This was nice and effortless. My 7yr old had fun bouncing and the Funbox was just right for him. Am glad they shut it down to clean it for the next visitors/the bounce box is scheduled out to control the follow of traffic and hygiene so it didn t get too crowded. I took my new born with me . Hope to see them again .

Boys loved it. Few minutes to get adjust with balance. It s fun. I was confused with socks but you can bring your own socks. Check in is easier if you have advance ticket and waiver signed. It s easy to get in. Parents can sit at side if not playing. Overall boys aged 9&13 loved it a lot.

We had a great time, kids enjoyed themselves but avoid the concessions; we paid $31 for 2 bottles of water, 1 can of soda and 3 small cups of ice (sno cones). Sno cones are diy on the syrup so it was a sticky mess covered in bees and diluted with water!

We had a great time yesterday! The employees were super friendly and engaged with the kids. My 4 year old daughter got a really bad bloody nose, and they were super helpful in helping us and cleaning quickly (and even gave her a Gatorade). I was worried that it wouldn t be worth the expense, but it totally was! Highly recommend!

Great experience! Perfect for my little brothers 14th bday. Highly recommend for kids and teens! Only complaint was that there was water in corners and seams that you couldn t avoid stepping in and it would make your socks wet. Our feet were all freezing and made the experience pretty cold. This was only an issue due to the rain they had the night before which is out of their control. The workers did the best they could drying it up. 4 stars just to provide people accurate information and what to expect in cold and wet months.

Believe me, I had a fear of bounce houses, but my great friend brought me to fun box and helped me conquer my fear and work through my anxiety. The bounce house was scary at first but it was so much fun. being able to get over my fear and having a good time was so rad. I loved how almost everything was inflatible. loved the inflatible arches that are above. I can t recommend this event enough, can t wait to go back.

Dont do it unless you are absolutely sure its dry!. Spent $200 for 20 minutes and came out soaked. They warned us it was wet, but no refunds allowed. Im sure if it was dry it would be worth it. They also recommend booking online bc they sell out, so you wont know if its wet or not before you go.

We had a lot of fun. A big variety of things to do and well designed. My five year old and me played tag and hide and seek and I think it was about as fun for me as him. The staff was friendly and helpful and did a good job of keeping an eye out to make sure people were being safe. Would recommend.

This was a super fun activity for my 2 year old son. We just happened across this while at the Grapevine Mills mall and bought a ticket for myself in the car. We both had a blast jumping and sliding and bouncing around. We spent nearly three hours total (we got in earlier than our scheduled time because it was cold and there weren t a ton of people). I highly recommend this to all parents! The one downside was there wasn t really any food available except for chips and candy that was ridiculously priced and we happened to be there at lunch time. No joke, two gatorades and a bag of chips was $18. That s just a ripoff. Other than that, this was the perfect experience.

So fun! We took a 6 year old and a 1.5 year old and they both enjoyed it. Plenty of different sections with all kinds of fun themes. The obstacle course was a lot of fun too! The prices weren t bad either, and you get almost 2 hours of jumping. Our 11:30am time slot wasn t busy, so it never felt crowded or too dangerous. They also had a young kids area for babies and toddlers so they re not around all the big kids. Bathrooms are port a potties, so use the bathroom before you leave the house. Plenty of parking since it s at the mall. I would suggest you book an early time slot because after 1pm is starts getting reallyyy busy. Loved the experience!

Its really more of a 4.5 stars. Well-organized, friendly and helpful staff, fun for the whole family, and great price for what you get. But snacks and drinks are EXPENSIVE!!! You are not allowed to bring in any outside snacks or drinks including water. And at three dollars a bottle, you can spend a small fortune staying hydrated with all the activity (and its physically demanding for an older person such as myself) Everyone has to pay regardless of playing, so I feel like cheaper water or being able to bring in a cooler would be helpful to keep cost down. Overall a very fun experience! I am a nanny and took the seven-year-old I watch.

