and I was super disappointed. Food was not what I expected. Oily fries.. I ask for a wheat bread and instead I got regular bread the cashier ( Indian male ) said it was wheat bread so I said okay . Nothing compared to Richardsons location everything better over there I wouldn t recommend this location ( grapevine) definitely not coming back.

My burger and fries were undercooked to the point of being inedible. I called the store to inform them, but the person on the phone had horrible service. He argued with me instead of listening or offering resolve & did not even apologize for them serving under cooked food. Never ordering from this place again, just horrible. Save your time & money.

Ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter and they came out burnt to a crisp and seemed to be cooked in old oil. We sent them back and the new ones they brought out were ice cold in the middle. Disappointing & disgusting. I m giving 2 stars because the adults burgers were good but I recommend avoiding the fried foods here.

I had the misfortune of visiting LA Burger recently, and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. The place was a disaster from start to finish. First, the burgers. They were undercooked to the point of being inedible. I couldnt believe they were served like that completely raw in the middle. It was not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. How can a burger place get the most basic part of their menu so disastrously wrong? And then there were the mini corn dogs. I dont know how they managed it, but they were burnt to a crisp. They were hard, charred, and tasted like ash. Its as if the cook just left them in the fryer and forgot about them. Absolutely unacceptable. To top it off, the staff was indifferent and unhelpful. The lack of care and professionalism was staggering. Save yourself the trouble and avoid LA Burger at all costs. With undercooked burgers, burnt mini corn dogs, and terrible service, its a total nightmare. There are countless other places that actually know how to cook food properly. LA Burger should be ashamed.

We were staying at Great Wolf Lodge and did a pickup order. We ordered 4 kid meals, cheesesteak, curly fries, holy smoked burger, and K fries. Everyone was happy and ate all their meal. The k fries are amazing!

We got take out. It was mediocre. Service was good and I liked the atmosphere, but togo orders need some finesse. Ordered Cheesesteak and majority of meat all on one side. Veggies lacked seasoning. Overall rather bland for a Cheesesteak. Had the Fire Salad . Maybe it s just not a salad kind of place. It was not fire. The bulgogi was chopped very fine. Just because it has bulgogi sauce doesn t qualify as bulgogi. Salad was missing the romaine, all spring mix. This made for a very plain and floppy salad with no crunch, no seasoning. Also, to serve salad in a styrofoam container is a mistake. Again, I know it s a togo order but it s not like one gets discounted for that. Forking around on styrofoam is not what I expected from this west coast vibe establishment. I think the food could be alot better if a little love went into it. I ll try dine in next time but that ll be the last chance

Definitely disappointed. My husband and I hadnt been here in about a year and decided to treat ourselves to some local restaurant food. What a terrible experience. As soon as we walked in, we greeted the cashier and she had the worst attitude and was very rude to the point my husband wanted to walk right out. But I really wanted their Kstyle loaded curly fries. Needless to say, the food matched the attitude. Very little meat, not flavored well, completely underwhelming. I am sad because I did like this place once upon a time. But being the only customers there...makes sense now. Definitely disappointed in how low the standards have become. We wont be returning.

Amazing find. Stopped in because we were famished. We got 3 burgers Bonsai, Tommy, and Kids Burger. Chili fries and French fries. There was no line, the food came out in less than five minutes, it was hot and fresh. The bread was soft tosted with flavor, and the meat was bigger than the bread. It was juicy, tendered, and seasoned. The fries were hot and crispy. I just needed to add a little salt. Had special sodas at the fountain drinks which were good. Three burger meals for $48, great value proposition. Staff extremely nice, clean place and good family friendly atmosphere. Will go back. Parking: Strip mall can park in front Kid-friendliness: Yes

If I could give 10 stars I would! this was definitely a happy accident. We went out for the day and didnt know the area. So I saw this on Google and took a chance. Wow the burgers have so much flavor. Im from LA and when u see there was a Tommy style burger I had to try it. Much to my surprise the chili was super spicy and DELICIOUS! So glad I got it on every thing. The service was very very fast and friendly. Answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions. definitely give this place a try. Well be back many times Im sure of it!!

Terrible - never again! I make better burgers at home. My psychadelic was completely unseasoned. The fries were unsalted, soggy, and had a burned taste. Prices seem reasonable but the catch is, the fries are not included and they charge 4 dollars for those. Of course they dont tell you that until the end. The previous review was clearly paid!

