I worked here years ago as a teen and much has changed for the better! It continues to improve, which does soften the blow of the prices. Still, it s hard to make this a regular place to visit because of the high cost HOWEVER, it s always worth the splurge when we do.

A fantastic half-day spot near Dallas! I explored the wax museum, 7D theater, and mirror maze - all three are must-visits. The horror room was particularly thrilling, giving us a scare like in the movies. Its a great place for both kids and adults to have a blast.

I brought my wife here for a day trip. She has muscular dystrophy and uses a wheelchair for distance. We were able to enjoy the facility and were able to maneuver the wheelchair through the corridors. They didnt have a family restroom, but the staff allowed me to help my wife in the restroom while someone stood outside and kept anyone from entering. That was very much appreciated. We had a great time. If you are in the area, its worth checking out. God Bless and thank you for your time!

Love the house of wax, just went for the second time in my life and it was a great experience. They did an amazing job creating the environments for each section with decor, music etc. my only complaint is that a lot of the figures faces are very inaccurate and way off.

When my family was on vacation this summer, we bought the packaged deal for tickets that included tickets for both the Ripley s and the Wax Museum. Again, I didn t think this would be all that great. But it was actually really fun! It was my kiddo s favorite part of the whole trip, as it turns out. I figured we d be in and out in under 30 minutes. In fact - it took almost an hour to go through it. I definitely recommend this! It was extremely fun, and there were tons of photo ops!

My girlfriend, Revonna, and I came here, originally as just a short tour to kill some time but actually had the time of our lives! We completed the tour including the fear section and the part about claustrophobia. Most of the wax characters resembled the actual celebrities or politicians, but some did appear off!

We went on a Friday and they had a good crowd. Clean place but way overpriced for what you get anymore. They now have 5 attractions under one roof that will cost you extra to go through each of them. They did this at the expense of their bread and butter. They have cut the number of wax attractions by over half and the Ripleys is so small it may as well not exist. Too many little bratty kids being let run wild. The quality of the wax figures have diminished over the years. Case in point: John Waynes horse. If John Wayne himself werent bad enough, they put him on a stuffed animal that wasnt even close to looking real. The outlaw section was also just pitiful. Thank God they put name plates on the figures so you can tell who they are shooting for. This place may be great if youve never been here before but now its just a shame and a shell of what it once was and still could be. I wont go back.

Just a horrible place! I came here on a Thursday a little after 2pm. I wanted to do all five events. The guy said I wont have time because they close at 3:30 pm today for a meeting instead of 5 pm. Wouldnt it be nice if customers knew this ahead? They offer military discount & Im a veteran. Thinking I didnt have time like he said, I paid for two events which was the same price as all the events with military discount. I had PLENTY of time left so I wanted to do the other events since I already paid. He told me he had to charge me more which doesnt make any sense. Besides, this place was trash & ghetto. STAY AWAY!

Idk what is wrong with the people who make the wax figures, but 90 percent of them look terrible. Some were just downright jokes. Once you get into the superhero section, they are either extremely outdated figures or giant plastic ones, which I found odd. I mean, not even wax at all. The horror section is cool but doesnt make up for the atrocities of the other figures. If you are at ripleys I guess its worth the walk through since youre already the, e but dont make plans just to come to this place. You will be disappointed.

Guy at the front was nice! When we walked halfway through it a lady that worked there a short Hispanic lady was very rude and asked to see our card regarding to prove that are dog was a service dog! It is against the law to ask for a disability card! The guy at the front just said that we could go in as I asked! She kept going on about dogs that have pooped on the floor in the wax museum very inappropriate to discuss this with a customer! I will not be returning here!!!

Very interesting fun facts throughout. Good for inquiring minds of all ages. Dont miss the opportunity to go through the mind bending tunnel that you just cant walk through straight! I think we did that alone for like 10 minutes. Its hilarious to watch people try to walk straight.