After reading mixed reviews about various locations, I was skeptical. However, GRAPEVINE S location was really nice! It was SUPER CLEAN, and well attended during our visit! Staff was super friendly, and above all, the bounce houses were really fun! We went to celebrate my daughter s 6th birthday and my older kids as well as the other guests within our party had a blast! My husband and I, as well as other parents joined in. It is also advised that smaller children be accompanied by an adult, but I would like to point out that the staff throughout the course were very attentive. We had little ones come to the party as well and the staff s interaction with them was very attentive and friendly. They created a safe space for children of all ages to enjoy.

We drove to Grapevine during our vacation because we saw this place and knew our kids would love it. Our group consisted of my husband, myself, our 2 kids, and my husbands parents. We get there and they inform us that everyone who enters must pay regular price, even if you don t participate and are just there to observe and watch over your kids. Unfortunately my kids were extremely disappointed they didn t get to go inside the jump park as they didn t want to leave anyone out, but we weren t going to pay $80 for the adults to watch them jump. Very unfortunate.

I love that this place is so well run and organized and they actually enforce the rules. They keep it safe for all the kids and it makes it so much more enjoyable for us as parents. You can t bring in food which keeps the place clean. Each of the workers in the inflatables who were at the various stations was engaged and involved. I was impressed that they have a really great and well trained staff. The ticket process was super easy and efficient - you buy it online and it s timed. They prevent the place from getting too overcrowded, which we really appreciated. The place was clean. Even the shaved ice area was well kept. My kids had so much fun. It was well worth the drive, time, and money. Highly recommend this place.

This one compared to the Dallas one we went too was a better experience. Smaller but also less crowded. The 2 young men that were at the obstacle course were nice and funny and interacted with the kids. One kid cut in line and would not move away so the other kids could take turns on a slide, and he stayed professional and nice to him. None of the employees yelled at the kids but simply talked to them if they had to wait their turn. One man helped my kid get on that big yellow ball. One thing I would suggest is maybe nachos kids were hungry... haha

Two friends and I bought tickets to relive a moment from our childhood. We went on a Sunday and had a great time. The park was organized and clean. There was a nice mix of kids and adults and I like how they limit the # of people for each session. The staff was friendly, but there were a few instances where the staff monitoring areas of the park didn t seem to be paying close attention to what was going on around them. Overall, we had a really fun time and I would highly recommend people check it out

My family had a wondertastic time at Funbox! My 5-year-olds didnt even play in half of the park, and they were happy, satisfied, and worn-out within an hour. We only experienced the initial bounce zone and the Candy Shop bounce house, but they were excellent. My husband and I went in the bounce house as well. You dont need to buy their SOCKS, kids and adults were out there in other attractions mandatory socks or their own everyday socks. The SNOW CONES are delicious!

A great time time with the kids! I brought three kids on Columbus Day: 10, 7, and 3, and they all had a blast. Imagine a 20k sqft house with bouncy floors and different obstacles in each room with fun music blaring. There s also a separate timed obstacle course that the older ones enjoyed. Everything looked brand new and clean. They sold water, snacks and snow cones. Adults have to pay to get in so you might as well bounce too!

We went on a Sunday afternoon. It was beautiful outside. The weather was perfect. The place was clean. We really enjoyed ourselves. They didn t have a lot of people checking in for the next session and even offered for us to stay longer which was cool. My only complaint would be is that when you re booking the ticket it s not super clear about having to buy a full price ticket just to watch when entering the park. It does say anyone getting on the equipment must have a ticket, but it doesn t tell you clearly that everyone has to have a ticket to even enter to watch. We weren t able to go in and watch our kids jump without paying full price so we chose not to pay there full price. I wouldn t have minded even a small spectator fee.

It was absolutely amazing! It was exactly what you would expect based on their video and I d say even a little bit better! We signed waivers In advance but for some reason we had to go through the process again, no big deal but a little inconvenient. I would love to see them have outside misters available in some of the seating area because it got HOT bouncing around. I would be willing to pay extra per ticket just to have a mini sprinkler section/mister to be honest.

My kids had and amazing time. So I didn t really pay attention to this being an outdoor event. I knew once we arrived the kids would have issues with the sun. Boy was I wrong. They had an absolute blast and slept very well the rest of the night. They are open to the first week in November I believe and we will be back biweekly until then.

