This is the absolute worst Jason s Deli. You can order the same exact item every single day and it will be made different. Not only is that annoying, but if you clearly explain what you want, when it s wrong, the cashier (the same person who took your order) will act as though you didn t say add sour cream / add guacamole to your wrap and act as though you should feel honored that they provided you with a side of both. Adding to something isn t the same as asking for a side of it. They will close their drive thru early, the tea has been stale. I would rather inform leadership of small issues, rather than post about them if I m expecting improvements, but this place is pathetic. The few times I did speak with a manager, they just took my incorrect order and remade it and then offered a free dessert.

The food is great they don t always get the order correct but they do correct the wrong order. The manager is pretty good at this location. I give it 4 stars because you do have to let them know because they will argue with you about their mistake. Even when you show the receipt. The food is good overall.

Don t order to go from this location! They always forget to put at at least 1 thing from your order! Then the so called manager is very snappy! 8 pm on a Thursday they want me to drive all the way up there to get the missing items!!! If that was the cause I would ve just came in and ordered and not paid for delivery! So, the food is great but I recommend going inside and order!

It took forever to get our food ordered, even tho we knew what we wanted. We repeated ourselves multiple times to the cashier and the food was still wrong. We were also charged for a reward dessert that was offered to us for being part of the members rewards club. If I can get a free dessert of choice, sure, Ill pick something. But if youre going to charge me anyway, ill pass, thanks. Every time we come in lately the food and/or service gets worse. Im very sad, this used to be a good location :(

Charging more money for the meals now and providing less food is just nonsense. House chips (ruffles) and the chips that come with the salsa are little kid size bags of chips that are full of air and 4-5 chips total. Jasons Deli use to provide big bags of chips before and now terrible. If I am paying more, I should at least get what I got before, definitely not less.

I dont eat here very often, but every order Ive made has been great. I have to eat gluten-free for medical reasons, and they always accommodate. They wash hands, change gloves, and use a separate surface. Their food always tastes fresh. This location is clean, and the manager takes extra time to make sure your order is right and if there is an issue he goes the extra mile. Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread, spuds, salads, and rice crispy treats. They also have vegetarian options.

I just love Jasons Deli. I live in Arlington but I prefer the Grand Prairie location off of State Hwy 161. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff couldnt be more pleasant. I went inside to place a to go order during the lunch hour and didnt have to wait long at all. I ordered my favorite New York Yankee for myself and a half Turkey Muffaletta for my daughter. The half Turkey Muffaletta was humongous and looked delicious. I think Ill try it next time.. Both orders were generous portions for the price I paid. Actually, each order was enough to make two additional meals. Great Deli, great food, great service.

Man oh man like where do I start! The food is very high quality. Its more expensive then regular fast food joints but like its worth it . I cant count how many times Ive gotten food through door dash and it was garbage! Being sooo upset because door dash charges an arm and a leg. The tomato soup was thick and hearty with chunks of tomato, the grilled cheese was very tasty too. The chicken club salad was good and the avocado slices on top were just right! The vinegarette was a good quality and there was good amount of it too. This place aint stingy and just to think I was guna waste my money on sonic Oh n the ginger muffins were bomb too