Shame on me for going 30min prior to closing. It was my first time trying LA burger, and the guy at the register definitely was over his shift and ready to go home. Used to love this place but the food isnt as good anymore. Its not horrible but the prices are definitely a bit too much for the quality of the food. The workers arent rude but kind of act like they dont care if youre there or not and dont do much to acknowledge you unless theyre ringing you up. As a seasoned food critic, I recently visited LA Burger in Grapevine Mills, Texas, with high hopes of indulging in a succulent burger experience. However, my experience was anything but delightful. My visit began with an extended wait time as I witnessed several customers struggle to place their order with the cashier for a staggering 15 minutes. The cashier seemed preoccupied with making milkshakes and didnt acknowledge the customers. To make matters worse, when the customers finally placed their order and paid, the cashier overcharged them for their drinks. When the customers asked for a refund, the cashier refused to comply, leaving them feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The low point of my visit came when the cashier started throwing food and drinks at a customer, creating an uncomfortable and unsettling environment. The level of unprofessionalism was utterly unacceptable and left me questioning the hygiene standards and overall quality of the establishment. In conclusion, based on my experience at LA Burger, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. The level of service and unprofessionalism exhibited by the staff was unacceptable, and I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.

Recently had an awkward and bad experience with LA Burger in Grapevine. I have door dashed with them multiple times and been to the location as well since it is relatively local. I called a large order into the establishment while driving into grapevine. At the end they requested we pay over the phone. Since we were only a few minutes away I would have preferred to pay in person. Before this could be explained over the phone, the person taking the call cut us off and did not hear how close we were. I understand that larger orders should be paid for before so that if the customer does not arrive to pick it up, the food does not go to waste. The person on the phone kept cutting us off so I requested a refund and the person asked me to come inside to explain why. When I entered the location the owner was there with the person who took the order. After explaining I wanted to pay in person because I was so close and agreeing I understand the pay first policy, I was canceling the order because the person on the phone kept cutting me off. At this point I was called crazy, part of a conspiracy, and mocked by the person that took the order. When I said I just wanted a refund and to move on, the person explained I just wanted an apology and to belittle them. The person then came out from behind the counter, got down on their knees and crawled into me all the while exclaiming I apologize! I apologize! And ramming my upper leg area. I asked to not be touched and the person said that they accidentally fell into me. They then said I was insane for thinking I was touched. I took the refund and quickly left.

Service was a little off that night, they took a while to give my husband his drink and didn t grill his Jalapeños liked he had requested BUT wow the burgers were delicious! The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The veggies were crisp and fresh. I highly recommend the the K town burger with egg if you are looking for something new. It was the perfect combination of sweet, spicy and salty, the kimchi I could not get enough of! It was exactly what I was looking for. Vegetarian options: They have a couple vegetarian options as well I m case you re not into meat. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly! A couple arcade games, outdoor seating as well.

The food was decent but the customer service was not great at all. The lady helping us was marginally friendly and when I asked for a side of ranch, she took the ketchup off my plate and traded it out for the ranch. I dont think I have ever had someone in the restaurant industry take a condiment off of my plate and trade it for another one. Our kids wanted a fountain drink for their kids meal instead of a juice box (that was included in the kids meal) and we were apparently charged for that without our knowing? So for 4 meals, 3 being kids meal (7 dollars per meal per menu) and one a taco meal (7.25 per the menu) our total was almost 37 dollars. We honestly felt un-welcomed there. We are from out of town and wanted to try a different place, but for sure will not go back here!

Okay, don t get me wrong, the food is really good! I get the Philly Cheese Steak and it is really good with a nice flavor. My mother gets the cheese burger and seems to really like it. Their service on the other hand is pretty horrible. They charge you a 4% credit card fee.. so then you could just bring cash no. My mother went in this afternoon and they still tried to charge that 4% fee make sure you check your receipt. Also if you want to order Togo, it s fine for the burgers and such, but they put the fries, onion rings, and things in a paper bag and they get soggy by the time you get home.

Was craving a burger and decided to stop at LA Burger. Oh my gosh! The staff was super friendly first off. Second the food. One of the better fast burgers I have ever had! Couple that with tator tots and curly fries. Hands down I will be back soon!

Good spot for a burger after some time out on the lake. Lots of options on burgers and fries/tots. Might take you a minute to look over the options so check out their menu ahead of time. At least when we were there, they have Stubborn soda in their drink fountain which has some good options like root beer and cream soda. They also have a decent tap available if you want something on draft.