First off the event itself is amazing! Organized, clean and there is staff in all the right places to make sure everything is running smoothly. The snow cone station was so cute and well managed. I also loved the pocket nook idea for shoe storage. Theres enough time and space for everyone to have fun. Looking around, a lot of other kiddos and families were really enjoying themselves. Unfortunately the visit for my family wasnt very long, probably 25 minutes total(from checking in, putting on socks etc) :( I didnt know there would be loud music. My son who is autistic had a hard time taking in the whole new experience because he was so overwhelmed and distracted with the music, even with his noise cancelling headphones, the music was still very loud for him. Im also wondering if in special cases like for kids on the spectrum, if parents can opt out of having their kids hand stamped. It was a sensory issue for my son Hoping for a sensory friendly hour or day in the Future. Seemed like a lot of fun.

I went to the pre-opening event for the bounce house. Tickets were $12 per person (spl pricing, reg tickets $24). Went with my 7 year old boy. Purchased the ticket online. Had to wait 20 mins as the gates had not opened (opens at scheduled time). Shoe holders available to keep your shoes together. Went inside the bounce area. Boy it was scary for me as it was easy to loose your balance and fall down. It takes a few minutes to get used. Super fun activity to enjoy with family. Some attractions required to wait in a queue. My body was sore after the visit Note: The organizers need to have the backup generators ready as we had power loss towards the end.

It was fun and the cost was on par with a trampoline park. It was SUPER HOT even with the temps in the upper 80s since there s not a lot of shade. This is better for Texas in the late fall or early spring.

Our family visited FUNBOX last weekend and was so impressed. Pictures don t do it justice and you need to see it and experience it in person. My daughter and son loved running through all the large spaces and play zones. It was fun for the adults too! A great outdoor fun activity for the whole family. Check it out!

This place is AMAZING!!!!! Not only is it a great workout for adults, it gets the kiddos off the tablets and screens for a fun outdoor activity. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. We met the owner and he was wondwrful, friendly and so accommodating! Take your kids, take the whole family and create some fun memories together!! Highly recommend!!!

Loved it ! We took our 3 kids (4, 9 and 11) and everyone had a BLAST! Be sure to bring your OWN water; we didn t know you could and paid $3 per water. Not too crowded, employees are very attentive - especially to everyone taking turns and no overcrowding! Can t wait to go back. Very clean as well

This is the most fun we have had this year. we used to do Pin Stack and Altitude trampoline park, and we spent so much money on both Pin Stack and Altitude which were awful and expensive. At Fun Box, our kids got the Sun, clean air, and spent their energy in exercising instead of just jumping at one place. By the time we got home the kids were spent and sun kissed and played outside instead of inside. I cant wait to take them to Fun Box every weekend. Moms and Dads, take your iPad and watch something while the kids burn energy or if you can join them in jumping around do so (I cant because of my bad back). What a great addition to the metroplex.

First and last time here. We were there on 9/17/23 at the 6 pm . They announced they were closing the park at 7:15 , next thing you know 2 min later everything starts coming down with children and adults still inside. I understand the mall had an outage but what about their generator? If they are not prepared how are they opening . Luckily no one got hurt but it could ve gone bad.If this happened in opening weekend I cannot think what can happen the other days. Also, staff was unprofessional, there was a staff and I have a video, where instead of checking on people with crying children if they were okay, she was laughing .

Very nice ! My son had sooo much fun we would definitely go back again, the only reason why I put 4 stars the sno cone area is really nice & it comes in handy but the bees live for the syrups & it s just not safe honestly,the kids kept dropping their sno cones running from the bees. But other than that we had a great experience !!

This experience was amazing! So much fun, so many things to do and enjoy for the allocated time slots. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained equipment. My daughter had a blast and asked when we could come back as we walked out, it s all she could talk about for the rest of the day. I d give 10 stars if I could!

I took my 8 year old, she had a blast! She was all over the place and loved the Ninja Warrior wall. Staff was friendly. Just walking around on it is a workout itself for the parents. It was for the grand opening weekend pricing for 12, but now price has gone up to 24. Not sure if Ill be taking rest of family as that would be really costly.

This place is so fun and worth the $12 opening weekend. My husband & I brought our kids with us the first time, both under 4 and they had so much fun. Make sure you come on time and 90 minutes is PLENTY of time. I will be booking another ticket to go with my sister!
