Walking in, we were greeted with beautiful smiles. Service was great, and they checked on us to make sure everything was good. Barbocoa tacos were filling and tasty. My salmon dinner was DELICIOUSLY cooked. Asparagus was tender yet a little crisp on flowery tips and savory seasoned salmon and aromatic potatoes with nopales,mmm so flavorful. Señor Catus is a MUST for dining out.

Very casual outing to hang out, have a gather with business partners, friends etc. Not quite the ideal location for family with children, my personal opinion. Señor Cactus is a great place to eat, the food is excellent, good price, they are very clean, never get sick, the lady at the front Liz is very professional, courteous, attentive, her customer service is superb, she makes sure the order is perfect before giving it to the customer, I highly recommend this place!!!

Ive only ordered for take out. Thr fish tacos are flavorful and well prepared. I ordered Bistek tacos and the meat was not seasoned so it was bland and flavorless. The meat was also tough with many connective tissues that were inedible. I also do not like that their salsas are made to accompany seafood not so much beef tacos

This place is amazing! The food was excellent. We had steak fajita nachos and fish tacos. The quality of the steak was better than I ve EVER gotten on nachos. The micheladas and mango margaritas are delicious too! The owner, Eddie, was there and incredibly accommodating. His staff paid close attention to detail and made this a great experience all around. We will definitely be back. 10/10!!

Beef Enchiladas were horrible !!!! I asked the waitress for that some beef Enchiladas and some milanesa de Res which also had a raw taste. When the Enchiladas got to the table I started eating and noticed that the filling was made off Picadillio with Potato, since when are Enchiladas made like this they just want to take advantage of the Food they have already made. Did tell waitress and she said the cook makes them that way . No Bueno !!!! Dont Recommend this Restaurant !!!!

It s an okay place. Food was a disappointment. Would not go out of my way to visit again. Service was very slow, and the place only had like 25% occupancy. The biggest flop was the food, I will say the bistec tacos were good although they missed my charro beans, never got them. The mole is BAD, if you were to ask me it tasted like they made it with milk chocolate. The rice that came with it was dry, the refried beans were okay. The ribeye chicharrón was pretty much just a salad with a bit of meat, the meat had no taste to it. The cactus chicken was very dry, the sides were the same as the mole enchiladas. The choriqueso was okay. The camarones emborrachados(I think that s the name) were too chewy, like old shrimp and they had WAY too much garlic, and I love garlic. Service never really worried to check on refills or anything else, we had to call them every single time. I do not recommend this place. Prices are not a reflection of their service nor quality.

I was not impressed with this restaurant at all. It looks very elegant from the outside but when you enter it is very simple. The hot dogs are unimpressed with no cheese on them and they look homemade. The strawberry lemonade was prepared as prepared and seemed like kool aid. I wouldnt go back.

Good spot in a nice area: We had the enchiladas poblanas and the pechuga de pollo en cactus. The enchiladas had my taste buds bursting with that delicately home made mole sauce. I mean, this is the real deal mole, no the can stuff you get at the store. There was a hint of sweet and spicy to it; I am guessing there was chocolate in it 5 . I am a regular customer. I always order online and they always have my order ready. But today this morning January 30, I dont know what happened. They had no customers inside the restaurant and my online order was not ready. I asked the name of the clerk she did not want to provide her name and she was not wearing a name tag. I asked for the manager that the manager was not at the restaurant I asked for the name of manager and Girls did not want to provide the name of manager. They work at a public restaurant as a host you are required to provide your name especially the name of your manager. It was bad service and these employees are the ones who represent the company? The owners should really make better choices on who they hire especially not even having no manager at restaurant.

Excellent merging on perfect! The food is great. We ve had breakfast and lunch on several occasions, and the quality of the food has been excellent every single time! I recommend the breakfast botana, the barbacoa tacos, and the chilachiles. The service has been on point. Their margaritas and other mixed drinks are the crowning touch to a fine lunch! We love all of their food, from soups to dishes. When it comes to service I give it a thumbs down. If you do not want to work. DONT. I am far from picky or rude. It was once a waitress myself. My kids may want to substitute items and we will request the beans and rice to be removed if not possible. That seems to be a bother. We rather not waste food. Yet it s an inconvenience for staff. We ordered a spicy plate is was beyond unedible. Two different types fish and shrimp both plates. The sauce was so spicy you could not enjoy it. The waitress for some reason kept staring at every bite I took. My daughter even noticed. Disgusted if it was done out spite. No follow up on drinks.We will only be ordering out. Shame. Waited for our food for a long time and it was terrible. All three of us that had breakfast here had the worst experience. They do not know what an over easy egg is, nor scrambled eggs. The over easy was over cooked the yolk was hardened on the inside. The scrambled eggs were served as an omelet just a thick blanket of yellow. As for their chilaquiles they were extremely soggy!!! Not one little tortilla piece was crunchy. They seemed as though they had been sitting in the salsa for way too long before they arrived at our table. Lastly they charge a 3.5% fee for paying with a card. All in all it is sufficient to say this is not a place worth stopping by for breakfast.

