The checkout lady was extremely rude to me and the manager on duty was nonchalant and acted like he didnt have any type of personality. Will be reported. Ive actually been going to this McDonalds for over 10 years and Ive never had an issue with them until this morning.

1. Not fast food, i was there 6-8 minutes waiting to get food, then i had to get off and go inside. 2. They always mess up my order and forgot two fries, bbq , and a big mac. Had to make line with 3 others with messed up orders. 3. They are not like other restaurants that genuinely care about customer satisfaction, didnt receive anything for the inconvenience.

I was in the drive thru and ordered a McDouble ML Deal which is a burger - nuggets - fries. I asked to add lettuce and tomato on the burger and 3 packets of ketchup. Instead I received minimal lettuce and MAYONNAISE ( NO TOMATO) and 6 packets of ketchup. I did speak to the Manager and General manager about the experience and they offered to replace my food order. I thanked them for the offer but I am not looking for a handout, I just want them to know about the attitude of the employee taking the food orders in the drive thru. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I already know that at this neighborhood McDonald s - it s a busy intersection. I suggest you use your mobile app for faster service with curbside. They have a full staff mornings, especially. I love their breakfast. Staff could work on their approach to customers- smiling won t hurt!

Not half bad for a mcdonalds. Service is good from some, lacking from others. Best thing here is probably the interior; it s the type of McDonald s without a playground, which gives adequate room for a general dining area of various seating arrangements for all party sizes. Some quite nice spots for one or two people. Appears skewed for the university crowd considering the more comfortable looking seating arrangements and aforementioned 1-2 people tables, with plenty of outlets. Food itself has never disappointed through my few years of eating here on and off. I digress, it s a mcondalds, so don t expect perfection every time. That s no excuse for them to not improve though.

Ok so I ordered some food here for sick no joke food poisoning I couldn t get out of the toilet I m thinking it was the ranch that I got from here.. I should have checked the ranch before pouring on the nuggets. Excellent place, despite being one of the most popular restaurants, this one has a very good atmosphere, cleanliness and very friendly staff. I had to meet a very friendly and helpful cleaning worker, Don Juan, who visited this place 3 times a year. the week and I have never had a single complaint about this place, congratulations to the employees and administration for having a place where we can eat, by the way the food is always very good and hot I had a good time here

I worked until yesterday in that place, and it is terrible, they speak ill of all the people who come there to work, bad treatment, they have no staff due to their lack of professional ethics to be there performing their jobs, on my first day they put me to fry without having seen videos that, according to my training, they constantly sent me to do the work of 3 other people and exploited me at work.

The service is horrible for sure, Everytime I go I feel like Im standing at the counter for like ten minutes Waiting for someone to come take my order, the other day I ordered online and when I walked into the McDonalds to retrieve my food I seen it behind the counter ready to go for at least 5 minutes, when I interrupted the conversation the girl in front was having with some boy (definitely not a work conversation as they kept looking back at me and laughing hysterically) she was very rude about it and answered in a rather snarky voice before handing me my order, the manager needs to tell these people to stop chit chatting when they should be taking orders

People dont forget what McDonalds use to be, affordable and SELF SERVICE DRINKS, NOT ANYMORE!!! now with their new high prices you might as well go to a sit down place nearby, youll get way better food, quicker refills and all around better service. Ok so this review is based on numerous stops at this location 1) food is usually good 2) (this is major) over a course of years I have randomly stopped at this location. One thing has always remained the same: THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO BLAH ITS ALMOST DOWNRIGHT RUDE. This is very disappointing, I know its late at night and workers r tired , but PLEASE cook the food fresh I rather wait at the other window for fresh food, not wait at the second window for my food to look like its been under the lamp.
