Absolutely LOVED these escape rooms! We did all 3 rooms and they were fantastic. Each one of them had a special unique feel to them and I loved how the making of the puzzles were out of the box. Ron was a splendid game master and always in character! We have done a LOT of escape rooms but these were just so unique and a joy to do. Definitely not your typical escape rooms. I highly recommend ALL of them! ALL! (Rare to say, I know) I loved the fact that we could have a drink while doing the escape rooms as well. What a great idea haha! ;)

Just did the new Enchanted Forest room and it was so fun! Lots of immersive features and the set design was amazing. Loved all the in game characters and little surprises throughout the room! This is definitely approachable for beginners who may be intimidated by all the different types of locks/worried about knowing what tasks they need to get done. The automated checklist in game helps you keep going in the right direction. Definitely reccommend!

We had a blast in the Enchanted Cottage room. We were a team of 2 with one experienced person (60+ rooms) and one person who had only completed 3-4 rooms. The room was fun and unique. Ron was a great GM! Well definitely return, the next time we are in Dallas.

My sister and I had a great time trying to escape from Grapevine Escapes wine-themed escape room. Grapevine Escape is a mom and pop independently owned escape room company, and yet the set decor, props, and clever puzzles rivaled and even exceeded some corporate-owned escape rooms my sister and I have done. Our gamemaster was Dane and he did an excellent job giving us only enough guidance (upon request) to get us past wherever we got stuck. Dane was very response and friendly, and in fact during the intro he and the owner explained that their gamemasters are dedicated to one room at a time instead of multitasking between several rooms at once, which makes it really challenging for the gamemaster. I enjoyed their dino punch which I think was Hawaiian punch and Sprite and got free refills brought to me even during the game, which weve never seen before. We got close to escaping but didnt quite solve all the puzzles in time (in our defense our team was two people and the wine room is recommended for four or more players) and we really appreciate that Dane took the time after our experience to walk us through the puzzles we didnt have time to get to. My sister and I very highly recommend Grapevine Escape!

What an amazing time! This place provider such a fun and friendly atmosphere. I have brought several friends here and will bring more! I recommend getting the drink cup as well. I recently had an amazing time at The Grapevine Escape. Our game master, John, truly made the experience unforgettable with his enthusiasm and guidance. He added a lot of fun to the challenge, making it an enjoyable adventure for us. This is a mom n pop shop and they create everything on their own. This place is amazing! My family and I visited for the first time today, and we had a blast. The staff were friendly, their hardest room was difficult (but with unlimited hints we were able to finish with a few minutes to spare), and the refillable reusable tumbler is worth the price. We plan on coming back soon!

Our family loves escape rooms and we all agreed that The Wine Vault was our favorite escape room yet! It was full of creative puzzles that built on each other. The support from the staff was perfect - we usually dont like to receive clues, but our game master, Alex, did the *best* job of gently nudging us when we were way off track, without giving too much away. Alex was so entertaining and did a great job of explaining what to expect. All of the staff was so fun and welcoming. The website was great and it was easy to book our room. With all of the options for escape rooms in the area, we felt like we hit the jackpot with this great local small business!

We have done several escape rooms and this one was definitely our favorite. Russell and the entire crew at Grapevine escape made our entire time feel like the most important that they ve ever had. Our gay master Isaac, and our manager John made my wife s birthday feel like the most important birthday she s ever had. Stop wasting your time reading this and just go to the Grapevine Escape. Im sure youve been to escape room chains with disinterested staff and puzzles that just dont work even though you solved them. This is not that experience. These are bespoke puzzles, elegantly designed, expertly executed with logical solutions, and clearly lovingly maintained. Make sure and ask for Avery as your game master. He was attentive and really helped maintain the immersion of the room. I cant say enough. We have done so many escape rooms and this is one of the best!

Family owned business with amazing owners that really care about their customers experience. Phenomenal and rock solid escape room with great pacing and design. This escape room location follows the (in my opinion) great trend in escape rooms to have an active game master to give unlimited and generous clues (when asked). This, combined with the expertly designed puzzles led to one of the best escape rooms Ive played. Definitely looking forward to trying another one here. Additionally, this escape room provides optional drinks w/ souvenir cups that come with unlimited refills, great for those who wish to have something to drink. A bit pricey at 20 bucks but you get to keep the cup and its free refills when you come back. My only minor complaint was that one of the electronic puzzles seemed to have a few minor glitches when entering codes wrong. It worked perfectly when done correctly, but it definitely ate up a lot of time and added some confusion to the room. The only hiccup in the whole experience. Great service, excellent puzzles, fantastically ran, and ultimately had me excited to come back and try more of their rooms.

