We had our high school reunion here. Great venue for all types of events. It is across the street from Grapevine Lake, but it has nice views.

Last week, we had our family reunion picnic at The Ranch of Lonesome Dove. This was the PEFECT venue for the event!! As you know, Texas summers can get very hot. Heat was not a concern as the facility was nice and cool upon arrival. Thus, the venue offered the best of both worlds: beautiful grounds to enjoy outside and a cool building to escape the heat. In addition, Mike and his team provided excellent customer service!! The food from Bartleys BBQ was great as well. I highly recommend the Ranch of Lonesome Dove as a top choice for an event venue.

Excellent place for any kind of event or party. We had 6th birthday party of my son. Everyone who attended the party enjoyed the place. It is full of activities and have something to do for all ages. Mike is very friendly and he make sure the event is successful. He is not like regular managers or owners who disappear after you pay the money. Mike stays with us like a family member for the entire event. I recommend this place for any type of event. The entire ranch will be reserved for you and you dont need to share with others. Thanks Mike for all your help during the event.

This venue is so lovely. The grounds are beautiful with tons of trees providing shade, a stunning gazebo overlooking the water, and plenty of space to roam and explore. The team at the Ranch was INCREDIBLE and truly went above and beyond to make this day memorable for both the adults and the children. Everything leading up to the event was pretty seamless and the day of the event couldnt have gone better. Definitely consider hosting your next event here!

We went here for an event our church sponsored on July 4th. It was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The facility was nicely decorated and had beautiful outdoor views. It would make a gorgeous venue for a country style wedding.

Beautiful place in the country and on the lake. We were here for a company picnic. Had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. There was volleyball, tug of war, balloon toss, fishing and bingo. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Was there for a company event. But it felt like home! The staff was very friendly! The place was very clean and had many things to do in and outside! Which was key to keeping my kids entertained ! It would be great place for weddings( has a church on grounds) and reunions with so many activities to do. I cant wait to book my own party! On the plus note....I ended up running out of Gas on site went leaving and they were happy to help on site with enough to get going and directions to the nearest gas station so I got home safe!!!!! 100 stars if I could!!!! Beautiful place!

We had our family reunion there today and it was absolutely outstanding. As one of the committee members and the one who is responsible for the game, I felt out of place because Mike and his crew did everything, but it was ok. I really had a chance to enjoy my time. First time ever. The food was soooooo delicious. The pecan cobbler was additive. Just like Mike promised. I ate three helpings. The children enjoyed and bonded together this time better than ever. Its going to be hard to top this experience. Again, did I mention the hospitality and their order was so amazing? AMAZING. Thanks Mike and crew. Outstanding. God bless you.

We just had a family reunion at the ranch on July 21,2018. It was an amazing place and the staff was awesome. I can t thank Mike enough for the love he showed me and my family. We had people from all over and we have been having reunions for many years. Everyone said this was the best one yet and how much they loved the ranch and activities. Attended a family reunion here. The facilities are spacious. The staff is very accommodating. The hall is enormous. Great for banquets, dances, meetings, etc. The grounds will allow for several activities, including fishing, horseback/pony riding, volleyball and more.

Nice venue for an event, team-building, or reunion. I am not sure what was offered by the ranch and what our company provided, but they had a nice mix for kids as well as adults. The backyard was setup with an inflatable water slide, and a zip-line. Both more oriented for kids, but adults can take part as well. Inside was well air conditioned with a bar, table tennis, air hockey, and more. The food was executed really well considering there were almost 100 people and they were serving steak, salmon, and chicken. Everything had flavor and wasnt overcooked. Later in the evening there was a DJ and line dancing lessons which were a nice addition. The venue isnt visually appealing but it probably doesnt need to be.

Held our Lacrosse Gala here on Friday evening. Mike and his staff really care about making sure the event was a success and stayed in constant contact every step of the way. Having the owner on site, even during the event, is rare these days. Great Venue, food and layout. Could set up the room with so many different layouts because of the room size and location of the stage. Almost completely turnkey.
