Sukh inside this store was amazing. He was very helpful. He gave me a lot of tips and recommendations to get the device that I ve been looking for. I bought this portable charger claiming to do wireless charge and not only it didnt do it (even though I had the right phone model) but the box said it included a cable as well and it didnt. I needed this for my trip and I couldnt use it, and I tried to return it as well but they have a 15 day return policy that is absurd since Ive been out of town. I wouldnt buy here again, I had to keep their defective product.

This location is raising the bar in Excellence! Ordered an open box iwatch online. Received the wrong item. Preston, Paul, and Cam were amazing with their customer service. Preston showed empathy and took accountability for a mistake that was never his locations fault. And yet ANOTHER EPIC FAIL by the Geek Squad at this location. I scheduled an appt. to have an iPhone battery replaced. I showed up on time and after they performed a 20 minute diagnostic routine told me they didnt have the parts to replace my battery. They knew what parts I would need when I scheduled the call to replace a battery so why did they waste my time to drive in, wait around, only to be told they couldnt service it?! This marks the 3rd time in 16 months I have attempted to get something repaired with that locations Geek Squad and every time it is an embarrassing failure on their part. They didnt even have techs in the back working and the two young girls at the counter said they were the only there. I watched another frustrated customer experience the same worthless service while I was waiting on my phone and Im guessing he is done with the nonsense also. Whoever is running the Geek Squad there should be fired as I will never go back for ANY reason. I have a long history of major purchases there over the past 20 years and they will never receive another dollar for anything. Its always better to go to an Apple store, and not waste your time with the unprofessionalism of a Best Buy.

Stopped in to check out current sales/open box items. I was particularly looking at lenses which they did not have any for my camera mount. (Currently - plenty of cannon lenses). But I was able to pickup some good deals on other things. So I still spent money even though I wasnt looking for anything outside of what I had came in for lol. Great customer service, I was greeted and asked if I needed help, I did comment, and they pointed me in the right direction. I had multiple employees ask me throughout my visit if I needed any assistance. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Manager was very pleasant and helpful as well (I blv his name was Royal). Overall great experience 10/10 would recommend this location.

Hope this review truly helps those who are in dire need of it. @Z, @Maria in the geek squad, @James in the Computers & Laptops sales team are two extremely efficient people. I just had to tighten the screws of my current laptop, and also came to buy a 14 inch laptop. Particularly James has good awareness reg. questions in the Laptops, Best buy Credit Card. People at this franchise are much nicer, aware, helpful, dutifully. All things aside, there happens to be very little stock in this store.

I bought a smart watch in this store and as they did not have it in the store I ordered to be delivered in my home. The fact is: their website says it was delivered in my apartment complex but it never arrived to my hands. I tried to figure out with costumer service by the phone but they could not help me. They asked me to do a police report and said they just could process my refund when law enforcement called them. Law enforcement said me they do not call private companies for lost/missing packages. So I figure out that it was a way to never give me a refund, because I would be waiting forever for something that will not happen. I went back to the store to ask them to help me but they said as my product was sent from a warehouse in OK they could not help me. For me it s very frustrating once I bought the product at this in Grapevine. They should be the one helping to figure out this problem. I always had good experience with Best Buy, but after this problem I completely changed my mind about this store. I will never more buy with them, and I do not recommend this store for anyone. Specially if you buy something to be delivered at home. If you have a problem with this you can never get your money back unless you sue them.

They bought 5 TVs with a receipt and employees REFUSED to load TVs on the back of the truck. They accused them of stealing the TVs after they bought them!! This establishment should be ashamed. I spent around $2000 in this store in approximately 2 months. I bought Corsair HS55 headphones 20 days ago, 2 days ago the microphone started to fail, I went to this store to change them and pay the difference for better ones and they did not want to recognize the headphones because the return is within the first 15 days. IF THEY HAD FAILED AFTER 15 DAYS I WOULD HAVE GONE EARLIER, BUT OBVIOUSLY THAT IS NOT MY CHOICE. Not a fan. We purchased a dryer a couple months ago and had to pay for the installation + installation kit to get a service plan. Installation was fine but we noticed they did not use the installation kit we paid for and just hooked up our old hose, etc. . We went into the store to discuss and they put me on the phone with an on-line rep. She rescheduled our appt so we could have the new parts installed and said we would receive a $ 50 gift card for our trouble. The gift card never came but we did get the updated install. I dont think the install team was very happy. I also recently went in to get some assistance setting up a remote work space. I bought a monitor, dock, and wireless components. I went in as soon as they opened, with few customers, and was hoping someone would be able to advise. The floor clerk seemed to have very little interest in my questions and just threw some stuff together without really helping me to figure out what I needed. I had to go back the next day and exchange the dock because it was not sufficient. The next clerk was equally dismissive. Prices are okay and close to home but customer service is extremely lacking at this store. I probably wont go back here again if I can help it.