We managed to escape last minute (literally) from the lab as a duo. This wouldn t have been possible without the support of our game master, Avery. Given that we were speaking Dutch and English combined, we know it wasn t the easiest for our game master to follow along during our conversations. We went to Rudolph wish in December 2023, prior to us going we called to explain we had a high functioning Autistic grandchild. From arrival throughout the escape room experience John & actually everyone was wonderful. My grandson & all grandchildren loved it. Santa even had a reindeer delay to help alleviate mu youngest grandchild worries that we where going to run out of time. Highly recommend & we will go back !

We had so much fun today at The Grapevine Escape! We did the Rudolph s Gift room which was the perfect amount of challenge for us. I love that we got unlimited hints. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and well cared for. The travel cups for purchase with beverages to drink while playing was nice. We were looking for something fun to do as a family with teens and this was perfect. Enjoyed by all. We will definitely be back to try out the other rooms. This is a family owned business that gives you a better experience than other escape room franchises. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are experienced escape room enthusiasts. We usually go as a family, but this time it was just the two of us. Weve done all the other rooms at Grapevine Escape and this time did the Rudolph room. It was an awesome room! The puzzles were really good, theming was good. And my favorite part about this place is how amazingly super sweet the staff is. Better than any other escape room Ive ever been to. I mean honestly just nice people. This such an AMAZING escape room experience! We recently celebrated my mom s birthday and our group had a blast! We did the Wine Vault Room with a group of 7 and we had so much fun! The room was very thoughtfully put together and very clever, each person was kept busy, challenged, and most importantly we shared lots of laughs. You can tell the team here gives much attention to every detail when putting together this whole experience, and that they also love hosting the groups. This was by far the best escape room. I have never done an escape room, and for my first time it was amazing. My group enjoyed it very much and Russell (owner) was amazing from start to finish. I really do not think my review will do our experience justice! I have easily been to 30 + escape rooms and this one is in the top three of my favorites! We had a group of 9 and we were doing a team building event. This is the first time we have never asked for any hints! The puzzles were well thought out, allowed a group that size to have everyone participate and our time from the beginning to the end was not rushed! They even had drinks that were available! So impressive! I wish we were in town longer so we could have done the other two rooms! We did focus lab. This is family owned and you can tell they took pride in their business. All of the puzzles made sense, worked and were fun! They had a nice flow and allowed for all to add value and feel needed. As I said we have been to many escape rooms and so many times we are basically waiting for someone to finish a puzzle to move on. Not here! Book this room!! Totally worth it! Loved the enthusiasm of the staff. We had one person in our group that hate these rooms and he even got into it and had fun!

We had a wonderful time at Grapevine Escape! This is a locally based mom & pop with unique puzzles and storylines. We did the Wine Vault and barely, BARELY escaped with the help of Amber, our Game Master. Puzzles were challenging and the experience was so much fun. You can tell they really dedicate a lot of thought and effort into the room. A true labor of love. We also appreciated the drinks offer: you can purchase a chic insulated cup for $15 and they ll keep you hydrated throughout your game; or serve adult beverages if that s your thing. All for one price! And when you return, you can bring your cup and get the drinks for free! Great deal, great people, we will be back.

My husband randomly decided to do this on Father s Day, June 18,2023 with our two girls. We were LUCKY enough too have available slots. We did the Focus Tech lab room. We had a blast and Ron and Bernie were wonderful. (I hope I spelled names right) We could tell they were really paying attention to what we were doing-even throwing out hints that were joking and great for our family s sense of humor. At first, I didn t want hints, but the availability of them was perfect. I love the fact that we were supporting a small business and that room was really well thought out and put together. We have been to some sketchy looking places, so this was a great change of pace. We will definitely be back!

Literally one of the coolest escape room experiences Ive had! Everyone on staff is friendly, kind, and encouraging (I cant prove this, but I think they mightve quietly slipped some extra time onto the timer when we werent looking so we could still win--which my friends and I very much appreciated ). Big shout out to Sherry, our extremely cool GM. The sets are gorgeous, the puzzles are fun and unique, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were locally owned--I love supporting local businesses! Came here with coworkers recently, half of us in the lab room and half in the wine room. I cant speak to the wine room, but we had a great time in the lab. The whole thing was well thought out and puzzles seemed fair. No limit to hints kept it light and fun, but plenty of challenge still. Hoping to be able to switch rooms the next time were all back in town. While I dont drink, I think the unlimited wine refills were a big hit with the group. I went twice in one week! My two friends and I did FocusTec Lab with the owner Amber, and it was difficult enough to keep us on our toes as avid escape room lovers, but not so difficult that we couldn t get back on track with a very subtle nudge in the right direction. The story and effects will keep us talking about this room for a long time, and Amber was a great host and reminded us why we love escape rooms! I went back the next day with a group of 8 hosted by Ron and David - both so charming, funny, and hospitable! We did the Wine Vault which was great for a large group (plenty of space and puzzles!) and for novices and experts to work together. Definitely take them up on the Escape Room Service by getting one of their reusable cups for beverages. It was a great experience!
