This is a formal complaint on both of your store, managers. I brought a package in with label printed out and attached to package. The manager attempted to scan the package saying this is invalided, repeating this serval times. I questioned what wrong. The manager stated It s just going to sit in the warehouse they re not going to pick it up . If they do pick up the package ,it will just get toss around. Your package will be left there in the warehouse, and that s going to be on you. I Stated what do you mean. My question is this how UPS run business? Is it what you tell all your customers???? I asked to speak to a different manager. Now the female manager starts the conversation off with what he was trying to say is .. As if he misspoke.. at that point I asked for my package back. I was handed someone else package that did not belong to me. I had to correct that as well. I did ask for corporate office information, or to speak to someone regarding a complaint. At one point the female manager aggressively stated what did I tell you ,what did I tell you As if I was being quizzed or simply belittled, I feel your management could benefit from some training of customer service, how to reply, customer satisfaction, discussing resolutions, and always representing UPS, with respect. It was as if the manager was bragging that this location was franchise and it was no corporate office,, or anyone to voice complaint . She stated I m pretty sure the owner doesn t want customers contacting them. The owner should always be concerned of what s going on in their Business. Patricia Brown

I went to UPS on 2305 I-20, Grand Prairie,TX. Abbey went above and beyond, helping me with some details of my shipping label. Do not drop off packages for USPS here, I don t trust them no more. This location is listed as USPS drop off. Two days ago I took a package to drop off here, the tall African American guy first told me that they don t take USPS packages and then he said that he meant that they don t give a receipt, I said that s fine and I left the package with him, I checked the tracking today and it showed that it was never picked up or handed to USPS. I went there and got the package back and took it to the post office. This has never happened before when I dropped off documents etc, but this time it was a box with perfumes in it for return.

Literally THE BEST staff & customer service! I ve been to this location several times in the past year, each time I see new faces, however the customer service is TOP TIER! Everyone is extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. It is truly appreciated as quality customer service is extremely hard to find in the current climate.

I was greeted with a hello and a smile. As soon as I walked in the door all the staff was friendly and all hands were on deck to help. Everyone pitched in and was helping each other out. Went into this store all unorganized. Before I left my home I printed out the wrong shipping labels. To make a long story short, RoLando really took his time to help me print out new shipping labels and tagged and bagged the items that had to be shipped through USPS.

This store actually charges to print Amazon return labels, which violates Amazon s free returns policy. They also nickel and dime you trying to extract every possible cent out of you. They have ZERO inexpensive or free Amazon shipping envelopes, and want to instead charge $3.00 for a small bubble envelope. So, this free Amazon return was $6.76 payment to THIS UPS Store. To be clear, I ve had to return things to Amazon before, and this is the FIRST AND ONLY UPS Store that I ve ever experienced that charges an Amazon customer returning items. They, and their actions violating Amazon s policies and attempting to profit off an Amazon customer return have been reported to Amazon. Personally, after this experience, I will NEVER EVER go to this UPS Store again.

Unfortunately not the most reliable, we called and asked if it was okay to pick up a package at 8:02PM. They said it was fine and we knocked on there door exactly at 8:02. Either there was no communication or they choose to ignore us, but they looked at us and walked away and shut down. Although I can understand wanting to leave, I just would have liked to have a more honest answer over the phone. :(

I know the franchise is an Independent owners, should be more generous with people regarding just a piece of scotch tape to use it to tape their boxes, it is not gonna hurt his profit with a lot of money. I called from GA to get more information on how to setup a PO Box prior to moving back to my hometown of Arlington. The phone was picked up on the stores end and then hung up immediately in my face. I said fine mistakes happen. I actually swapped the phone I was calling from to that of a local dallas number and this time received a more deliberate hang up in my face again (a longer pause before hanging up). Horrible customer service. All the employee had to do was indicate that someone would be with me in a few moments and put me on hold. End result: Wont be getting my business or that of any of my family members.

The girl working inside wouldnt stop flirting with the customer. I stood there for almost 10 min hearing what school they both went and were they lived. Very poor customer service through UPS. The delivery person said they attempted to deliver the package to my home but no one was there when in fact someone was there. Then I get to the customer service center to discover no one was there to give me my package and I couldn t get it until 7pm when I was told the place closes at 9pm. First off they have been great at getting me taken care of immediately! I have a 3 and 1 year old and it can be hectic but they just smile and always handle everything! Secondly, recently I shipped something back to a cable company and they were going to charge me for it since they hadnt received it and wanted to know my tracking number... I did not keep up with it, or my daughter used it to doodle on but either way my fault and I was going to have to pay for it. Well I spoke with Fhreeji who works there and let him know the situation and he looked it all up for me and provided all the information for me that they had received it. This was a hard situation since it was an apple product and during this time I would like to use the extra money on my children versus paying forsomething that they had in fact received. Thank you so much!!!! This has made my month!

Store was supposed to be open at 830am drove there to have some documents notarized and its closed. I had to call another location to get ahold of the people and they didnt show up until 9:20 am... Manager at the cooper store was helpful in getting someone to the store, I wish i had just went there to begin with.

Juan Delgado, the store manager is awesome! I was there to return a few Amazon items I purchased but I didnt have the correct labels. He helped me navigate Amazons customer service prompts on the app and I had the correct information required to return the items in a couple of minutes. He definitely could have just taken the easy way out and told me to call Amazon customer service but he went above and beyond to make sure I wasnt inconvenienced. He made me aware of all the other services provided by his store that I didnt know existed. Ill will be back for sure!

If I could give them stars I would. Since the economy is still tough in Puerto Rico, I sent my grandson, who entered college last semester, my computer. I sent it from this Grand Prairie UPS store to the UPS store close to my grandsons address ($197), but the manager of the UPS store in Puerto Rico rejected the package because he didnt have prior knowledge of the incoming package (duh?). I have used this method before and never had a problem. I have received packages at UPS stores and this had never happened to me. When I was notified that the package was back in Texas I went to the UPS store to see if the problem could be fixed somehow. I asked the manager, Juan Delgado, if he could resend it giving the store in Puerto Rico the advanced notice they now required. He said he would if I paid him the $197.00 again! He also said he was sorry because he knew the package could be rejected and his staff neglected to say so. The nerve this guy acknowledging fault, but not taking responsibility, basically telling me that I was at fault for not knowing UPS policy. Isnt explaining UPS policy part of the staffs customer service, especially knowing what could happen? I asked him for a refund and, of course, he denied. He prefers to hold on to the money but not the client or promote good customer service.