We were a party of 4 and I am a cancer patient. Asked for a steak well done and got the steak to me medium rare when I asked for it well done. They took the steak 2 times and kept on bringing it rare. I was the only one that stayed without eating everyone finished and all they did was apologize for the steak not being well done. I was greeted with warm welcomes. Once seated, I ordered the beef enchiladas with refried beans and rice. Took a reasonable amount of time to make. Steamy hot and cheesy enchiladas were pretty good. It was made with beef fajitas instead of hamburger meat that Im used to. It was a little bit of meat in each one but still good. Our first time trying this place. PLACE: Modern, clean, and quickly attended upon entering. DRINKS: The frozen lime margaritas had little to no flavor. We replaced margaritas with beers instead, and the server forgot to dress them after she is the one that suggesting it. FOOD: Some of the complementary chips were stale however, salsas were tasty. Fajitas Panchos were great for exception of one or two chips being stale. The birria tacos were delicious. Servers were just hanging out, talking, forgot second round of drinks and when she remembered, both sever and bartender just laughed it off. When we paid, server brought back check with an attitude. Would possibly return for food, but not for the drinks and customer service can definitely improve.

If I could leave not one single star to this place I would. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! The prices are very expensive for what they give you and the food is horrible. I ordered the Tapequina Plate that is priced at $17.99 and not worth them over pricing some plate so horrible, they serve you one tostada that had no meat in it only beans and cheese and one enchilada and one little piece of meat that was so hard not even tender. How can they over price something like that, I dont mind spending but whats worth for the price and thats not worth the price. Plus my wife got the mocajete prices at $27.99 and also not worth the price at all. Also the waiter was not very pleasant and was not very attending and when we asked about recommendations he just was rude and didnt know. Very disappointing. I give this place a 3 because although the food was pretty decent the horrible service truly outweighs the goodness of the food. There was literally no one in there, music was too loud for so early in the morning. The waitress did not speak any English and was rude about the fact that I didn t speak Spanish either. We had to ask for everything, she even forgot my drink and my food for my niece. I wouldn t go back because truly the service was bad and that just ruins the whole new food experience.

I have been here twice, and both times the service and the food were really good. Both times were for lunch, with lots of people, and yet the service was fast. You have to try the Molcajetes!

Was a fabulous restraunt! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! So glad that we stopped in there to eat. Portions were decent. Restraunt was clean and cozy. Kid-friendliness: Would be okay for kids.

First time here wait time to be seat was long due to staff talking in kitchen. Service was okay once seated. Atmosphere was okay not a fan of the loud music so early in the morning. Food was good and tasty definitely would go back to try other food items.

Food was absolutely delicious and the drinks are reasonably priced and enormous. This place is a really good spot if youre over 21 and want to grab a great bite to eat and catch a buzz.

Food was excellent. Restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was nice. My only complaint was service was a little slow and I ordered beef enchiladas but was served cheese enchiladas. It was a lunch meeting and I didnt have time to send my order back and wait for the beef enchiladas. But, if given the opportunity, I would go there again to try some of the other entres.

Recieved a cup with consome inside a paper bag. Consome cup overflowing and not properly sealed, bag tore spilling everywhere. Recommend a cup holder within a bag. Or paper bag inside plastic bag.

Aaron the server was terrible. The food was delicious, but he make the experience terrible. Not touch, not courtesy, not attention of detail. My kids had an accident dropping the drinks, he cleaned with attitude and then after 10 minutes because we told him then he bring drinks to the kids. I didn t feel welcome.

Great food! I gave 2 stars because the chairs are the most horrible of any restaurant! They are designed for extremely skinny people and are uncomfortable. The owner/management needs to take into consideration their patrons. When looking for restaurant options, Señor Cactus is last on my list.

What really sets Señor Cactus apart is their Chicharron de Ribeye Molcajete. Its a must-try dish that is absolutely delicious. The ribeye is cooked to perfection, and the combination of flavors in the molcajete sauce is just perfect.
