Carl Robbins law firm is the best! My lawyer, John Strickland, and his team stepped me through the process of the probate of my mothers will, and couldn t have been more helpful. I was a fish out of water in that area, and they stepped me through every single piece of the puzzle. They answered my questions quickly, were kind and friendly, I also loved the flat rate they charged I paid part upfront and the rest at the end of the probate time. My wife and I have been putting off doing a will for way too long. Were now in our upper 60s and knew it had to be done. Kyle Robbins, PLLC did an excellent job of shepherding the probate of my fathers will through the probate hearing where letters testamentary were issued. The firm has a streamlined and efficient process that uses high-tech tools to make things easier. The process begins with the initial phone call and agreement on an engagement letter, which can be reviewed and signed on-line. A retainer can be paid through another on-line tool. Staff follows up with emailed questions to gather information for the initial filing, such as date and location of death, etc. My father had gone to considerable effort to make the probate process as simple as possible and left a self-proving will. The firms staff went out of their way to make sure that the original will was safely filed with the court, including having a remote-working staff member go to the office to meet us and collect the original will. The firm prepared us well for the hearing and it went smoothly and without surprises. We have worked with attorneys Kyle Robbins and Rashmi Krishnappa and paralegal Zakori Thomas, all of whom have been excellent. We recommend the firm.