I chose this eatery because they had a lot of options on the kids menu and because they had shakes. I love the Nutella Shake. Kid-friendliness: At least 6 options for the kids menu and juice boxes. Would be even better if they offered a kid size shake.

First time trying this place and it wont be the last. The Psychedelic burger was perfectly seasoned and onion rings were perfect. I also had the Cheese steak, which I was leery of since I havent found a decent Cheese steak in Texas. However, the cheese steak did not disappoint. Also perfectly seasoned and had a hint of teriyaki added which made it pop.

I ve been a regular and normally go back because I live right down the road and I enjoy the food, especially the kimchi ( it taste authentic). The service is mostly a miss . Wish I could give 5 stars but this Saturday I saw our food sitting there for almost 10 mins before the waitress brought it over to the table , by that time it was cold ( not busy at all). Also is there a reason why the tables are never clean? 5 stars for food and 1 for the service .

We Brought our two young kids here for birthday dinner. Employees were very nice and helpful. The food was brought out quickly and was delicious. My 5 year girl ate her entire burger! Fries and onion rings were good. The burger with the egg on it was awesome!

The burgers and sides were fantastic and staff was friendly. Unfortunately they charge a credit card fee and after getting my receipt I started looking all around to see if they had a message posted. Did not feel right paying for my food to then get an itemized receipt after the fact with no warning upfront, otherwise I would have paid by other means. At least they put it on their receipt unlike some other companies I have started to avoid due to the unfair practice.

Yum!! Who would have thought grilled kimchi with cheese on tots woule be so dang good! Weve ordered twice from LA Burger while passing through Grapevine; once via a delivery service and once we picked up at the store. Both times the burgers and tots were super tasty and hot. Recently we tried both the tots Texas style (chili and cheese) and Korean style (bulgogi, kimchi and cheese)- we couldnt stop eating them. These special tots could be a meal on their own. I ordered the rice bowl with bulgogi. Id describe it as an Americanized bimbimbop. It was tasty, but next time Ill request the egg runny. Shoot- now Im hungry!

I called this place to put an order in and was put on hold for 10 minutes with no response, I was definitely forgotten about. I called 4-5 more times and it went straight to voicemail. Called one last time 5 minutes later and our order was taken for kimchi fries. Ive been a longtime fan of LA Burgers kimchi fries and the fries from this location do not match the flavor of the kimchi fries from all of their other locations. They dont fry the kimchi on the grill before serving it to you, and I definitely wasted money, time, and energy at this location. Im sad and disappointed. Also was kind of gross that nobody working was wearing masks, I doubt Ill be returning to this location.

I was charged twice for mediocre food with subpar service. I have reached out to this restaurant repeatedly asking them to reverse one of the TWO charges for my food. After speaking with Holly the asst manager and John the GM I still have the extra charges from this restaurant. I almost left when it took so long to be acknowledged when I walked in to order around the lunch hour. I wish I had!!!!!! It makes me sick that they stole from me

I have always gotten food to go from here, so cant speak to all the Karens complaining about service, but the burgers outstanding. I have tried several sandwiches and the tacos, dont waste your time, they are okay, but it is called LA Burger, and the burgers are where its at. For me, CALI SUNSHINE Smoked bacon, ez egg, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, homespread. with some tots. It does not get any better.

My family and I just left this place. When we first entered, we were NOT greeted despite the cashier standing by the register. She had an entire attitude as if she didnt want to serve us. When our food came out, she forcefully slid our plates, almost as if she didnt want to SERVE US! My husband had to ask for his shake. When it came out, instead of handing him his straw, she dropped it in our daughters food as if she didnt want to SERVE US! We were the only BLACK family in the restaurant (only 3 families), and we received subpar service. If you are BLACK or have any human decency, do not eat here. We spoke to the owner, as he reassured us this is not a representation of his business, but they HIRED her. I hope this business goes under, as this should NEVER happen.

The food here is fantastic! I get the K-town burger with an order of kimchi fries. Everything is delicious. The buns are great. They look like super basic buns but they re actually delicious. They have a sweetness to them that I love. Surprisingly this place isn t very busy. It s a great place with good food. The service is kinda bad though. The staff usually makes me feel kinda unwelcome, especially towards the end of the day. One time we drove all the way over here and arrived at 8:40pm (they close at 9pm) and found the place completely closed up. Several other cars in the parking lot were just as confused as me. They missed out on the business