Got a Dashcam installed from Chris M and his customer service was absolutely incredible. He called us ahead of time with a few questions to make the install go well and to make us aware we needed a wiring kit for the install. The day off he called to let us know his earlier appointment no-showed and that we could come in early. We took advantage of that and he was just as nice in person. He set our expectations on a 90 minute overall. 70-minutes later he called that he was finished. He sat in the car with us and explained the cameras features and showed my wife how to use the app to download videos, etc. Overall we are blown away and highly recommend the Best Buy installation services to others. We had the worst experince, early March we went to Grapevine, tx location were looking to buy washer, dryer and refrigerator for the new home. Rep came over and told us we buy 3 appliances will get 20% off, and gave us his business card. Later that week we went in to place an order he said no its 4 items..not 3 after half ans hour argue ment we place and order 3 item with the offer discount along with refrigerator will gwt silver pannles later in June or July. 2nd week later we recive a microwave as a 4th item. Went back 30 miles to return. We were waiting and waiting for the refrigerator panel as we told they are free, will order and when you recive we can replace from black to silver. After waiting so many months, I went to store in Mansfiled and said panels never ordered. They said call 1800 best buy they will take acre off uou. Called on Thursday after talking to 2 people, customer service said work with the store we cannot do anything.when I told I need ro connect with someone and wont be connecting with the store again she said, ok let me escalate and investigation team will reach out to you in 24 hours its been 4 days no one call. Just called the location and they we cannot transfer you to store manager and put me back in the queue.

Shopped around and I used to work for BBY so I was loyal and purchased a TV on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. I asked three times to make sure it could be done and the answer was always a yes. Was never notified until I called on the day of delivery that it couldn t be done. They would never connect me to a supervisor and kept getting transferred to a circle of the same people. Nobody will take accountability and BBY has made it nearly impossible to speak with someone with any authority. Their competition came through same day delivery. I would like a credit or gift card for $500 for my inconvenience and the extra charge. Beware of what used to be a great company. I emailed the CEO directly.

If I had the option for ZERO stars, that s would I would rate Best Buy in Grapevine. I went into the store fully anticipating to drop $500+ for a convection microwave. There was a greeter at the front of the store who said there would be 2 appliance experts to help me in that area. I proceeded to the area. Nobody around. I walked around trying to find the product I was looking for. After asking 2 additional workers if they could help me, I was told they couldn t find one of them and the other was on his break and it would be 30 minutes at the most for me to wait. I said I would not wait 30 minutes and then the greeter came by and tried to sell me a Best Buy membership while I was waiting. It s the total package he said. Best Buy Manager, you just lost a good sale. Teach your people how to provide service. It won t surprise me if your store goes out of business! I won t be back.

I really appreciate this location! It s the only store I trust to handle all my Apple products! The mobile team is great! Tracen, Michael, and Sukh are super helpful with whatever I need ordering an iPhone, transferring data to my new phone, troubleshooting my Apple Watch and those pesky screen protectors! Great customer service!

I purchased a gift online, proceeded to the customer service line, and spoke with Sukh. From when I stepped up to the counter to my departure, Sukh displayed a customer-first attitude. He was informative about my purchase and gave unbiased and insightful information when I asked for advice. I will seek Sukhs advice regardless of what I shop for at Best Buy. Best Buy, specifically the Grapevine store, is BLESSED to have Sukh on their staff.

Dajuan is the worst manager I ve ever dealt with. Walk in to store to buy 2 phones and a Dyson air wrap. No employee i spoke to knows anything at this store. Finally get a girl to help me who was trying to help and then her manager comes to help her because the taxes showing on the phone were $13 higher. I ask Dajuan why it s charging me $13 extra. His response is you have a bad tone what do you want exactly. Who talks to a customer like that? I get upset and because I m asking what I m paying for and i have every right to ask that and he as a manager should be able to answer or find out if he doesn t know. I tell him that he needs to answer my question because I m spending money at his store. I get upset and am rude back at him and he tells me to leave and that he can t help me. Just to get my facts straight basically what he s saying is i as a manager can be rude to you but you are not allowed to be rude back to me. This is crazy considering i just spent thousands of dollars at Bestbuy this week on appliances and was about to spend much more today but now i will be canceling all my orders and my Bestbuy total membership. This is ridiculous.

Went to trade in a phone for a preorder on a new Pixel. Not busy, but they simply did not know how to proceed. I must have gotten handed over to four different people. One of them canceled my trade. I didnt find out for at least 30 miuntes. I knew something was up when there were three of them looking at the screen wondering how that happened. They all walked away without saying a word to me. I wasnt rude, so I just dont get it. They eventually got it straightened out after I asked to speak to manager as I had been abandoned for like 10 minutes with no explanation. My advice is if the person helping you doesnt know what they are doing, ask them to stop but do not cancel anything. Either that or do not shop at this store.

This is a nice Best Buy and the workers are nice. It is located near a restaurant Sports and Academy as well. They have a variety of electronics, including video games, phones, tvs, movies, and more. You can find nearly all of your electronics here that you want or need.
