Its usually wonderful. I have been here many times and cant complain. So I dont want to knock the 5 star review. The stolen brownie sundae has been my new go-to. This time, there was so much brownie and not enough vanilla frozen custard. Dont get me wrong, the brownie is absolutely amazing. But it really needed less brownie. Otherwise, everything was still great, and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient!

They need to figure it out. I came 2 weeks ago and used a gift card. Came back today and he said it was a gift card it was a loyalty card. Asked if I could give him my number for points and said the card would have it??? I ended up having to pay with my debit card because he said it didn t have anything. Then after I payed I logged in and showed him it had enough to cover order. Then I asked how do I make sure I can use it next time and he scanned it and says oh looks like it does have money . Messy work and yah need to figure it out!

Went to Andy s in Grapevine yesterday evening, and we were greeted by a young man named Michael. What a gentleman he was. He thanked my husband for his military service and he was sincere when he said it. He looked him right in the eye when he said it, and we had a surprise when we got to the window. To the owner of this restaurant you have a jewel representing your business, especially in these trying times Thank you Michael, we will definitely be back.

Came by today. Had a really nice staff member help us. Super friendly, energetic and really polite. His name is Barrett. We had an excellent experience here. Come on by, see Barrett and get a custard! Pro tip- get the Girl Scout thin mint concrete. Its way good!

I took James brownie jackhammer. I dont know why they dont mix the brownies at all. They dumped everything and handed it over the window. I asked them to fix it and they said that is how they do it. We went to the other window and asked them this happened, they gave me anither jackhammer and this time they gave me a small instead of a medium and now with no brownies at all. Worst experience ever at any Andys i have ever been to. Staff is rude and some people are not even listening to what we were asking for .. They should train the staff well how to make the jackhammers and how to respond to customers.

Expensive but worth it. Soft and yummy!!! We tried the Jack Hammer this time, I love the cheesecake in it, the strawberry was soggy, I was expecting some fresh ones. But overall its yummy. I will always go back to Andys Frozen Custard. The lady was nice and fast. Theyre always fast!

Staff is great. Welcoming us every time with a smile. The frozen custard comes in a wide variety of flavors. My favorite is vanilla custard with hot chocolate and chocolate chips in a shake thick enough to eat with a spoon. Even though the product is custard, it tastes as good as ice cream. Drive through is convenient.

I came here late night with a bunch of cousins after we played games at Main Event which was a few minutes away. I was blown away with the amount of things they have here to choose from. I myself got a pint of chocolate for getting how big a pint is but nevertheless enjoyed it. All my cousins got different things, floats, I stirred, milkshakes, etc. We all had a blast.

Excellent choices of frozen custard, sundaes and shakes. Friendly staff, usually they have a lot of drive though customers, walk-in is just a take out place, no dining in option available. The entrance to this place from the road is a sharp turn and tricky, very easy to overshoot and difficult to turn around and come back, so watch out for that.

Their frozen custard is phenomenal. The staff will let you change or add anything you desire. Be sure to ask for extra napkins. The containers get pretty messy when making your order and the staff only provide a single napkin wrapped around the messy container. This is occurred at every Andys location I have visited. (Frisco, Keller, Grapevine, and Coppell)

Love their custard. We try something new every time we stop by and have yet to be disappointed. I m partial to the sundaes though, especially the Ozark Turtle Sundae. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to have a slightly smaller size (maybe Mini) for those times when you just want a snack. But to each his/her own I guess.
